• Guest (8/5): Un bon lloc per qualitat preu. - Bàsicament la situació que és molt tranquila. A més, hi ha una parada de Bus a 5'. Els matalassos dels llits són millorables.
• Lucie (10/5): - Pěkný, čistý, prakticky vybavený apartmán. Ideální pro dva, ale na dvě noci jsme se vešli i ve čtyřech dospělých. Výborná poloha, do centra města se dá dojít pohodlně pěšky. Placené parkování v ulici před vchodem. Doporučuji.

• Indranil (10/5): A lovely stay in Florence with just a few improvements needed in cleanliness. - The apartment was cozy, spacious, and located in a great area of Florence—perfect for exploring the city. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the host was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could be improved, especially with the sheets, blankets, and washroom.

• Andras (10/5): Everything was very good, except the construction work. - It is renovated, nice location, was cosy. They had on 23rd and 24th of December renovation in the buliding next to the apartment. They tried to adjust their work so that it wasn‘t too early and so on, but still.

The house is even better than it looks on the photos, clean, nice kitchen with all necessary facilities, good wifi, and the host Alessandro is a wonderful, welcoming friendly guy, with many useful tips for you, always available to help. We are greatful that we stayed here. Would love to return one day.
• Ruyue (7/5): Good - It makes you feel like at home. A little bit far away from the typical places of tourist attractions. But there are buses in the near.

• George (8/5): Value for money stay - The location was okay. The air conditioner worked fine. The kitchen had all the essentials required for cooking. The entry and access was seamless. No toiletries were provided. No washing machine.

The building and room were very secure and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Close to supermarket. The mosquitos.

The kitchen was well equipped but there was no bench space to work at and prepare food. The apartment was very noisy at night with people coming and going from other apartments in the building.
• George (7/5): Good basic accommodation - Facilities were good and clean Host communication was great Supermarket nearby Location was quite far from Florence centre (10 min bus) Property is by the front door of the building, woke up at 6.30am with a number of residents slamming the door to leave.

• Eric (10/5): Perfect really...would happily return! - A highly recommended place to stay in Florence. Not in town centre, so away from traffic and noise. It is situated in a quiet residential area, on a quiet street, so no noise from outside. In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car.... Nothing really.

The only minor problem was that the heating was working unevenly. For example, it switched off for a while at night for unclear reason. Otherwise, all was fine.

• Murat (7/5): Good - Close to touristic attractions (15 minutes of walk, you arrive to Santa Maria Basilica) . Coffee machine, owen and kettle were OK. Home owner gives a little gift (thanks again) which will remind you Florence Almost impossible to find a car park.

• Agnieszka (8/5): Cosy and noisy apartment - The room is big enough with all necessary equipment, nothing special, nothing extraordinary but just fine. Although there could be more than just two teabags Noise. You can hear the street outside and absolutely everything on the staircase. You can only sleep between 23-6 if lucky since you hear every noise outside. The second door would help here.

• Aris (9/5): Comfortable, clean, quiet appartment - Very clean, comfortable appartment, with great facilities. Quiet neighbourhood, very near the river. Very polite and helpful host. There is a walking distance of about 30 minutes to the city centre, but the house is very near several bus stops that can take you there. Just keep in mind to stock up on bus tickets beforehand!
