• Amal (3/5): - One bed was comfortable. The other was a pull out futon. Location is ok. 1. Price is double once you go to pay 2. I have stayed at over 6 places this trip in Italy and so many more around the world but the owner was so brutally rude and wanted to charge me extra for taking the garbage out and using a towel that was cold because I had a migraine. We always clean after ourselves but they kept harassing me to pay more for their cleaning. Money hungry, and no compassion . Would not recommend. We stayed for like 15 hours and received so much hassle and harassment and judgment from these people. I will never forget this. 3. Futon room was uncomfortable and so tiny. Could not enjoy. Woukd not recommend if you want to cook there or use a towel. Irrational.

• Zdravka (10/5): - The apartment is compact and perfectly adequate for a family of three. It has everything you need—kitchenware, coffee, and tea. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet, with many restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Excellent public transportation connections to all parts of the city: bus stops right in front of the building, a five- to six-minute walk from two metro stations—Termini and Repubblica—and a five- to ten-minute walk from Termini Station. Sights in the center of Rome—a 20-minute walk away. The host—Alexandra—is extremely kind and attentive to guests. She offers help and information on everything. It’s very easy to get in touch with her, and she responds promptly. Нищо
• Maria (10/5): - Our stay in the apartment left a very pleasant impression: a cosy atmosphere and a very well-thought-out décor! We were delighted with the amenities – the excellent shower was just what we needed after long walks around Rome, and the soft, high-quality bedding helped us recharge our batteries for the next day! I’d also like to mention that the flat was always peaceful and quiet, with no unnecessary noise from neighbours. And in the evening, it was lovely to sit on the veranda. I’d also like to say that the location was ideal – it was important for us to stay close to the station, yet be a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s easy to get to most of the sights, but we wholeheartedly recommend simply taking a stroll around the local neighbourhood! There are loads of great places to visit – some of them were recommended to us by the hosts of the Airbnb, and they were 10/10 :) Yes! It was really important that Alessandra was so friendly and thoughtful. It’s great when the host is so attentive to your needs during your stay. Nothing

• Roderick (6/5): Served its purpose in terms of location, but would not return - Location was good for us, with Termini being a major factor. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well as food shops and supermarkets. Having a washing machine was good. Kitchen was reasonably well supplied including washing up liquid and cloths Shower gel dispenser was empty. Hot water ran out very quickly, two showers were impossible. Small balcony was a bit grim and was used only to try to dry clothes. No clothing storage in the bedroom, it was too small for that, so the cupboard in the kitchen / living room was the only alternative - it least it has been set up with a hanging rail. Had to use the moka pot for making coffee as there were no pods for the espresso maker. Layout of the living room is a bit strange as the TV is mounted above the only sofa and unable to be viewed unless you sit at the dining table. The aromas from the Indian restaurant below in the same block were intrusive and constant, they became a bit much to bear once the novelty wore off. We did not appreciate the frequent reminders about having to pay the tourist tax before or when we left.... we are well aware of the requirements and have dealt with these everywhere in Italy for years. It came to the point of suggesting, wrongly, that we were not intending to pay this at all.

• 蒍葭 (8/5): 總體來說很推薦 - 空間足夠，地點不錯，離火車站近，去羅馬各大景點都有公車或地鐵，雖然靠路邊但是很安靜。有電梯真的很棒。 洗澡要等電熱器燒熱水有點麻煩，尤其人多的話，不能一個接一個洗，要很仔細的控制水量。沒有掛勾可以掛東西。

The vintage lift was a joy and the views of Rome from the rooftop terrace were stunning. The proximity to Termini station transport links was a real bonus, trains, Metro and buses were all easily accessible.

The apartment was beautifully remodeled in a gorgeous historic building with plenty of restaurants, groceries, etc close by. I especially loved being able to open the living/dining room windows and looking out over the rooftops and buildings.

• 공 (9/5): 4박 5일간 엄청 만족했던 숙소👍 - 아파트먼트 이용은 처음이라 걱정했는데 정말 좋았어요👍넓고 한국인 기준으로도 깨끗했어요✨️ 엄마랑 묵었는데 엄마도 엄청 만족하셨던🤭 테르미니역과 리퍼블리카역에서 15분 정도로 가까워서 다른 장소로 이동하기 편해요. 숙소는 3층이라 되어있는데 한국 기준으로는 4층에 있습니다(이탈리아는 대체로 그라운드 층이 따로 있는듯) 계단으로만 올라가는 곳이 아예 없는건 아니지만 엘베가 있어서 캐리어 옮기는데 불편함은 없었어요. 다만 오래된 건물이어서 그런지 엘베가 진짜 엄청 낡은건 감안하셔야 합니다🥲 저희는 2인이서 묵었는데 딱 좋았습니다. 3인까지도 가능은 할 거 같지만 2인이서 숙박할때 제일 쾌적할 거 같아요. 주인분은 여성분이신데 엄청 친절하십니다😍 늦은 시간에 메신저로 연락해도 친절하게 잘 답변해주세요👍 다음에 로마에 오게되면 또 이용하고 싶어요 대박 강추😆 (+) 참고로 열쇠로 문 여실때 👉왼쪽👈으로 돌리셔야 합니다. 오른쪽으로 돌리면 열쇠는 돌아가는데 문 안열려요🥺 열쇠 돌아가는 반대방향으로 힘주고 돌려야 열립니다. 이것 땜에 집주인한테 전화까지 했던터라 참고하시라고 남겨요🙇‍♀️ 온수를 한꺼번에 많이 쓰면 다음에 데울때 시간이 좀 걸려요. 먼저 씻은 사람이 온수 다 쓰면 나중에 씻는 사람은 온수를 바로 못 씁니다😂 씻을때 물 많이 쓰는 분들이면 필히 계획을 세워서 아침조 저녁조로 나눠서 씻거나 하시는걸 추천드려요😉 그리고 세탁기 버튼이랑 세제 넣는 칸에 때가 좀 껴있었어요😳 휴지로 닦아내고 쓰긴했는데 룸 청소하실때 이 부분도 신경써주시면 좋을 것 같아요🙇‍♀️
• Golda (10/5): Удобная и уютная квартира в самом сердце Рима - Отличное месторасположение! Вокзал Термини в шаговой доступности, рядом с домом масса автобусов в самые разные районы города. Квартира тихая, окна выходят во двор. Чудесный балкон с мебелью, где можно расслабиться вечером. Очень удобная кровать с ортопедическими подушками. Просторная ванная комната. Прекрасный душ. Одна проблема (и это во всех съемных квартирах!) - полное отсутствие крючков в ванной. Ни одного! Но это не страшно, мы уже привыкли. Полностью оборудованная кухня - кастрюли, сковородки, посуда, штопор, ножницы - есть всё! Большой холодильник. Очень порадовали работающие кондиционеры - жара была 30-32 градуса. Короче, в следующую поездку в Рим будем снимать квартиру только там!!! Хозяев не видели, но Лаура была с нами на связи. Вся информация была чёткой и понятной. Спасибо огромное за чудесный отпуск!!! Крючки в ванной?
• NATALIA BARBARIYSKAYA (9/5): - Расположение идеальное, все в пешей доступности, под домом множество магазинчиков и кафешек. В квартире было приятно прохладно в жару. Хозяева были на связи всегда, очень доброжелательны. Все чисто и удобно. Есть кофеварка, капсулы в достаточном количестве. Кухня оборудована необходимым. Даже зонтики и карты города нам оставили Не очень матрац , но это только если у вас проблемы со спиной.

Продумано все и даже цвета посуды не выбивается из общего стиля. Порадовал мощный фен, кондиционеры в обеих комнатах и белоснежное белье. Отдельно хочется отметить участие хозяки в своевременном нашем размещении. Такие особенности, как наличие зонтов, аптечки, карты Рима, капсул для кофемашины - это так мило и наполнено заботой, что хочется сказать сердечное спасибо! Нет

• Daniel (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed having an apartment instead of a small hotel room for the same price range. The apartment had everything we needed except for a microwave. It had a small elevator which was convenient for bringing 2 people and 2 luggages from the ground floor to the third floor. The location is great. The apartment is a 6-8 minute walk from 2 metro stations. One of them is Roma Termini, the central train and subway station in Rome. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. We visited 3 that came highly recommended by people from YouTube and blogs about Rome. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. No microwave. Not enough hooks in the bathroom. No real closet.

• Petya (9/5): Superb - The location is great, close to termini station ( 8 minutes walking ) and the sights. There are many restaurants and shops around. The neighborhood is calm and safe. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. And something very important for me, the bed in the bedroom and the pillows were very comfortable. Fix the bathtub drain, the water drains very slowly and it makes bathing difficult even in the shower. The air conditioner does not cool well. I looked at the guest ratings and I see that these two issues are quite old.

The apartment is conveniently situated within walking distance to Termini Train Station, as well as Termini and Republica Metro stations. The rooms were charming and well-maintained, while the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals and beverages. In short, it was a thoroughly delightful stay.

• Darren (1/5): I do not recommend this apartment. - Close to Rome Termini - metro and train station Not proper air conditioning as you would expect, only apartment block out dated building air con - see photo, which was not time adjustable, and was set only on from 11am until 11pm and did not operate effectively. So the heat in this apartment was unbearable. Communication was little, very poor and not timely. A foul smell was in the bathroom from the poor drainage system and when showering you were standing in a 4 inch filled bath. The bathroom also had mould around the sealant - see photo. The apartment was so unpleasant we had to leave ASAP.

• Treasia (9/5): It was a good stay, but will avoid during summer due to the a/c not cool enough. - It was clean and well equipped with kitchen & washing machine. Location was good and quiet. The a/c wasn’t cool enough (couldn’t turn the temp lower) and seemed like it turned off early morning. The drain from the bathtub was clogged, so had to use the plunger everytime after showering.

• Holly (9/5): Lovely spacious apartment in good location - Lovely spacious apartment in a great location: 5-10 min walk away from main train station. About 30 min walk to the Trevi fountain but great transport links (bus stop around the corner and metro station Repubblica is 5 min walk away) The apartment has a garden below so road noise is minimal (slightly noisy if staying in living room on sofa bed but can’t be heard from main bedroom). Both beds were very comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and even provided a list of places to eat and drink and we knew we could get in touch with them if we needed too. Bars, restaurants and shops all on the road below, with more down several side streets along main road. Terrace is lovely but only access is through the bathroom which was inconvenient When main window in living room was open the breeze made the doors slam so door stops would be useful No wardrobe in bedroom - one in living room with plenty of hangers and space but inconvenient location
