Apartmanbja na trećem katu, nema lifta, prozori u spavaćoj sobi cijeli dan osunčani, nemoguće spustiti shades, prekrivač na krevetu u spavaćoj sobi i na kauču u dnevnoj flekavi, podovi samo ovlaš očišćeni, ono malo suđa koje je na rqspolaganju nije baš čisto, dva komada pošuđa oštećena teflona...
• ANNAMARIA (5/5): - La posizione era buona Era scomodissimo il 3 piano senza ascensore. Molta fatica x i bagagli. Mancava un cambio di asciugamani.

• Carlos (6/5): Pleasant - The location is very nice. Close to a vaporetto station and near a beautiful park. The apartment is nice and spacious. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The water in the shower took a while to get hot and didn't not stay warm for long.

It was incredibly hot during out time in Venice - the apartment had good aircon but it was really just for the sitting room and just about the bedroom.

• Liene (8/5): Best location for Biennale lovers PLUS air condition - Loved the location - far from main tourist routes and verry near the Biennale gardens. AND of course the air conditioner was real savior during our stay in Venice when outside the weather was super hot (34°C). And really really nice owner and cleaning lady - easy and fast communication. Only small things, like the shower curtain was only decorative (could not shower normally and keep the bathroom floor dry). And the cooker hood and dishwasher - both were out of order.
• Anneli (6/5): great location for a short trip to Venice, especially if you are here for the Biennale - The location was incredible. It's beautifully located in a park near the water. It's a very beautiful house and there's a beautiful little bar downstairs with great cafe. The flat itself has a great substance, a beautiful floor and for our purpose of mainly using the apartment for sleeping, it was great. Unfortunately we were completely covered in moskito bites after our stay there, it is also a little bit moldy in the bathroom and we saw cockroaches in the kitchen.
• Papadopoulou (10/5): Excellent stay! - Super nice location! The appartment was wonderful! Very close to the bienalle! I will book it again! Perhaps a better curtain for the bathroom! It was a bit too small so there was a bit of water dropping on the bathroom floor!

• Lina (7/5): Would highly recommend this place nice and quite yet not far from all the city - The property was larger than I thought had beautiful parks outside and close to the water taxis friendly little bar on the corner and the corner shop the man there is lovely. it was great having a separate lounge The stairs. it was pretty had when carry all your suite cases up 3 flights of stairs

• Eila (4/5): We put up with staying in this apartment. Venice is such a wonderful place to visit. - This location is atypical for Venice but pleasant for us. The rooms were large enough and the setting was Italian. The floor was clean and terrazo and could be walked on barefoot in the hot weather. There was equipment to hunt down the mosquitos. There was a lot of storage room to put everything away in wardrobes, drawers and even a shoe cupboard. Despite staying for eleven days and nights the host did not change the linen or towels, and he did not respond to our request to do so. The kitchen missed the following essential items: wine glasses; working device to light the gas hob (we burnt fingers using a supplied cigarette lighter); cooker hood extractor not working; dishwasher not working; no tea towels; no oven cloths to protect hands from hot dishes; no chopping board except a plastic flaking one; no spatula and no wooden spoons for cooking or frying. The living room: sofa bed had a flaking plastic upholstery that we subsequently tread around the flat (black plastic flakes); bendy book shelves that sported heavy glass decorations; idiosyncratic wooden carvings. Decorations overall poor and and loveless. The bedroom: the matress was soft and suspected worn out. The bathroom: the shower curtain was flimsy and did not protect the floor from getting wet; there was bath mat and we had to dedicate one of the four towels supplied; the shower had missing wall tiles and grouting; warm water is generated in the kitchen and a lot of water is wasted until it reaches the bathroom; water in the toilet is constantly running wasting water.
