• erica (10/5): Tutto SUPER - Soggiorno semplicemente fantastico. La posizione, fuori dalla zona turistica (ma vicina a tutto, per arrivare in Piazza S. Marco ci voglio circa 10 min), era incantevole e con vista sul rio. Per la prima volta ho trovato tutto l'occorrente per la cucina (zucchero, caffè, olio, sale). Appartamento spazioso e molto pulito. Inoltre vorrei ringraziare la proprietaria Francesca perchè è semplicemente SUPER... Grazie veramente soggiorno incantevole!!

• Inna (10/5): - Everything was beautiful: the appartment, the place and - espessialy - our hosts 😍 And before our arrival we received detailed instructions about everything that tourists may need around. And Francesca met us at the enbankment because we are lost (our google navigator showed us smth strange), they both - Cris and Francesca - were online for any questions. Their apartment is light, spaceouse and very comfortable, with breathtaken views on the two canals. We lived out of the tourist ways but inthe heart of the district, under the Arsenal's walls 😍 The interier is so nice, everything is done with great taste and love. Lamps and mirrow made of Murano glass are perfect 👌 You are just in 10 minutes by step from San Marco and 2-3 minutes away from splendid local restrants inside the district. 5-7 minutes to Arsenal vaporetto stop (you may take a waterboar to the airport here, for 18 eur per person, it's the Blue Line, but it's a very long route about 1,2 hours without any views through windows during the juorney) and 15 minutes by step to another side of the island"s - there is also the Line B stop to the airport via Murano and you dont waste time to go aroung the island from Arsenal via Lido to other stops on the north side of Venezia. The only thing we missed in the alartment - a washing machine. It'll be great if you add it in your cool apartment 💛

• Carlos (10/5): Comodidad casi en el centro en un barrio tranquilo. - Apartamento muy cómodo y a tan solo 10 minutos de la plaza San Marcos. La atención de Franchesca y Cristian de Diez, muy atentos y serviciales. La casa da a unos canales cerca del arsenal y para llegar son muy pintorescas las estrechas calles por las que hay que pasar. Muy recomendable, hemos pasado unos días agradables. Muchas Gracias por todo.

• deborah colette (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Venice. Just off the beaten path, but walkable to everywhere. - Hosts were fantastic and super knowledgeable. Beds were comfortable. Large space for Venice. Best part is that it is quiet and cozy and just off the beaten path but walkable to....everywhere. Super easy to get there from boat and super easy to get to airport. 10 out of 10 stars. Will definitely be back!

Toujours disponible pour répondre en quelques minutes. Il nous a partagé beaucoup d’informations très utiles. Appartement situé dans un quartier très calme avec vue sur le canal sur 3 façades. Magnifique! Salle de bain un peu à l’étroit. Accès de la chambre à la salle de bain exigu. Pourrait être un problème pour des personnes de forte taille.

• Slawomir (10/5): - Lokalizacja super, odbiór kluczy bezproblemowy, odebraliśmy w skrzynce z kodem, a dodatkowo czekała na nas przemiła Fracesca. Apartament bardzo czysty, wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było na miejscu. Bardzo blisko można było coś zjeść, jak i zrobić zakupy. Kontakt z Gospodarzami świetny już na kilka dni przed przyjazdem można było omówić szczegóły przyjazdu oraz dostać wskazówki, ponieważ przyjechaliśmy wcześniej można było zostawić bagaże, a apartament był gotowy przed czasem. przez cały pobyt kontakt z gospodarzami bezproblemowy zawsze chętni do pomocy. Dziękujemy.

• catherine (10/5): logement parfait et superbe !! - Le logement est superbe, décoré avec soin, bien équipé et très confortable. Il est idéalement situé à la fois très au calme, au bord d'un canal et pas très loin de la place St Marc (à pied une petite dizaine de minutes). Les hôtes sont charmants, la communication est facile par messagerie instantanée. Ils vous donnent la liste des épiceries, petits resto et sont à votre disposition si nécessairement. Rien !

• Arthur (9/5): Comfortable, clean and affordable. - The apartment was very clean. The check-in procedures were very clear and easy to follow - and the hosts very responsive to questions. Having two entrances to the bathroom was very convenient. Although this was a neighborhood that we had not visited much before, it was quiet and close to many restaurants and cafes, but not that close that we were overwhelmed with other tourists - and it is within easy walking distance to to two vaporetto stops - one on the north side and one on the south side of the island. I also recommend the Pasticerria Bragora for breakfast - and note that the same four local ladies occupy the same table tutti giorni. Nothing, really.
• HORINO (10/5): A room with a beautiful chandelier - My family of three stayed for three nights and four days. The reason we chose this apartment was because we saw a photo of the beautiful chandelier. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable to stay in. Additionally, since it is located a short distance from the center of Venice, the surroundings are quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The center of Venice is only a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient to get around. The owner, Cris, also provided information about nearby supermarkets and restaurants in advance, so we were able to shop for groceries without any issues.　When I told Cris that I wanted to visit Murano Island on the second day and asked him if he had any information, he told me that he was the director of a long-established glass manufacturer on Murano Island and invited me to visit the workshop. The workshop tour was very impressive. If you visit Venice, you should definitely visit this workshop.　 If I ever go back to Venice, I would like to stay here again. nothing

The appartment was clean, beautifully deorated (I loved the chandeliers) and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Christian and Francesca were great hosts — warm, helpful, and always available to offer assistance or recommendations to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We truly felt taken care of, and we would absolutely recommend this place.

Location was great and walking distance to all major sites. Property featured lovely canal views and some stunning Murano glass pieces. Host organised free glass blowing demonstration at Murano Island and a tour of the gallery. Property was very clean.

• David (10/5): Excellent location for a relaxed stay, close to everything but als nice and quiet in an authentic part of Venice. - Nice peaceful location in a residential area let us explore the lesser known side of Venice and find hidden local eateries and back alleys. While quiet it was also close to major attractions just a leisurely walk away and also only 5 min to the water ferry. Our hosts were exceptional and great communicators, also giving us detailed instructions and suggesting many local restaurants, where the nearest supermarket was, and even the local pizza take away. The apartment was spacious for our group of 3, well maintained, modern and clean.

The kitchen was well stocked. The host was incredibly helpful and very available to answer questions and give information on getting around Venice. Perfect location for attending the Biennale.

San Marco, but in a very calm neighborhood, with nearby food stores and restaurants. Very kind and helpful hosts!

Below is their review "A week before our arrival, we received clear instructions (including photos) for self-check-in and recommendations for places to visit (cafes, bars, restaurants, landmarks). We quickly found the apartments and during our mini-vacation, we visited many suggested places (with special attention to the takeaway pizza "C'è Pizza e Pizza", which was very tasty). The apartment owners left us a bottle of red wine (a special thank you for this gift!). The apartments were impeccably clean, and the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils for cooking (pans, pots, sharp knives, etc.), a microwave and a dishwasher. We were also pleased to find an ironing board and iron. The bonus was that all the windows of the apartment overlook the can The apartments are five minutes from the Arsenale station, in a quiet and cozy neighborhood without tourists. The main attractions are a 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, when we bought online bus tickets to Milan and couldn't figure out where the bus station in Mestre was located, we turned to Cristian for help. He promptly sent us detailed instructions (photos, a map and a schedule from Venice to Mestre), explaining how we could get to our desired location by train or bus. We are very grateful for the assistance and highly recommend staying in these wonderful apartments."

• Anonymous (10/5): This place has excellent rating for a reason; truly deserved. Clean, beautiful, quiet, convenient, great owners. - This was absolutely amazing experience! If you are thinking about it, go for it! The apartment is super clean and in a great location. It is supplied with everything necessary to have a great, relaxing, time. The apartment has two A/Cs, shower, TV, full kitchen, shower, hair dryer and even a bottle opener :) easy access to all water transport, two blocks from a beautiful garden. It took us about 12 minutes to get to Doge Palace walking and about 5 min to get to the pier. Cristian & Francesca are the best to ask any questions, recommendations; they respond immediately. The instructions to get to the apartment were very detailed and easy to follow. Loved everything.

• Lies (9/5): Friendly host, good apartment in quiet part of town but close to center. - Beautiful apartment close to the center but not in the bussy part. All you need is available. Friendly host. A small point of improvement: one of the beds was not very good. It was ok but one board came loose and was already ducktaped.

Modern style, clean, private, quiet neighborhood but yet close to the main attractions (walking distance), AC worked great and the biggest plus was the owners (they were very attentive to our needs).
