• Staffan (7/5): Underbart läge med en fantastisk värd. - Värden var fantastisk. Klar, tydlig information både före och under vistelsen. Mycket hjälpsam. Underbart läge. Nära till allt. Bra restauranter precis runt hörnet. Mycket nära till marknaden och till mataffären. Kändes som ett tryggt område. Frukost var inkluderat men passade inte riktigt en skandinavisk familj med barn. Inte helt optimalt städat. Dörren till badrummet gick inte att stänga. Väldigt hårda, obekväma sängar. I övrigt bra faciliteter med välutrustat kök och tvättmaskin.

• CHRISTOPHER (10/5): A perfect place to spend some quality family time in beautiful Rome, Italy - The appartment was very spacious and ideally located. As a family of 5 it was fantastic for us to have space. We could get to all the main attractions easily on foot. Loads of great places to eat close by. The host was really helpful and made our stay very special. Could do with a lift especially with luggage however we understand there are limitations with the building type. Wasn’t a big issue for us!

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος για την διαμονή του διαθέσιμο. Η Alina ( οικοδέσποινα) υπέροχη φιλική και πάντα διαθέσιμη. • catherine (10/5): 5 jours bien agréables - La réactivité d.alina qui est charmante , la distribution des pièces de l appartement ,la situation dans le centre historique a quelques centaines de mètres des lieux historique ,la proximité de campo dei fiori où il y a un marché tous les jours avec de très bons produits Nous étions 8 et nous avons eu assez d espace sans problème Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage et ferment mal Le quartier étant très animé il y a beaucoup de bruit entre 23 et 4 h et trouver le sommeil est difficile
• paola (10/5): Lovely spacious apartment, good location, fantastic hostess :-) - Lovely apartment, spacious, and well positioned for easy access to all the sights. Alina was a fantastic hostess and was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. She was so accommodating to our requirements and timings. We were 6 adults. Easy walking distance also from the buzzing Trastevere area. Also there is a great little restaurant 'Osteria Quercia' just round the corner. The shower in the ensuite was not as powerful as the other one and could do with updating, but no big deal :-)

• Thomas (10/5): A great place to stay for a group up to 8 that is located in the historic district. - It was exactly as advertised, there were no surprises . Our group of 8 fit just fine. We had a beautiful large olive tree in the small piazza just outside our window where parakeets would come to feed, an amazing site. The property manager Alina was very helpful answering all of our questions. There was nothing about the property that was unlikeable. It’s an old building in the historic district, exactly what I expected.

• BEATRIZ (9/5): Ideal para familias con niños - Es un apartamento antiguo, pero amplio con tres habitaciones amplias, dos baños, un salón bastante amplio y una pequeña cocina, las camas muy cómodas, te deja la despensa totalmente equipada para desayunar toda la semana, y la atención de Alina de 10. Por la noche es una zona algo ruidosa, pues está al lado de una plaza con bastante ambiente nocturno, y a tener en cuenta que si va gente con problemas de movilidad al ser edificio antiguo carece de ascensor, y hay que subir bastantes escaleras estrechas.

Dostęp łatwy, przekazanie klucza bezproblemowe - skrzynka z kodem ( w obiekcie byłem o godzinie 23). Okna nie blokują hałasu z ulicy ale to obiekt zabytkowy i wymiana nie będzie możliwa. Ulica jest bardzo spokojna ale w weekend goście w osterii na dole imprezują do 2 nad ranem. W tygodniu bardzo cicho.
• Bogdana (8/5): - The apartment has all you need and is well equipped. Stuff was very responsive and could help with everything - from tours to transfers to any practical questions we had. This is extremely valuable to someone who doesn’t know how things work in Rome or Italy in general. It was also so nice to have many breakfast food items and basic cooking essentials, such as salt and spices available in the kitchen. They also arranged a baby crib for us even though normally is not available in the apartment. Few things could be improved though. There is good number of plates and cutlery in the kitchen but not so many cups and glasses. The knives were a bit dull. For some reason there was no dishwasher detergent though there was laundry detergent. Some furnishings look a bit dated but It does not impact the functionality in any way.

The communication with the owner, Alina, was excellent, and she gave us the filling that we are staying with family. Immediate response and a lot of recommendations with how and what to do. She brought me tea and the decaf I asked for, and she stayed alert throughout the entire night when our alarm went off. Thank you so much for your understanding and for arranging a taxi for us, especially since I was struck down by a heavy cold. She truly showed the heart of an empath, understanding my condition and helping in every way she could. All respect to her for the warm, genuine hospitality she provided in this apartment.

Y en pocos minutos de caminar tienes todo cerca….Navona, Panthenon, Trevi, Plaza Venecia…. Y Alina un encanto! Super atenta con todo. Nos llenó la cocina para tener desayuno cada dia. • Ellen (7/5): Great location but needs updating to feel like a good value for the price. - Loved location!! Keepers were quick to answer questions and very helpful. Cute historic building with charm and central to lots of restaurants. I understand that it is an old building in a desirable area, but felt that it could’ve used a little more attention on the inside. Not much has been updated. I felt that the pictures made it look nicer than it actually was. The couches were very stained and dirty, almost didn’t want to sit on them. The toilet seat was broke, the air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms went out on the second night. (I didn’t mention it to owners though because we were out for the day and I didn’t feel like them to go into our private bedroom space with all our stuff everywhere). One thing I overlooked in the description was that there is a washer, but no dryer. So that made things a little complicated. And if we wanted to use the washer, we needed to unplug the air conditioners so as not to blow a fuse. (Which we ended up doing with a hairdryer) Overall it was a decent place, but for the price, I felt a bit cheated.

• Fentress (10/5): A perfect spot for a Rome adventure that is sure to please everyone - This charming apartment was located in a wonderful area of Rome, Campo de’ Fiori. It had very high ceilings, a very well stocked kitchen for breakfast in the morning, and really beautiful tiled bathrooms. We stayed there with our daughters, family, and the whole bed set up is perfect for a family with children. Alina was wonderful as a host and communicated very well. The wonderful and eclectic market in the square has every kind of goodie that you can imagine.

One of the windows did not close properly, but we fixed it with a towel and everything was fine. We had 4 kids with us, and they had trouble sleeping because of the noise at night. Very loud part of the city, but is was not a problem for the adults at all.

• Huizhuang (10/5): Spacious charming apartment in a perfect location - Our stay in Rome was fantastic. This lovely apartment was in a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, only steps away from the bustling campo de Fiori, and within walking distance to the main attractions such as the pantheon, the Trevi fountains, shoppings and tons of restaurants. Host Alina was very kind and responsive. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms and two baths, which is extremely hard to find in the center of Rome. Rooms were spotlessly clean, simple and elegant with high ceilings and a unique historic charm. Breakfast pastries, milk, juice, and even eggs were graciously provided by the host in the fridge for us. Instructions to access to the apartment were simple and clear, very easy to follow. Thank you so much Alina! We would love to come back one day! Nothing! We love everything!

• Mattia (7/5): A good stay that could be excellent. - The property is in a perfect position to visit Rome by foot, also arriving with car. The parking Via Giulia is just 5’ to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the provided linens are clean. The windows are very old and do not block out the noise from the square below, where there is a restaurant and people having fun and making noise until late at night. I had to buy earplugs to sleep. The provided breakfast could be improved. We found many eggs and bottles of milk, second-rate packaged snacks, one jar of jam, and some butter. I always ended up having breakfast at a café. In one of the two bathrooms, the shower should be replaced, as it requires a lot of care when using it.

Lockbox codes provided easy access to the property and we were even allowed to check in earlier than expected. The hosts were so communicative and made us feel extra special with items like fresh croissants in the morning.

• Vladan (10/5): I hope we will visit again - The apartment was amazing. We visited Rome with two children and friends; this apartment was the perfect choice. Probably one of the best locations. We managed to see all the main attractions on foot. Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast left in the kitchen was great also. And of course, huge thanks to Alina; she was there to answer all the questions and give some recommendations. Sometimes it can be noisy, because of the restaurant and street, but not something to spoil a generally positive experience.

Our contact , Alina , was terrific- very friendly and very helpful . The location was excellent with reasonable walks to many sights and piazzas . The fact that the apartment was on the second floor and that there was no elevator made for some lifting . The furniture was also a little dated but beds , bedding, and linens were very comfortable
• Judith (10/5): Wonderful stay - The location was perfect. We loved being near Campo di Fiori, easy walking to Piazza Navona, Trastevere, the Vatican and other sights. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. There were just four of us, the size was perfect. Everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items - coffee, tea. Milk, juice, eggs, yogurt, bread, pastries, jam. Go to the market in the morning for some fresh fruit, and you’re all set. Alina’s directions for arriving and accessing the apartment were simple, and through our stay she was available to answer questions and help with transportation arrangements. This apartment is a great value, and I would happily recommend it to friends. It was noisy at night, but that’s just part of living in this area. It didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. We were surprised that after being noisy Thursday and Friday nights, it was pretty quiet on Saturday and Sunday nights ! Otherwise, there’s nothing we didn’t like.

Very noisy, single glazed windows mean noise echoed through, not good for sleeping, especially with children staying. Breakfast could have included fruit or fruit juice to make it more complete.
• Zuzana (9/5): Superb - The location of the flat is very good. In the city center, Campo de Fiori is just behind the corner and all the monuments,historical churches are in walking distance. The flat is fully furbished, 3 solo rooms+living room with sofa and dining table+kitchen+2 bathrooms(with washing machine). The owner ordered us also transit from the airport and was also available on the phone when needed. The check-in is available also at night as they do not need to wait for you (when you are late if your flight is delayed etc. ), simply provide you PIN code a day before your arrival. Two sleeping rooms have street view so it might be disturbing for people sensitive for noise 🤷

• Veroniek (7/5): Good - Very friendly host, very accessible and good professional communication Extremely good location in a lively neighbourhood Very spacious appartment, very clean, top! Suggestions:would go again because of the location and spacious app but - room 3 has a small 2p transformable sofabed instead of a normal 2 p bed, which is not really comfortable for an adult couple but more suitable as a temporary bed. The room is very large, it would be an enormous improvement to put a real 2p bed there. The room has so much more potential. It is really huge. - the breakfast consists of 2 packs of prepacked cakes, 2 packs of prepacked biscuits and 1 pot of jam, 1l milk and and a lot of yoghurt in the fridge. (7p/4d). It can be adjusted so that it is more like the pictures in the brochure that show fresh fruit, orange juice and fresh croissants. Therefore, we chose to go out for breakfast, which was an onforeseen additional cost.

• Victoria (5/5): Good location. - The apartment was very large. The ease and directions to get into the property. The contract was very attentive to messages. Drainage issues inside and at entrance. Electricity not always working. Damaged crockery and glasses. Table in kitchen so big cannot open dishwasher to use fully, table damaged. I wasn’t fully aware it was above a restaurant, which was very noisy at the end of the evening. The contact accused me of using the electric kettle on the hob and leaving black mess, then apologised and offered me discount if I booked direct for future bookings.

It had good space for us all to relax and enjoy our visit to Rome… Very convenient location and a nice view for all! We would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!
• Garrick (1/5): Horrible place with outdated facilities which could be dangerous to your health and safety - Horrible experience, could not be any worse. First the electrical panel can not support existing structure as it lacks capacity , leading to many electrical outages. Then support staff refused to help during the night when the outage happened , which could have caused some accidents. I have record of text messages to back all this. Kitchen sink clogs and obvious this has been a problem well known but they refused to fix it. washer machine did not work and we had our clothes stuck there, yet they did not come to help and asking for $100 euros to fix it first before even finding out what is wrong! Absolutely avoid at all costs. facilities and staffs

• James (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable apartment in the heart of Rome. - The breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise. We had yogurt, espresso machine coffee, and pastries ready for us to eat in the mornings. The location was excellent. It is very near the open food market as well as many restaurants. It is within walking distance to attractions such as the Vatican and Forum. The apartment is large for Rome standards. We only had a few people, but I think a group of 8 could easily fit. The pictures online were accurate. The only thing we would have liked better was for the air conditioner to be operating sooner. However, the week we stayed was the first hot week in Rome since the previous October. Therefore, the air conditioners hadn't been activated yet. When we asked about it, they sent a technician the very next day to get them going. After that it was fine.
• Victoria (9/5): Superb - Very helpful hosts and amazing location, next to the central market. Everything is very close. The kitchen has everything needed. The apartment is very spacious and light. Nice view from the hall. It is very noisy in the night outside and the windows are too old to prevent the noise. And the water pressure is very poor, though I guess it is everywhere in Rome like that due to old pipes.

• Vanessa (10/5): Loved it! - This property is in a very central location! We were able to walk to everywhere. It is also in an old building, fronting a square (where we saw lots of Italian tourists), so has a very authentic feel. The host is very responsive and helpful – booking a transfer for us and making restaurant recommendations.
• Jeff (10/5): The most perfect apartment for a family of 5 who want the freedom to enjoy Romes beauty while still being able to have a - Perfect location for hitting all the best sights, close to shopping, restaurants, and the most beautiful morning sunrise into the room about 8am. It was the quintessential perfect way to wake up in rome! our kids loved it, it was a big open apartment, the breakfast provided was a huge win so that my wife and I could sleep in and our kids could have their croissants and yogurts. We loved it, we can’t wait to come back in the future and enjoy again! Nothing. The only thing I didn’t like was that I never found this place sooner and spent 2 nights somewhere else.

• Marie (9/5): We had a great time and we will definitely book again! - Lulia, the host was very friendly and accommodating. She assisted me and my family with all our inquiries. She also granted our request to check in early and made sure that apartment was very clean and sanitized before we used it. AC units were very cold. My family and I enjoyed our stay, location was very accessible to all tourist spots, restaurants, bus stops, parks and shopping areas. We highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely book again! N/A

• George (10/5): Thanks host, Andrea for making our stay comfortable while exploring amazing Rome. - Excellent location! Close to most of main attractions in Rome, within 5-15' of walking. Restaurants and street market are just a few steps away. The apartment is comfortable for our group of 9. Breakfast was provided and very generous. The host was friendly and very helpful, particulary when it comes to local places. She texted us a long list of where to go for foods and eat like locals. none
