• jessica (7/5): - La ubicación que estaba a unos pasos del centro, y el trato del propietario que fue muy amable y dejaron un regalito y bastantes cositas como café, chocolate, galletitas y demás. Es bastante pequeño, y la ducha minúscula y rota y la cama era un sofacama aunque debo de decir que era bastante cómodo. Pero al ser un edificio antiguo pues era de esperarse.

• Asuncion (8/5): - Apartamento antiguo cerca del centro de la ciudad. La ubicación está muy bien y el apartamento tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Para unos días, es una buena opción, ya que es una zona tranquila. Al ser un apartamento antiguo, se nota bastante el polvo acumulado en las almohadas o incluso en el ventilador. La puerta de la mampara de la ducha estaba rota y en la cesta de la ducha había productos y plásticos que nos dieron la sensación de que eran de otras personas.

• Frances (10/5): We had a wonderful stay here. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Florence. It’s a straight shot to Ponte Vecchio - Friendly owner who was very responsive over WhatsApp, comfortable bed that folds back up to create more space, nice kitchen amenities with free snacks and coffee, soundproof windows. The shower was a little small and there’s no lift so just be mindful with luggage.
• Federica (1/5): Deludente, sporco, di cattivo gusto e maleodorante. - Nulla se non la posizione Quello che abbiamo trovato all’arrivo era ben diverso da quanto descritto nell’annuncio: Il letto indicato come “letto alla francese” era in realtà un divano letto, con le ruote sotto rotte, instabile e scomodissimo. La doccia era sporca, rovinata e con evidenti tracce di muffa. L’intero appartamento era in condizioni davvero sgradevoli: Tavoletta del water traballante Formiche nei mobili, uno dei quali anche rotto Polvere ovunque, sporco diffuso Lenzuola sintetiche, di pessima qualità Una sola coppia di asciugamani a persona, tra l’altro maleodoranti. Insieme all’odore di chiuso e di fumo anche se evidente il segno non fumare. Onestamente è stato un soggiorno molto deludente. La struttura non rispetta nemmeno gli standard minimi di igiene e vivibilità. Mi aspetto che questa segnalazione venga presa in carico seriamente e venga valutato un rimborso per il disagio subito. Рекомендую с учетом выше сказанного. - Очень небольшие апартаменты в старинном здании, расположенном в шаговой доступности от дворца Питти и садов Боболи. Есть все необходимое: спальное место, стол и стулья, вешалка для одежды, холодильник, кухонный уголок, отдельный санузел и душевая кабина. Мебель из IKEA - привычно и достаточно удобно. Хозяин добросовестно подготовил все вещи, нужные для проживания двух человек. Также он любезно разъяснил путь к объекту, рассказал о магазинах и ресторанах вокруг. Спасибо! До Понте-Веккио прямо по улице 10-12 минут пешком, площадь Синьории - еще 5, Дуомо - еще 10. Можно гулять по великолепной Флоренции днем и ночью. Понравилось всё, но вот нюансы, которые следует учесть потенциальному гостю: 1) апартаменты на третьем этаже - это несколько десятков ступеней узкой винтовой лестницы вверх, без лифта; для людей с ограниченной подвижностью или крупногабаритным багажом это может стать проблемой. 2) спальное место = складной диван, нам нормально, кому-то может не понравиться. 3) окна ведут на улицу, в 3-5 метрах напротив дом, где расположены магазин и бар - он может быть источником шума, как и дорожное движение (не очень, впрочем, активное). 4) внимательно проверьте комнату при заселении: поскольку мы въезжали и выезжали без личной встречи с владельцем, было неприятно постфактум столкнуться с обвинением в порче имущества. К чести хозяина скажу, это недоразумение мы быстро разрешили.
• Riona (10/5): Fantastic property and lovely host, would recommend! - The property was fantastic. Ideally located, very close to the centre of town and different attractions. It was also well-stocked with everything you could need from coffee to kitchen utensils. The host was lovely and extremely hospitable which truly made the stay. You couldn’t get a better option for the price.

• Hernán (10/5): Excelente apartamento con un anfitrión de lujo! - La verdad que Luca fue excelente! Siempre estuvo atento a que estemos cómodos y a las órdenes por cualquier cosa. Si bien el apartamento es chico, está súper bien equipado para cocinar y dormir cómodamente. Es un apartamento ideal para quienes vayan a conocer Florencia y pretendan recorrer durante el día. Quizás es el espacio es un poco reducido pero su ubicación es ideal. El precio podría ser un poco más bajo.

• Sally (7/5): Great host, location and price! - Luca (host) was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even before arriving, Luca provided useful information with regards to getting to the accomodation with pictures etc. My husband and I arrived late in the evening and had no trouble finding this accomodation. When asking Luca for restaurant recommendations for Florentine Steak, no only did he recommend a local favourite, but also booked us a table and used an Italian platform to book and managed to get a 20% discount. Location was perfect for us, it is a stones throw away from Pitti Palace and within walking distance of Uffizi etc. Bed was a sofa bed and not really comfy, however this could be down to personal preference. Shower was a bit small, but for the price, location and host, no real issues.

The location is in a peaceful area, really very close to Pitti Palace, Boboli Garden and to the Duomo, easy to go by foot to all the important touristic areas. -

• Jenna (10/5): Lovely place in the heart of Florence - La Tanetta di Boboli was truly amazing - we loved the place. The room was super nice, cute and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - everything was short walk distance away. Lots of excellent restaurants near by. The owner of the place - Luca - was incredibly friendly. He offered us coffee and took very good care of us during our stay in Florence. It was easy to do the check-in and check-out. We would definitely recommend staying in this place! Thank you so much for your hospitality. Upstairs neighbors were little noisy but it helped when you closed the windows during the night.

• Tessa (10/5): Wonderful stay - Luca is a wonderful host and made our stay truely special. He gave great recommendations of things to do and even treated us to real italian coffee and offered to mind our bags while we did a last bit of exploring before our evening flight. The location is superb, easy to walk to all the main sights and also easy transport for those things a little further out. The room is very cute and has lots of little touches, which brightens your day. Although the bed is a pull out, it is exceptionally comfy!

• Bogdan (9/5): Superb - It is comfortable. Small but in the same time enough space. You can make coffee or even cook if you want. Luca is great. If you need anything, just text him. Very good location. 5-10 minutes from Pitti Palace and 15 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. If I would go again to Florence, I will try to book the same place. For my taste, I would have preferred a more hard bed. But this is me. And the pressure of water in the bathroom. Did not botter me, but it was a little bit low.
• Roman (7/5): You really have to decide what your priorities are. - There was not breakfast. The location was great and the property was pretty. The problem is that since the location is great, it can be very loud and lively at night, making it difficult to sleep. There is no AC, yet it is very hot and humid. Also the property is on the third floor without an elevator, but really narrow stairs. The plumbing also was a little weird. The shower drain would bubble every once in a while, especially turning on the sink, and it gave off a sewage stench.
• King (1/5): Bad - All if the appliances are really flimsy and cheap, there are so many major plumbing issues that they probably shouldn't be renting out. The photos make the property look amazing, but in reality everything falls apart the second you arrive and then the owner of the property doesn't reply promptly at all and gets angry and accusatory when you keep following up with her. The toilet flooded sewage into the shower at 8 am, the owner promised a plumber would visit in the late afternoon, then they got mad that I followed up at noon, three pm, 5 pm, 7 and 10 on after hearing no response back. But then I had to spend the night in a room with no ac, no working toilet, that smelled like sewage in the middle of summer after they promised to take care of the issue that day! Then the next day, 48 hours later, no word from the owner, the issue still had not been resolved. It was so foul that we had to go to another hotel and request a refund. Very unresponsive, rude host. We didn't put anything in the toilet that didn't belong there, either.
