• Anca (1/5): Tourist trap - This is a tourist trap, it is a very dirty apartment that ruined our vacation. They send someone to clean very late in the evening after we call to Booking Client Service. We requested our money back and leave in the morning, but the property only agreed to refund us 46 € out of 536 €.

• bassani (1/5): - Solo la posizione. Se sei allergico alla polvere qui ci muori. Le coperte non esistono. Il riscaldamento non funziona. C'erano 19 gradi in appartamento e Naveen il pakistano che gestisce l'appartamento è sparito e nonostante le numerosissime chiamate non ha mai risposto neanche ai messaggi. Il condominio e chi ci abita fa troppo rumore anche di notte, urla, sbattono le porte, parlano ad alta voce, rumori di ogni genere. E l'appartamento rispetto alle alle foto è grande quanto una mosca.
• Jessica (4/5): - La situation géographie est idéale. Très proche du centre avec pas trop de bruit. Nous avons trouvé les clés sans difficulté. Les draps et les linges étaient propres. La logement n'était pas propre. L'abattant des toilettes étaient cassées et la salle de bain était vraiment sale. De plus, le sol n'était propre.

• Krawl33 (6/5): Great stay at Ponte Vecchio Flats - The location couldn't be better. Right at Ponte Vecchio. Close to everything. There was a door missing on the little shower so water went everywhere. They did not seem too anxious to remedy the issue.
• Julia (7/5): Good place to sleep, and go out during day - - The location is very central one block away from Ponte Vecchio but in a bit calmer street. - airconditioning. Although it has a button next to the bed to turn it off which the host didn’t tell me so I thought the airco didn’t work at first :’) - The space is okay. Being a cheaper accommodation (compared to other apartments in Florence!!) it’s what you can expect! - It has a kitchen but there are no kitchen tools like cutting boards, knives or spatulas. There are only pans, plates and some cutlery. So it would Be nice to have some kitchen basics there I guess - I didn’t like the communication that much - It was not super clean
• Jacob (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, and we were close to almost everything we wanted to see in Florence. The room was up 4 flights of stairs, which we were not expecting. The proximity to everything made it worth it though.

• Jennifer (8/5): Really central location on a lovely street with speedy wifi. Bathroom door is very short though! - Excellent location on a great street with plenty of food options Not at all soundproof, the stairwell is easily heard, along with 7am rubbish pickup on the street below
