• Neringa (10/5): - Location was perfect , 5min from Termini straight walk. downstairs on the street were few local shops like bakery. Apartment was very updated, 2 full bathrooms, new beds, clean, fully stocked kitchen. the host was very responsive when I had questions, like how the heat works. I would definitely recommend and be back. nothing

• Jaume (8/5): - En general l'apartament es nou, i té dues habitacions grans amb lavabo complet a cada habitació, el menjador i la cuina són correctes. Ubicació en una zona molt propera a l'estació de Termini, ben comunicat i amb zona amb serveis. Algú habia fumat abans de nosaltres, tot i que està prohibit com bé indiquen les normes de la casa. S'ha de millorar una mica en la neteja de la cuina, la resta del pis es veia net. És un segon pis sense ascensor, i anavem amb un cotxet de nadó.

• Heidi (8/5): Für ein Wochenende sehr zu empfehlen - Wir konnten fast 2 Stunden früher unsere Koffer in der Wohnung unterstellen. Die Lage war zu allen Transportmitteln sehr gut. Es gab in der Nähe Mini Märkte, tägl. einen Markt in der Strasse vor dem Haus, Restaurants und gegenüber einen Bäcker. Die 2 Zimmer mit den zwei Bädern. Die Wohnküche hat nur 2 bequeme Plätze und nur 2 Kaffetassen für 4 Personen. Den Ofen konnten wir nicht bedienen. Die Armatur in der Küche ist defekt. Beide Safes konnten nicht benutzt werden. Die Beleuchtung in der Küche ist hell grell wie im Krankenhaus. Der Lärm im Hof bis tief in die Nacht hinein.

La conformazione dell’unità con 2 camere con bagno totalmente indipendenti con spazio cucina in comune - ottimale per due coppie di amici quali eravamo. La zona, seppur apprezzabile la vicinanza alla Stazione Termini, non è bellissima.

• Amy (6/5): Clean apartment, small living area and wasn’t as nice as I was hoping it to be - I liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom The location was a bit run down, the lounge kitchen area was very small and the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped seemed to be missing lots of things for example no toaster and also the apartment block was very noisy apartment below us early hours you could hear them moving furniture around most nights!!
• Benedict (9/5): Loved Rome and nice place to stay especially if you are travelling by train - Very well situated for the central station, easy to find . A little bit of street noise but it didn’t disturb us . We walked to the centre and back every day but we are a fairly fit family and some may find it too far . The flat was clean and well equipped The discount vouchers for local restaurants although well intentioned were disappointing- the evening meal was moderate and the breakfast token which allowed 15% off was for an expensive breakfast to start with.

• Jenny (8/5): We had a great time in Rome, thank you! - Right by the public transport and sight seeing bus stops. We loved the street market below. Nicely equipped and clean unit. We felt safe and enjoyed the stay. The two rooms offered good privacy and space. An extra low table for a second suitcase will be nice. I recommend that the host provides dish cloths and hand towels (not paper towels) in the kitchen to keep the wash-up area dry and avoid damages to the cupboards from water. We liked the sandwich maker, but a bread toaster could also be nice.
• Maria (6/5): I wouldn’t recommend this place for people with mobility issues or carrying heavy luggage. Location was okay. It wasn’t - The bathroom and bedrooms were spacious. You have access to the kitchen. If you have concerns, the property manager answers your questions right away. Place was very clean. The apartment was on the second floor. Lots of steps and no elevator. If you are carrying huge luggage, or have mobility issues, forget about booking here. The staircase is steep and not just 10 steps up. In addition, don’t expect room service. But you can change your own sheets.

They also provided a binder with important information helpful to know. Location was great and convenient. Suite was larger than we expected. Nothing comes to mind that we didn't like.

The house is far away from Termini approximately 9 minutes and also so close to public tranporting points for exampel bus, metro station vb. Homeowner Adreea and also Octavian is so sincere persons. Because of busy airport we arrived to the house about 2 hours late but it was not problem. Andreea always kept in touch with us and wait us patiently. Well connection was perfect with her. The house is also was so price-performance. The surrounding area does not look dangerous like Termini. It was also so clean, nice smell, comfortable, each room are wide with bathroom. We slept comfortably in there. As 4 persons we liked everything. There was no elevator in the apartment, but this was not a problem for us. Because the house was on the 2nd floor and upstairs was not wide. Beside cook stove, you can find everything in the kitchen what you need. Conad supermaket is only 4 minutes, pam local supermarket (a bit cheaper than conad) is only 7 minutes to the house. So you can buy what you need. We bought many things there and we had breakfast in the house. Finally I can advise this house and I can stay there again.
• Roxana (8/5): Recomand - We rented the entire unit and it fit our needs: - close to the central station - close to the metro - mini markets and restaurants near by - separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - great host It was not a problem for us, but keep in mind it s at the second floor without an elevator. If you are a light sleeper, there is a considerable amount of noise in the morning coming from the street market downstairs. Walls need to be repainted

• Anemona-luana (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, cozy and Andreea was such a sweet person and she helped us with everything we needed. The property has everything you need. The only down side of this property was the fact that at night it’s a little bit noisy.

Very spacious and everything near your, mini markets and good restaurants The only thing is the every day market which wakes you up quite early. It's a problem only for the one bedroom who looks at the street

Lokal market in front of the door provides with fresh vegetables and fruits. Our contact person of the flat was very friendly and supportive. We travelled with a infant. House and streets are quite noicy during evening and nights especially at weekend.

• Anonymous (9/5): Excellent for a group or family - plenty of space. - While not in the heart of Rome, it is a great location with easy access to metro. Three nice sized rooms and two squeaky clean bathrooms. We arrived a bit early and the hostess was more than accommodating and allowed us to drop our things earlier than normal. One room overlooked a restaurant and there was a little street noise, but nothing to distract from a night’s rest after a long day and certainly not more than usual in a big city.
