• Karina (8/5): - A senhora que nos recepcionou foi muito simpática. O quarto é bem equipado e com ótima localização. Como o quarto fica ao lado da entrada do prédio, acaba sendo um pouco barulhento devido às portas da entrada batendo.
• Fabio (1/5): - Avevo scelto questa struttura con molto anticipo, prenotando circa 2 mesi prima, proprio per evitare inconvenienti. Tuttavia, i gestori mi hanno annullato la prenotazione, proprio nel momento in cui io ero davanti all'alloggio, pronto a fare il check-in. Alle 15.00 (orario inizio check-in), mentre ero con le valigie davanti alla porta, mi hanno comunicato che non potevano più ospitarmi per via di un imprecisato e indefinito loro problema. Mi hanno fatto saltare diversi appuntamenti e ho dovuto trovare un luogo dove lasciare le valigie. Poi, hanno fatto una ricerca molto approssimativa di una altra soluzione ma non andava bene perché la soluzione da loro trovata non aveva disponibilità nelle stesse date! Considerato che hanno cancellato all'ultimo, avrebbero dovuto darmi una compensazione, secondo me. Invece, non hanno neanche risposto al telefono... Meno male che ho parlato con un operatore molto gentile del servizio clienti booking, il quale mi ha aiutato nella procedura di passaggio all'altra struttura che ho trovato.

• Soni (10/5): Perfect - This small apartment is located in one of the best areas in Rome that has restaurants and supermarkets and it's calm. It has a kitchen and a private bathroom, everything very well equipped. It's 10 min. away from the Vatican by walking and it's near metrostation Cipro. The place is clean and the hosts are extremely nice and helpful.

• Francisco (8/5): buena opción para alojarse en Roma - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro y del bus, además próximo al Vaticano. Buena comunicación con la propietaria. El desayuno correcto, los camareros muy amables. la puerta de acceso al edificio es metálica y hace un ruido tremendo cada vez que alguien entra o sale, me sorprende que no lo solucionen, ya había leído reseñas quejándose de lo mismo.

• Uldis (4/5): - Atrašanās vieta 1. Apartamenti atradās 1.stāvā- troksnis no metāla vārtiem un no ielas 2. Aukstums, pirmajās 3 dienās nebija apkure, un mitrums, jo īpaši dušas-WC telpā, kura netiek apkurināta. 3. Virtuves aprīkojums- vecs, nepietiekamā apjomā, lai gatavotu. Daļēji nefunkcionējoša gāzes plīts, kur puse no plīts darbojās vienīgi turot piespiestu rokturi, nepietiekama gāzes plūsma, lai gatavotu. Iztrūkst daudzas ikdienas lietas virtuvē, no kurām daļu saņēmām vienīgi pēc pieprasījuma, bet daļa no mūsu pieprasījuma tā arī netika apmierinātas. Veca trauku švamme, kura samainīta vienīgi pēc mūsu lūguma. Fraņču prese kafijai- saplēsts trauks.... Visi trauki pa 2 gab. 4. Apartamentu uzkopšanas rīki un līdzekļi. Rīkus izsniedza pēc pieprasījuma, nopērkot tos veikalā. Iepriekš nekas tāds nav bijis... 5. Tīrība- grīda tīra, bet pakāpjoties augšāuz gultas, pilns ar putekļiem. 6. Apgaismojums- daļa no apgaismes ķermeņu spuldzēm mirgo. 7. Duša- palikņa sānos sprauga, pa kuru ūdens tecēja uz grīdas. Nav dvieļu žāvētāja. Sakarā ar to, ka pirmajās 3 dienās nebija apkures, dvieļi bija mitri un auksti, tāpat kā telpas. Bet dušas telpa bija drēgna visu laiku!!!

• Marina (6/5): - La localización Que la puerta del portal se escuchaba cuando salían o entraban las personas y que no había gas suficiente para poder hacer dos comidas a la vez por lo que se tardaba mucho en hacer la comida
• Rocio (10/5): Increíble - Estuvimos una semana. El apartamento es pequeño, pero tienes todo lo que necesitas. María es un amor! Se desayuna justo al lado, frente al quiosco, muy rico. En cuanto a la ubicación, está al lado del Vaticano, hay una parada de metro muy cerca, e incluso algún día fuimos andando y genial también. Por la zona hay sitios donde comer muy rico. Si os gusta el japonés, hay uno muy rico cerquita. Y por si quereis, nosotros alquilamos un coche, en una empresa cerca del apartamento también.

• Casali (7/5): CIAO BELLA! - La vicinanza alle principali attrazioni. Abbiamo visitato tutto a piedi. La metropolitana a 10 minuti a piedi L'appartamento è troppo rumoroso

• Tobias (8/5): Solide Unterkunft - In wenigen Minuten sind zwei Supermärkte zu erreichen (einer hat sogar 24h offen). Auch gelangt man schnell zu den Busstationen und Metrostationen. Der Petersdom ist ebenfalls in Laufnähe. Im nebenan gelegenen Cafe kann man dank der Gutscheine frühs einen Cafe mit einem Croissant und Fruchtsaft trinken. Auch ein Markt (Obst, Gemüse, Käse und Wurstwaren) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden Die Eingangstüre zum Wohnkomplex ist sehr sehr laut, sodass man nachts teilweise vom zufallen der Türe geweckt wird. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn nicht nur eine Klopapierrolle vorhanden gewesen wäre. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

• Milan (8/5): Very good - The location was great. The shower doesn’t work properly, the bed that is up was very uncomfortable and noisy, the kitchen could be better equiped.
• Natalia (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a good location - Great location, close to the metro station and the Vatican. There's a convenience store right next door. The apartment was clean and well supplied, and the air conditioning was a life saver. The bed was nice and comfortable. Great contact with the owner of the property, who was very kind and helpful! The sound of the outide gate closing and some traffic noise could be an issue for very light sleepers.
• Juri (9/5): Host Maria is very friendly and always ready to help. Apartment is clean and comfort. - Location was perfect, 5 minutes from metro, 9 minutes from Vatican, 1 minute from grocery.
• Nilanthi (9/5): Lovely cosy apartment close to the Vatican - We loved the friendly welcome and the beautifully laid out apartment. Maria's mum was so friendly, fun and so welcoming. She explained how things worked and answered our questions. She told us where to find her if we needed help. Its small studio apartment, but thoughtfully laid out, clean and lovely. The bathroom was very small and pokey - not really a problem, but a smaller hand basin would certainly make the area spacious.

• Pamela (2/5): Miserable - Location. Maria was nice but lied to me saying the queen bed was on the bottom bunk and it was comfortable. Clean Was nice to us when met her and got instructions . But lied to me when emailed her asking about it being a bunk bed she said it was queen on bottom and comfortable. I told her we was twoladies in our mid and upper 60’s. The queen was on top bunk with 2 inch foam mattress… you could feel the wood slats. Also air conditioning not working. Still 88 degrees the 2nd day. Did not cool down any lower than 86 degrees. A fan would have helped us to maybe sleep. No response se when I told her it was still88 degrees in there. Door knob would come off and was tricky to get out bc it kept coming off.
