• Linda (4/5): Convenient for group, great location to Vatican, and Castle. - Clean and owner was responsive Visually lovely building and clean, and convenient for location, but Extremely noisy. We were unable to complete an online registration due to our travel.plans AND the booking.com system was down. Also we had a medical emergency when we arrived in Certivechhia we had to deal with. Host was able to get our info into the system and issue the codes but because booking.com site was down, and host had to enter our info (which we appreciate), we had a couple of glitches. then the apartment was almost 90 farenheit and never really cooled below 80 farenheit and was very uncomfortable with the noise. Suggestion to have a cover on the kitchen window, were already stressed so I'm sure that added to the attitudes, but would have been good if we had different expectations. Apartments are clean, and it's hard to find accomodations for a group of nine anywhere! I would stay again with these considerations in mind. Greatful to the host for their understanding and being available when we needed them! Grazie!

• Robert (8/5): Well located, large, clean apartment with responsive host. - Walking distance to St Peter's Basilica, this apartment provided a modern clean space for 7 people. Easy to find food at restaurants, takeout or grocery stores nearby. I would recommend that the listing indicate that the apartment can be quite noisy with lots of sirens at night. This might not bother everyone, or might be a worthwhile trade off given its other advantages. The WiFi was weak. The clothes washer worked but there was an issue with the clothes dryer door that made it unusable.

• Tomasz (9/5): Polecam do wynajęcia w całości przez jedną grupę przyjaciół czy rodzinę, - Świetna lokalizacja, przestronne i czyste wnętrze, przyzwoite wyposażenie, ładny widok na Tybr i zamek św. Anioła. Pokoje obszerne z wygodnymi łóżkami, dwie łazienki. Miłe powitanie butelką wina i sprawne odpowiadanie na pytania w komunikatorze od właścicieli/zarządców. Można było na pieszo udać się w stronę wielu atrakcji, tylko raz skorzystaliśmy z komunikacji żeby przemieścić się szybciej. Nie w każdym pokoju była możliwość całkowitego zasłonięcia okna w ten sposób żeby światło latarni nie przeszkadzało w spaniu. Hałas zza okna można przeżyć bo mieszkanie przy ruchliwej ulicy było rekompensowane przez piękny widok nie zasłaniany innymi budynkami. Poza tym hałas był tylko podczas otwartych okien, po zamknięciu było przyzwoicie cicho. Była jedna mała usterka z delikatnie przeciekającego kranu w jednej z łazienek, myślę, że właściciele łatwo się z nią uporają, pewnie tylko nam się tak trafiło.

Os anfitriões deram-nos todas as indicações necessárias para uma otima estadia. A limpeza do apartamento estava ótima e a climatização estava ótima. De uma forma geral gostamos muito. Dois dos quartos não tem estores, só cortina blackout e entra alguma luz. Houve-se um pouco de barulho durante a noite.

Naprzeciw małe bistro z śniadaniem. Wygodne łóżko i wszystko czego potrzeba w kuchni. Poza tym zostaliśmy przywitani butelka wina ☺️ Zdążało się że woda była chłodna,

• Juan Luis (7/5): Apartamento con muy buena ubicación y limpio. - La ubicación es genial! Al lado del rio y muy cerca del Castillo de San Ángelo y del Vaticano. Muy cómodo para visitar Roma. Nos encantó el detalle de que nos dejaran café, galletas y vino como detalle de bienvenida. El apartamento está muy limpio, y el personal de limpieza es muy agradable. Buena comunicación con el dueño por whatsapp y mensajes de booking. Responden rápido. Se pueden dejar las maletas alli aunque no puedas hacer el check in hasta las 15:00. Por la noche se nota mucho el ruido! Unos cristales buenos en las ventanas solucionarian el problema, Es verdad que se llega tan cansado que duermes rápido y no te enteras de nada, No hay salón, solo un recibidor, por lo que los lugares de reunión tenían que ser en la cocina. En la cocina hay una cortina que tapa unos tendederos con sábanas y colchas secandose y todo el material de limpieza. Es un poco extraño. Quedaría mejor una habitación para guardar todo eso y no una cortina en la cocina. Avisamos con antelación que ibamos a dejar las maletas a las 10:30 de la mañana que es cuando se puede hacer y que por favor no se retrasaran en darnos los códigos de acceso para poderlas dejar porque teniamos un tour a las 11:00. Me dijeron que no había problemas, que los código llegaban de manera automática, pero cuando llegó el día no recibí los códigos hasta las 18:30 de la tarde y porque lo comuniqué. La suerte es que había esperando una persona que nos abrió y pudimos dejar el equipaje.

• F (9/5): For my large family, the property was convenient close to a lot of sites, clean and with ample bedroom and bathrooms - The location of the property is very convenient with in walking distance or short Uber The temperature in July was over 100° every day so the weather was clear and sunny. Our family was trying to cool off in the middle of the day and the air condition was not adequate

• Lori (7/5): Great location but moldy and musty smells in apartment are overwhelming. - The location is absolutely the best for access to the city and sights. While the manager was responsive and helpful, there is a horrible musty smell in the apartment including the bed linens and bath towels. We asked for clean towels but the new towels had the same issue. We didn’t even want to use after showering because they smelled so bad. The reviews addressing these issues are accurate and the issue is bad enough that we would choose another place to stay next time.

• Michael (9/5): Overall would recommend the apartment. Staff was super helpful as well and responsive - Good location. Walking distance to many great places and restaurants. Noisy from the ambulances as it is not far from a hospital but we got used to it quickly.

Great communication and easy access. Great host who helped with Booking taxi for early airport Run. Road noisy outside property but didn’t bother me- Towels provided really need replacing as old and smelt musty.

• Kevalaityte (4/5): Disappointing - Flat is spacious Bedsheets smell, no internet for entire stay, poorest customer service I've ever experienced. The guy actually was extremely rude.
• Jennifer (8/5): Having one place for our group of eight to stay together was great and the location was fantastic. - The location was central to everything we wanted to see. It was quite loud all through the night and day due to its location. Sirens and loud noises on Saturday night, needed to keep windows open due to no air conditioning that we could figure out. Lack of a sitting room where we could gather together and visit. WIFI was sporadic unless you were close to the entry.
• Piero (7/5): Incredible location, close to everything - Location was incredible, perfect spot and close to everything. The views from the rooms were fabulous. The building has poor ventilation and because of this it smells musty. The air conditioning didn’t work. The pillows were old and uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. We were also unaware that the second bathroom for this apartment was an ensuite to one of the rooms which limited the utility a bit for our group of 7 as it meant having to walk through one of the bedrooms.

• Michał (10/5): great stay with whole family - very close to Vatican, you almost live in it. you can easily walk for 15 minutes to Colosseo and any of the most important tourist attractions. the apartment is also really well equipped. it is great for 8 people there are 4 bedrooms with great view. there is also kitchen and two bathrooms what can be very useful. contact with team is also great and they are really helpful. I highly recommend stay in there
• Áron (8/5): Great place for a travel with a big family or group of friends in a central location - Amazing location! It's a great place to stay with a multi-generation family or group of friends. Well equipped kitchen and great water pressure in the bathrooms. Most of the rooms has a view to the river and the Angel Castle. The hotel is in a corner of a big intersection which makes the rooms a bit noisy even overnight but they say this in their description so it wasn't a surprise.
