• Walter (6/5): - Abbiamo fatto check in online poi siamo rimasti fuori in strada a mezzanotte per un ora in attesa dell'invio dell'app per sbloccare la porta del palazzo e dell appartamento. Nessuno ci aveva avvisato di quest'app. Inoltre pulizia appartamento scarsa.
• Amin (10/5): - Sono stato qualche giorno con la mia ragazza in questo piccolo ma accogliente monolocale situato in una buona posizione facilmente raggiungibile. L appartamento era molto carino pulito spazioso con un balconcino esterno, ideale per una coppia!! L acqua calda bastava a malapena per una doccia veloce.

• Hannah (4/5): I wouldn't go again. - In a good location. The terrace was nice. There was only one fan and it didn't make a difference to the temperature of the room. The built in system for aircon didn't work. There were also ants in the kitchen, which got on our food.

• Ștefan (9/5): Superb - Fairly central location, around Sempione Park. The apartment is in a private block of flats, so it is pretty safe. We got around the city pretty easily with the tram that was about 2-3 minutes away from the apartment.
• Liz (7/5): OK and well located but not a stress-free stay - Well located if you have an event at mico, I would say it is ok for no more than a couple of nights on a lower budget, but… From previous reviews I was expecting, the smell of humidity but other bad things are the lack of basic amenities (soap) the lights always blinking like in a haunted house, the mattress pretty uncomfortable, small windows with no curtains but still with view to other apartments right across (no privacy) and in the bathroom no countertop to have anything at hand. The most inconvenient was the lock of the outside door, if no internet, your phone is lost/stolen, or if you run out of battery (like normally happens after a long day flying) there is no plan B (like a code, box with keys) or anything else that can help you to get in. This is the most unpractical lock I have seen

• Renu (10/5): Perfect! - Well thought arrangements. No hassles. I found it perfect location wise too. The video that was shared for key didn't have audio. Presence of audio would have made the check-in very smooth.

• Romaine (2/5): Hot - The AC unit didn’t work throughout our whole trip. We informed the personal that there was a problem with the AC and proceeded to tell us that they were going to get us fans. We didn’t get any fans or messages from the owner, the heat was unbearable especially during this period of the year. We were very unhappy with the service of the staff.
• Maija (10/5): Close to apartment coop with a good price that u can cook at home breakfast for example and have it at the balcony. - Views from the balcony and not noisy at all. Comfortable bed and at the kitchen all what u need. There is some black mole at the wall.

• Keiko (7/5): It was small but quite comfortable for a few day’s stay. - The location was good. Near a train station and tram. Quiet and comfortable. The staff responded every time I contacted on WhatsApp. Some plugs and lights were not working. The kitchen area was a little dark.

The neighborhood was really peaceful and quite and nice, with the trees and nature, we would gladely live in it! The apparment is cozy, nice and comfortable and very clean! I am pregnant so I was a little bit worried will everything be fine, but turns out that we are want to come with the kid again! 🧡 Thank you Sempione Cozy Studio for your kindness and for making Milano more like home!

• Balázs (8/5): Very good - Good location and the customer service was great, we always got fast responses. Plenty of warm water was available for shower. There were a few missing facilities.(match for using the stove and kitchen cloth). It was a bit cold in the apartment.

• Oleg (2/5): Very poor - Quiet area. Neat entrance. The location is good – a nice area near City Life, where you can walk and enjoy the majestic combination of nature and futuristic urbanism. The host was always on for communication. Mildew (a lot of mold / mildew) in the living room and in the bathroom. A lot of things out or order or not functioning, e.g. electric ignition at the stove, the air conditioner sensor,the washing machine socket part of the lighting, light bulb in the table lamp was burned out (bought and changed by ourselves) . No electric kettle, old kitchen utensils.

• Tatiana (8/5): I will recommend this cozy and lovely studio flat - the studio flat had everything you need it , perfect location unfortunately the floor wasn’t very clean and terrace too
• Sararicciardi (8/5): Very good - Perfect location for Mico, only 10 minutes walk. Spotless clean. The space for clothes is not enough. The external door opening with call can cause problems after a long day out: if you haven't your phone you can't enter the apartment. Maybe a card or a key for the external door could help.
• Tudor (7/5): Overall good apartment with good location - good location, clean apartment, self service check in, nice balcony with view the apartment has a small capacity boiler and it happens often to remain without hot water. The radiators were not working for heating, the bathroom had a small shower cabin
• Antonio (8/5): Nice apartment providing good value for money. - Good apartment, providing good value for money in a busy disctrict (close to MiCo convention centre). Apartment clean, with plenty of light. Good location. All contacts were carried out on-line or by whatsapp. It is a bit weird, but worked fine.
• Heidrun (7/5): Recommendable - Only 5 min walk from MiCo Convention center, quiet and nice area with tram stop, metro, supermarket, restaurants and cafes nearby. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Hot water, kitchen and AC worked fine. The place is a bit worn down. A few times the door opening system didn’t work at first try, but I just waited for a fem minutes and then either someone came out or the system worked again.
