• Sven (8/5): Good place to stay in Room - Great location near the metro station (Cipro). Several good places for breakfast, lunch, apero and dinner nearby. Also a supermarket within 50 meters. But if you prefer, also easy to go to the historic center. Easy to check-in and clear communication by hosts Sound insulation within the building is not very good. It didn't bother us too much

• Damian (9/5): - Mieszkanie zlokalizowane przy metrze linii A, niedaleko Watykanu, wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia, w tym mały ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Bezproblemowy kontakt online z gospodarzem. W okolicy duży sklep spożywczy, piekarnia, pizzeria itp. Świetne miejsce na wypad do Rzymu. Polecam!

• Gregg (8/5): Good base for exploring Rome - Good location just 5 minutes walk to Cipra Metro and a supermarket one minute away. Small lounge but comfy enough for two people and had Netflix. Didnt meet any staff but they quickly responded via Whatsapp Everything was fine for a 7 night stay.

• Silvia_Liv (8/5): - L'appartamento era estremamente pulito e la cucina molto ben attrezzata. C'era tutto quello che serviva e anche di più, nonostante lo spazio ridotto. La biancheria era da hotel ed il letto molto comodo. L'affaccio interno ci ha permesso di dormire serenamente visto che il rumore del traffico era inesistente. La comunicazione con l'impresa che gestisce l'appartamento è stata impeccabile. Purtroppo l'insonorizzazione con gli appartamenti adiacenti (sopra e accanto) è nulla.

Brakowało mi obrusu na stole, byc może można poprawić wyposażenie kuchni

Everything is very convenient: all facilities and positions are great ( a few minutes to the metro station, supermarket, the chemist and Vatican (!)) Very clean, all lamps are in good working condition, beds are very comfortable. We were very tired from walking around Rome and had very good sleep because there was not any disturbing noise. would definitely like to stay here again. Maybe having another copy of the keys would be great.

• Patricia (9/5): - L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé avec une bonne literie ( lit et canapé lit). Propreté irréprochable.L'emplacement est idéal à deux pas du métro Cipro et des commerces. Très bons échanges avec la plateforme téléphonique, toujours prête à vous renseigner et vous aider. Je recommande cet appartement et le réserverai si je devais de nouveau séjourner à Rome.

• Alexander (10/5): Un refugio tranquilo en Roma, al que volvería sin dudar - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Después de pasar los días entre tantas atracciones llenas de turistas, regresar al apartamento era como encontrar un refugio de calma. Al estar en una zona residencial, se disfruta de tranquilidad: no hay ruido de maletas rodando, ni coches constantes, ni bullicio. Además, alrededor hay supermercados, centros comerciales y una gran variedad de restaurantes, lo que hace la estancia muy práctica. La zona se siente segura y, como extra, la estación de metro está a solo dos minutos caminando. Si tuviera que mencionar algo a mejorar, diría que en la cocina sería útil contar con un par de enchufes adicionales. Solo había uno para la cafetera, el microondas y la tostadora, y resultaba un poco incómodo estar conectando y desconectando cada vez. Aun así, la cocina estaba muy limpia y muy bien equipada: había incluso sal, azúcar y cápsulas de café, un detalle que se agradece muchísimo.

• Magdalena (10/5): Krásny byt blízko metra a Vatikánu - Super ubytovanie blízko Vatikánu, hneď pri stanici Metra - Cipro, čo sme potrebovali a hneď pri P+R parkovisku, kde bolo voľné miesto pre naše požičané auto. Platí sa od 6.00 hod 2 eurá na celý deň čo je super! Byt otvoríte na základe inštrukcií poslaných whatsappom a vnúti vás čakajú kľúče.

• William (10/5): Excellent location and property with amazing hosts - Silvia and Franco are amazing hosts and very friendly and accommodates to reasonable requests. Unfortunately I had some travel troubles during my stay and Franco helped me even when it's a Sunday and he was out of town. He had to droved back in town to give me assistance and I was very grateful for it. The properly is as described very close to the metro station Cirpo. It's within walking distance to the Vatican Museum (which I walked to for my tour), and the entrance to St. Peter's basilica (which I also walked). The neighborhood is quite and feels safe at night compare to city center. There are food/pizza/restaurants around within 5-15min walk. There are grocery store right next to it for anything you need. I particularly enjoyed the gelato place Gelateria Millennum. The surrounding feels like a regular quiet residential neighborhood and is a nice retreat after sightseeing a whole day in a very touristy and busy city. The flat is very clean and well maintained. Everything worked very well. If I were to visit Rome again I would definitely consider staying here again if it's available. Nothing. I really enjoyed staying at this place and interacting with the hosts.
• Basak (9/5): Superb - It was a cute little apartment in a very good location, enough for two people and it was spotless clean. The metro stop was very close so transportation was really easy. It was close to Vatikan, took 12 minutes to walk there. There was a conad city market right across the apartment. Many good restaurants around, but the best option with the most delicious food was the local market. The owner Franco was very helpful, he welcomed us and explained everything in detail. The apartment had more than enough supplies (coffee, toilet paper, etc). Even though we were there in June it was cool inside, so we didn't need much air conditioning. Overall we were very satisfied. If we go back to Rome one day, we would like to be Silvana&Franco's guests again. A small dishwasher would be convenient :)
• Lucíček (8/5): Very good - Very close to public transport but also walkable - you can easily walk to Vatican and also to the city center. The place is small but there is everything you need there.
• Andrea (9/5): Sweet Little Apartment - It was a very cute little apartment and had so many wonderful businesses within walking distance. The couch was uncomfortable but we made it work!

• Bengü (10/5): It was a great choice for us. Having a kitchen and the location was great - location is perfect. Cipro metro station is just 2 min from the house. There are markets nearby. Franco was very helpful. The house was clean and well prepared for us.
• Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment, great and helpful hosts. Very good location, 50m from metro station, 15min walk to the Vatican. Couple of markets just across the street, nice restaurants, and one of the best pasticcerias in Rome close by. Beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything if you want to use it. The bathroom is clean and always has hot water. Bad sound isolation, but it was like that everywhere we stayed in Italy.
• Gyulnara (10/5): Very good impression - This this an ideal place to stay : it’s close to Vatican , and just 3 minutes to Cairo metro station; appartement is small but it has everything one may need, from the coffee and salt, to the shower gel. Apartment is clean and in a very good shape! It was extremely hot weather at our visit, but we didn’t even need conditioner at the night, though they are available at each room. Special thanks to Franco and Silvana for detailed instructions and availability throughout our stay! Next time we know where to stay !))

Owner Franco was very nice Workers was in the building every morning from 7am near to our window so we couldn’t not sleep as much we want.
