• Maria Martina (10/5): - Apartamento estilo love , muy acogedor , bien distribuido y bien equipado donde hemos estado mi pareja y yo muy cómodos, en una parte de Venecia muy tranquila pero a su vez muy cerca de los puntos turísticos. A 2 min de una tienda y 3 min. De la parada de vaporeto s.tome y una parada de góndolas. La atención de los propietarios fue súper buena , haciéndonos muy facil y feliz nuestra estancia. La recomiendo 100%

• Jared (5/5): Needs a Deep Clean, Would not Recommend - Great location, great patio area, AC worked well. Comfortable bed. This apartment was very dirty. The owner has let it slip over the years, definitely is no longer a 8/10 property. It is in desperate need of a deep clean. When you first walk in the smell of mold hits you, mixed with slight cigarette smoke, the smell persisted throughout my entire stay, spent as much time out on the patio as possible to avoid it. The bathroom is very small and the shower mat was covered in mold, I rolled it up and put it off to the side, the shower curtain also had mold on it. The shower curtain was a silk like material and due to she small shower size it would stick to your body while you showered, a disgusting feeling, never felt truly clean. The floors are dirty, kitchen is dirty, walls need a fresh coat of paint, the top loft area clearly is not being vacuumed between guests. The WiFi is non existent, the property does have WiFi but it will connect to your device but then will never actually load anything, cell service is also very spotty due to the unit being ground floor and thick concrete, the only spot cell service works is out on the patio.

• Sulev (8/5): It is not very spacious but logistically excellent. - Excellent location, next to the water bus stop (S. Toma). Walking distance from the main railway (Santa Lucia) and bus station (Piazzale Roma). Clean and friendly neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants around. Bathroom could have been more spacious.

• Natalie (4/5): If you can afford a place for $10-50 more/night don't stay here. Great location though - Pro: location. Pro: A/c. Pro: Luca shows you how to use the washing machine and talks to you about the trash/recycling upon check in. Pro: Budget property. a few small adjustments could make this much better/nicer for very minimal money. For example: your lofted area: you have a breakable plate right next to the ladder - doesn't seem like a good idea... see "what I didn't like" below for more simple fixes/ideas. FYI: if you need to list a host name or phone number you have to use Luca's, don't use the person who owns the property. I don't know how I was supposed to know that, but Luca seemed very upset that I had given the airline (they lost my husband's bag) the Booking.com owner's phone number. How was I to know that? Luca was helpful in us getting our bag back. He called for us once and helped us trouble shoot a bit. Cons: only 2 pillows (and very flat). Wifi was awful. Literally not even a website with the weather would load a majority of the time. We were obviously not able to stream anything. We reset the router a few times and that helped for 10 minutes once. Not clean. In addition to there being ants (which Luca said, yes, he knew about) it was dirty. It did not look like anyone had cleaned the floors anytime recently. I will never understand airbnbs/properties not putting a clean sponge out (ie. putting a dirty/reused sponge out at the sink). The bar soap had hair on it - that kind of thing. The patio door doesn't shut all of the way. Also the "blinds" on that door are completely broken. more about the ants: they were on the wall near the bed, the floor, and they were in the bed...my husband and I got several different looking bites (not bed bug bites) while staying here. No trash directions in English. The shower is not ideal. so small and the curtain hits you the entire time. Check in: it being our first time in Venice we had trouble finding the apartment after our long flight. While on airport wifi I kept the host (via booking.com messenger) posted. He never once replied. I decided I should text Luca (had been given his number by the host thankfully) since we were delayed due to airline issues. I let him know what time bus/ferry we were taking and that we were running behind. Once we arrived, he seemed very upset that I hadn't updated him more and that we got lost... I find it hard to believe that other people don't travel (esp. ppl staying at a budget place like this) and avoid using international data like us. we had purposefully not wanted to use data our first day as we only had so many days of data, but after we were lost too long we turned it on. Luca couldn't seem to understand that we weren't using data at all times.

• Philip (8/5): Very good - The location is great and the private courtyard an asset. The apartment is tiny. As it is on the ground floor it can be a bit damp when the weather is not that nice.
• Christina (8/5): A nice, central, small apartment - Value for money - The apartment was small but cozy, in very good conditions and in excellent location, only 3 minutes walk for catching the vaporetto, restaurants and coffee shop around, 10 to 15 min walk from Venice best places. It was very clean and it has everything (for cooking and washing, wifi, TV etc) and a small patio as well. It is value for money!!! Finally, the person who gave us the keys was very friendly and helpful and provided useful information for getting around for our 3 days trip. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Venice. The bathroom is very small, however very clean. No more comments.
