• Gesualdo (7/5): Date almeno le giuste informazioni - Viene fornita in fase di prenotazione una zona che vicino Rogoredo, poi vieni sbalzato in fase di check-in in zona Comasina! La casa per il prezzo pagato va bene,la pulizia lascia il tempo che trova un po' di polvere, odori di lenzuola non perfettamente lavati, box doccia perde acqua letto matrimoniale con conca.

• Madeline (1/5): - Absolutely horrible, do not stay here. The staff is so unhelpful and will leave u outside, they don’t answer. The place is so dirty and smells like smoke. The utilities are all falling apart. Felt very unsafe because the main door barely locks. Area is very unsafe

• SAMUELE (1/5): Terribile!!!! - Servizio clienti assente Ho prenotato ma mi hanno lasciato fuori, non sono mai riuscito ad accedere. Fatto check-in online caricato i documenti, pagato tassa di soggiorno e mai riuscito ad accedere.
• Christian (1/5): deludente, proprio da evitare. - non esiste nessuna collazione fatto il check-in alle 15 e trovo la casa tutta sporca, biancheria sporca in giro, cibo marcio nel frigo, un disastro. alle 15.30 mi trovo al imprevisto (senza essere avvisato) con una persona in casa che era venuta a "pulire", dovevo uscire di nuovo per minimo 2/3 ore per lasciarla pulire, roba incredibile. struttura in scarse condizioni: mobili, maniglie, elettrodomestici, router wifi rotto, telecomandi senza batterie, aria cond non funzionante nel soggiorno, ecc.

Io vorrei chiedere un rimborso e poi c’è una persona che è venuto 9:30 per dirmi di andare alle 10 il check-in e anche permette di entrare che noi siamo ancora dentro 9:30 e io lo so alle 10 dobbiamo andare. E poi ho pagato per quattro persone mi ha messo soltanto due asciugamani e basta. L’appartamento era schifo.

• paola (1/5): Da incubo - Niente Se state pensando di prenotare questo appartamento perché si trova a 200 metri dalla stazione e il vostro treno parte alle 5 del mattino, piuttosto dormite per terra in stazione, dove troverete più igiene, sicurezza e comfort. È un posto terrificante, non ho chiuso occhio per il disgusto

The drains from sink and bidet big leaking, the douche was splashing water in all ways not on the body not. The electronic lock at the apartment door is functioning very bad. I had to try 25 times to get in at the first time.

• Prasenjit (5/5): Location wise good - location room was not clean when I arrived. The property power frequently loses. AC remote doesn’t work. Door lock is semi broken.
• Ahmed (6/5): Big Potential. Riddled with Problems - It’s clean, and the location right next to Rogoredo makes it easy to access and move from. The view was nice, and the system to access, while finnicky and not always smooth to function, was interesting at the very least. The apartment was spacious enough and the area had enough basic facilities. Almost all the electric sockets (of which there was an impressive, surprising amount) failed after the second day, some caused short fuses, heat, they literally burned/melted some of our device chargers which were plugged in. After a couple of these incidents, which were inexplicable in themselves (we weren’t using too many at once and we even started using just one at a time), complete shut offs of the electricity kept occurring at frustrating rates whenever we tried to use ANY of the sockets. By the end we would charge our devices with the sockets on the stairwell, which is inconvenient at best. Another aspect was the Wi-Fi password which didn’t work, the info on the router itself didn’t help. The support chatbot did not help in the slightest. Yet another issue was the fact that an unannounced visit happened on the mistaken assumption that we’d already checked-out (we had not and in fact had recently checked in) and during which the communication and behavior was not optimal and communication unclear (but that’s kind of understandable due to the language barrier with the guest who was there when that happened, and was woken up with no expectation, which most could agree would be at least a little jarring.

• Teodora (1/5): Bad - None of the facilities in the description were accordingly. We chose accommodation for 3 people but only got two pillows and one blanket. It was VERY cold inside (no type of heating provided). The space was very dirty. No sponges to clean the dishes, nothing to wipe your hands on, no trash bags, no spoons, the hairdryer doesn't even work,, the lights in the bedroom and the bathroom are two lamps (you can only see clearly in the living room). You basically have to buy everything you need and be careful around cold seasons.
