• Aaron (8/5): Great stay in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to all of the major sites in Rome. - The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is high enough above street level that we weren't bothered by the late night parties outside. It was a perfect location for exploring the city on foot. The only issue we had with the apartment was the minor inconvenience of inconsistent water pressure and hot water.

• Karol (8/5): Very popular area and great location is best benefit of this apartment. - Very cosy and good price-to-quality acommodation. I would recommend it to anyone to whom going to 3rd floor by stairs is not a problem and requires to be in the middle of Rome social life! The apartment is big enough, it has all needed accessories both in the kitchen and the bathroom. In winter is it heated, except for the bathroom. You are couple of steps far from nearest restaurants and bars full of joyful teenagers in the weekend nights. Couple of drawbacks, which don't really compete with great price for such a location. 1. The walls and some of things inside were in poor condition - a little dirty or partially broken (on photo). 2. The bathroom is "outside" the building, it goes beyond the main walls so it's quite cold there in winter, and the shower cubicle is extremely small. The cubicle has also a direct window to the outside so everyone can see your arms when you are taking a shower. 3. Beware the ventilation hood in the kitchen! One can think it's taking all smells from your cooked meals but it is not connected with the outside. In opposite - it just takes the smells and pushes them back to the room (look at the photo), so your living room is full of the meal smells when you prepare them. 4. In the application there are two buttons for opening the main building door and the apartment door, but only main door mechanism works. The electric module for apartment door is even connected (on photo) but does not work. Not a big problem, since you get physical keys as well.
• Štěpánka (8/5): Very good - Great location, quiet for sleeping. The lighting was not working in the corridor on the top floor. After handing over the keys on departure, you have to open the front door again with a code, but there is a risk that the mobile signal is very weak.

• Simon (1/5): No heating in the middle of Winter and no solution offered. - Location No heating in the middle of the Winter. After multiple requests it still didn’t get fixed or offered a solution and only during the last night (out of 4) we were offered another apartment (by then we went to a hotel ourselves as we were constantly freezing).
• Gethin (4/5): Disappointing - Location The heating did not work and the appartment was bitterly cold - we were unable to use the bedroom at all because it was so cold . Someone did come to look at the heating system but they could not get it to work either . There was only one duvet and one thin blanket despite there actually being 3 beds. It's 80 steep steps to 3rd floor so certainly not suitable for anyone elderly or disabled .
• Chiara (8/5): PERFECT LOCATION! - The position, perfect location. The apartment is sweet but nothing high level. Good clean. The possibility to have a coffee in the morning was appreciate. Moka, coffe and sugar was available. Bed comfortable. The bathroom a bit small, overall was ok, but the fact the hot water was not continuous it was a bit annoying. Luckily was September so the weather was still good to afford a bit of cold water during the shower.
• Tanya (1/5): Not as Advertised - A/C unit is not in the Bedroom - Great location. There is not an A/C unit in the bedroom and the one little unit in the kitchen/living area does not reach the bedroom so we could not even use the bedroom. We had to sleep on the very small and uncomfortable couch in the living room. The host also did not turn on the A/C before our arrival during the very hot summer and it took two days for the apartment to cool down. We were never able to sleep in the bedroom because it was too hot and miserable, let alone shut the door (so no privacy). We had planned to have one of us in the bedroom and one in the living room, but this was not possible because of A/C unit not capable of reaching the bedroom. We ask the host for a discount because the bedroom was unusable and therefore it was a studio apartment and not a one bedroom and they said no. But, they then had the audacity to then ask us to not write a bad review and to send any complaints directly to them. Very unprofessional. We had been compiling for the whole 3 weeks we were there so they already knew the problem which could have been solved very easily by purchasing a portable A/C unit for the bedroom. I would not recommend this place until they resolve this issue. The sofa bed in the living room is said to be for 2 people but it is smaller/shorter than a regular bed and only big enough for one adult. We were two small women and it was too small for us.
