• tecnobaelo2 (9/5): Estupenda estancua - La amplitud, el diseño, la tranquilidad, buena iluminación, temperatura adecuada y excelente limpieza del piso. El barrio es seguro, con supermercado grande detrás, varias opciones de restaurantes asequibles, la Cartuja al lado preciosa y tranvía y bus cercanos. Excelente comunicación con el hoster. Personal de limpieza amable. Mínimo 40 minutos para llegar al centro aunque lo tomabamos como descanso tras caminata. No había microondas y tampoco cazo para calentar leche. Menaje no del todo limpio. La ducha se desbordaba enseguida, duchas supercortas por ello y no apetece tras un duro día caminando por la ciudad.

A lakás kényelmes volt, tágas és tiszta🤗 A konyhai felszereltség lehetne egy kicsit jobb, de mindent meg tudtunk oldani, és elég volt, a teraszra hangulatos lenne két kis szék , a nyári estékre.😊
• Emiliano Sebastián (7/5): Remodelado con mucha plata y poco criterio - A una cuadra del tranvía 14 que te lleva al centro. La zona es tranquila y tiene un supermercado a la vuelta. El baño es muy amplio. Falta iluminación en la cocina e implementos básicos como una tabla y una cuchillo. Invirtieron mucha plata en placards, alacenas, cocina y anafe, pero no había un repasador. Con muy poco podrían mejorar mucho.

Tivemos que esperar quase 2h à porta do alojamento enquanto chamavam o serviço de limpeza, visto que o quarto não ficou limpo pela parte da manhã. Devolveram-nos o dinheiro da taxa de limpeza, mas perdemos muito tempo numa viagem tão pequena, tendo em conta que a viagem até ao centro demorava cerca de 40min

• Владислав (2/5): - Две раковины. Владелец разрешил выехать не в 9:30, а до 11:00 утра. Было недостаточно освещения, потому что не работали некоторые светильники. Не было чайника, пришлось кипятить воду в огромной кастрюле. Начиная со второго дня не было горячей воды, бойлер перестал работать. Писали об этом хозяину - ответа не было. В итоге два дня пришлось мыться холодной водой. Грязно. В душевой в углу черная плесень. Полотенца с пятнами. Посуда грязная. Не было ничего из удобств. Заселились поздно вечером и даже нечем было помыться. Только одно жидкое мыло. Стиральная машина есть, но порошка нет. Городской налог можно заплатить только через paypal, отвратительная форма регистрации. Хозяин не на связи, читает сообщение через сутки. И после прочтения не отвечает.

• Imre (10/5): Great location, nice big apartment - Everything was great, smooth checking in, very good location, public transport, train, grocery store, restaurant just in 5 minutes away! Everything was great
• Chris (8/5): Very good - Although check in - check out was done remotely, practically it was a very fast and convenient process, as our host provided full details and a video , explaining how to pick the keys and enter the establishment. The apartment was quite spacious and although not in the city center, it's well connected in terms of transportations. Tram stop is just 250m away (lines 12-14), bus stop is right in the corner and a train station at 10' walking distance. The neighborhood is green , quiet and safe and across the street there are 2 cafes. On the other side of the block, there is also a super market. The facility had security door, hot water 24/7, good wifi, a lot of storage space and all basic equipment needed for a short stay. Several details that in case they are improved by the host, the apartment will be an added value. We would prefer to be a bit more cleaner like in bathroom tiles, kitchen stove , the extra blanket in the closet or in the sofa where in one side there was a big stain. Also, a better hair dryer, some more toilet paper and a few more basic kitchenware like water boiler or a small coffee machine, would improve a lot the overall staying experience in this apartment. Last, the very early check out up to 09.30 the latest in the morning, although it is clearly mentioned during booking could be avoided as creates an uneeded discomfort. Standard check out time at 10.00 or 10.30 would be much better.
• Luca (4/5): Disappointing - Good sized apartment and close to tram and supermarkets. The communication was very clear and check in/out was very easy The kitchen is very dark. Has poor lighting aswell as half the lights have broken bulbs. The duvet and towels had blood stains on them and The shower rain head was broken aswell as the shower has quite abit of mold. There is also mold under the window in the lounge. There was no supply’s to hand wash dishes aswell as there was nothing for the dish washer. There is also a washing machine but there is no where to hang up your clothes to dry. It is also a 45 min tram to city center. Definitely could use some TLC
• Desmond (3/5): This was the apartment from “hell”. - The location to our convention The kitchen was grossly under equipped with cooking utensils. Only 2 large pots (pasta). No small pots or pans to use on the cooktop or baking dish in the oven. We had to buy pots & pans to cook our meals. There wasn’t an electric kettle to make tea (although advertised). Wouldn’t a microwave oven be automatic?. Thankfully we had our own toaster & oven fryer. The shower head above sprayed water all over the floor & basin area. The TV turned itself on in the early hours of the morning & no connect/unconnect wall socket, only the remote & then a few hours later, on goes the TV. The concept of receiving the key in a locked “key safe” on a gate of an adjoining building & only booking in through the internet-not face to face contact- is not for us after this experience. When we contacted through Whats App, the answer was “We will contact the owner”. I thought a managing agent is to manage the booking, clean the apartment, check everything works, adequate kitchen function etc. it leaves me with the feeling that the managing agent was in fact the owner, so total feeling of being conned
• Chloe (8/5): Clean, comfortable but a little too far from transport to the City for a short stay. - The property was as described inside, modern and clean. The shower was not the best as it seemed to leak water all over the place but was fine for our two nights stay. The café across the road was lovely and cant complain about any noise through the night as there was none. The main issue we had was the location. To get to the trolleybus stop was around 5 minutes, however the service didn't seem to run on the Sunday we stayed in Milan. The Metro was a 20 minute walk away which was fine however coming back in the evening wasn't the best as it was very quiet and eerie in the area.

• Julien (3/5): Avoid if you can - The apportment was cleaned I travelled for work and pleasure i infirmed bith Booking com and the property how i wanted the receipt to be ussued. They bith tild me that it should be a problem aftervmy stay tge orooerty stop answering, and booking.cim decline all responsability. As a consequence I lost a £600 refund from my employer. Don't trust what these guys will tell you. The appartment had a bathtub that was blocked. The heating inside the appartment was not working, hard when you are travelling with kids. ( No portable heating available ). Towels were rationed. I had my impression that every was done to give a degree of discomfornt to what could have been otherwise a pleasant stay. Verdict: Avoid if you can!

• Marwil (8/5): Very good - The apartment is confortable and well equiped. It has all the facilities including a small tube; the neighborhood is nice, with options for eating and a supermarket. The place is quiet and relatively well connected to train/metro. The check-in is very easy and you do it autonomously. Check-out before 9:30 is a killer and almost disrespectful. The company running the place does not issue an invoice. I waited for three weeks for mine, with weekly reminders, and by now I just gave up...

• Julieta (9/5): 3 days in Milan! - The apartment was beautiful and so does the neighbourhood. The privacy was also appreciated and the place was very cozy. Everything is works as it should. The connection between the train station and the aparment was kinda scary at night. The place was far away of the center so if you are a tourist you will have to take sometime to get there by train. Most of the lights works but some others doesnt.

• Pierpaolo (4/5): many buts for a poor location and service - the apartment was big the location is very bad. the room is noisy as there is a bar open until late with people shouting. the apartment didn’t have a flat pan, neither bottle opener and some stove fires where not working. it was requested to the guest to leave the dishes washed, but a clean charge was added to the price .

• Kayne (8/5): short & sweet - it was clean and comfortable. with a cafe opposite and a supermarket around the corner. very easy to feel comfortable. trams into the city were easy. great location for the San Siro as well. very content stay a lot of confusion how to get into the property as the keys were hiding around the corner, luckily locals helped us! but apart from that, no faults in this place. we’re very happy with the apartment. and no Wi-Fi.

Very disappointing, tried again in the morning, ran the taps for a long time but freezing cold. No wifi despite it being advertised.
