Guest Reviews
- Egidijus (8/5): -
- Barbara (1/5): Bad -
- Annie (7/5): Great terrace and location if you can ignore the tram noise. - Very centrally located. Walking distance to Duomo and canal district.
Terrace was ideal to sit out for breakfast & evening drinks. Beds comfortable. Staff very responsive. Tram stop nearby going straight to central station. Place was double booked so people were in there when we arrived. It got sorted fairly quickly. Tram is extremely noisy as other reviews said. Kitchen could be better equipped, 2 cups and random glasses, crockery, the odd pint glass from a bar. Hot water in the shower a bit unreliable.
- Lika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gareth (8/5): Very good -
- Iryna (8/5): Very good -
- Media (8/5): Very good -
- Yuval (4/5): central enough, but not a place to sleep - close to porta ticinesa, there is a tram line just below (bad for sleep, though), many restaurants around (but most were closed due to summer vacation), apartment design is cool with lots of books. there are some games (chess board, cards) and the terrace is big every car that passes by makes such a loud noise. when the tram passes it feels like an earthquake. first night we had maybe 3-4 hours of sleep, 2nd night was worse.
the AC units were dirty and one of them was dripping.
the sofa bed was not made and I had to look for sheets
- Aleksandar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jitender (8/5): Very good -
- Salman (2/5): Very poor -
- Jelenc (8/5): Very good -

- Jorge (9/5): Superb -
- Josefina (7/5): Good -
- Imre (9/5): great place - very nice and comfortabele appartment in great location with fantastic terrace.
- Anne-cecile (5/5): Passable - Location was good, but tram line in the street also means noise and vibrations. Not a major concern but nice to know. Trime Line is noisy and vibrations keeps you awake at night.
- Carolann (8/5): Very good - spacious with good facilities little cold as radiators didn’t seem to heat well
- Julian (8/5): Lovely place to stay for heavy sleepers - The flat was really clean and tidy, super pretty interior with beautiful furniture. The terrace was huge and ideal for a lovely breakfast or dinner. The beds were really comfortable, bathroom was excellent too. The best part about this flat was the hidden gems in the bookcases and shelves — there were some antique board games and some very old and unique books. We were pleasantly surprised, as the whole place felt like an escape room in which you find treasures. The check-in experience was really good too, with no hassle, online only, and fully automated. It was not quiet at all times — there is a really loud tram that passes by 24/7 and there is also a bakery right under the flat. The bakers spend the whole night jamming metal vessels into each other and kneading dough by smashing it on the counter. The whole place was also quite dark — the 4 days we were there it was quite cloudy and grey, and the insides of the flat felt very dark.
- Michael (8/5): Good facilities, comfortable space but quite load road / trams - Overall a good accommodation with reasonable levels of amenities and plenty of space. It was clean and in good condition. It felt secure and light etc, the terrace is very large. Not clear instructions for arriving later in the day. When the front door was locked, it was needed to call up the accommodation and they let us in. It would have been better if this was made clear prior to arrival
We were particularly annoyed about the building works going on in the flat below, hammering from 9am each morning (Saturday and Sunday)
The trams were extraordinarily load also, so if you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the apartment for you
