• Fabrizio (6/5): comoda per la posizione ma troppo essenziale per i servizi offerti - la posizione era ottima, vicinissima alla fermata della metro. Il parco era molto bello e silenzioso avevamo in dotazione soltanto 2 teli doccia, nessun altro formato. La struttura è classificata come con 2 camere da letto ma non è la realtà. Vi è una camera da letto e un divano letto nel soggiorno

• Marco_1989 (1/5): Terribile - Buona posizione, vicina alla metro e zona ben servita Non avere acqua calda nel lavandino del bagno e sentirsi dire dall'host tanto puoi usare il bidet. Per aver l'acqua calda in doccia era necessario aprire pure il Bidet. Armadi inutilizzabili perché pieni di cianfrusaglie e cucina molto sporca

• Andreas Paps (8/5): VFM stay - A great vfm choice in a very convenient location (restaurants and supermarkets are within a 2 minute walk). It’s also very close to the Vatican Museums (about a 5 minute walk). The property is part of a private complex of apartments. You need keys to enter both the main gate leading to the private courtyard and, of course, each building. The elevator is quite narrow and requires a key to operate. If you’re carrying luggage, even one person can feel like too many. The building and the apartment are old, so naturally some features may not be in perfect/modern condition.

• Sónia (10/5): Roma - Localização excelente. Os responsáveis super prestativos. O Orlando ajudou em tudo. O chuveiro tinha pouca pressão. Mas é o meu ponto de vista para outras pessoas pode ser o ideal.
• Hector (8/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicacion muy buena y con medios de transporte cerca El acceso al baño; para acceder desde una habitacion hay que ingresar a la otra habitacion
• Cezary (9/5): Świetny czas w bardzo dobrych warunkach! - Bardzo przyjaźnie nastawiony Gospodarz domu. Szybko odpowiadał na pytania i prośby, sam wykazywał inincjatywę. Mieszkanie położone bardzo blisko metra i pętli autobusowej. Spacer do muzeum watykańskiego to 7 minut spacerkiem. W pobliżu sklepy wielkopowierzchniowe i małe lokalne, restauracje i kawiarenki z pyszną kawą. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste z wszystkimi niezbędnymi wygodami. Polecam z pełną odpowiedzialnością.
• Cahill (8/5): - Great location near metro stop. Walking distance to vatican. Safe and secure at night locked gate into courtyard . Bedroom 2 is the sitting room . Kitchen is tiny but usable. Plenty of restaurants and shops on the same street. Kitchen is very small. Bedroom 2 is the sitting room .

• Silvia (8/5): Anfitrión de 10 - El anfitrión fue muy atento en todo momento, nos facilitó el transfer desde el aeropuerto y nos dejó entrar algo antes. Justo debajo hay una tienda donde se pueden guardar mochilas durante chek in o check out. Supermercado y bares en la misma calle. Metro a 3 minutos con la línea naranja. Es bastante bastante pequeño y faltan algunos utensilios de cocina como una tostadora. Pero por lo demás, genial

• Massimo (9/5): A un passo dal Vaticano - Ho soggiornato con mi amoglie e le.mie figlie e ci siamo trovati molto bene, ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre esigenze di famiglia. Ottima la dotazione, aria condizionata, pulito ordinato e in zona tranquilla, ben servito da negozi e ristoranti, in posizione strategica per visitare la città, a 200 metri da Metropolitana Cipro e fermata del bus di fronte Complimenti per la vostra ospitalità.👏🏻 Materasso matrimoniale con le molle fastidiose e un po vissute.
• Ana (9/5): Buen sitio para visitar Roma - La ubicación y su comodidad por estar cerca del Vaticano, de la parada de metro Cipro y de autobuses, restaurantes y tiendas de alimentación. También es de valorar el buen servicio de desplazamiento al aeropuerto. Muy recomendable. Las almohadas, lo único.
• Ania St. (10/5): Polecam 10/10 - Najważniejsze: możesz zameldować się sam nawet w środku nocy. Blisko metro Cipro, dużo restauracji, marketów w tym jeden całodobowy, bezpiecznie! Tylko 10 min piechotą do Muzeow Watykańskich. Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem!

• Javier (1/5): The most uncomfortable bed ever: you won’t sleep for sure - I was so tired cause the bed was so uncomfortable that i had to sleep in, an also hard and uncomfortable couch with my son and wife and I forgot my wedding ring at the apartment. Giulio collected it and left it in a close by apartment so I could pick it up. I advised several times of our arrival ( check in is from 2 pm) but by 4:30 pm the cleaner was in the house. The house was dirty but she just spent 10 minutes making the bed, no cleaning at all and left. Toilet was leaking and host has to come to repair it as the noise was unbearable. Kitchen utensils were old and filthy ( I am adding pictures). We are in italy and o had the worst coffee machine just cause they have not cleaned it in probably years. You couldn’t make tea either as tea pot was disgusting. Bed had all springs broken and it seems it was older than me (50 y.o.), full of filthy spots and with very disgusting pillows that are better in the rubbish. Air conditioning (HVAC) is in need of a gas recharge as it took ages to get the right temperature and the apartment is hot. Fridge also old and broken, making loads of noises.i should have charged the owner for the cleaning o had to do in order to be able to spend a few days with my wife and son in the property. Smoke extractor didn’t work so you cannot cook without leaving the whole apartment with smells. And the whole description of the apartment is wrong. Only one bedroom, not two, only one bed, and with no views to the street from the filthy balcony. Overall my worst stay using booking in years. The owner needs to spend a few euros on the apartment but it seems she doesn’t want. We requested a change of mattress but they didn’t do it so o suppose it will be there until it desintegrates into dust

• Levitskaia (10/5): Everything was wonderful)) - Excellent location, close to the Vatican, which was the main goal of our visit. The apartment in a house with a wonderful yard and singing birds in the morning. The proximity to the metro station opened access to any part of the city. To the left of the entrance to the building is a wonderful pizzeria. To the right, about 100 meters away, is a grocery store and a market. It has wonderful cheeses and wines. maybe buy new pillows))
• Wilson (8/5): It was comfortable and my friends liked it. - Beds, close to Vatican, close to metro, close to supermarkets. Really good. Old lift, pipe of toilet was stuck.
• Zuzana (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, a short walk from the Vatican Museum. Small apartment, but ideal for a short stay. I recommend. Cold water in the sink (in the kitchen and also in the bathroom).

• Natalia (10/5): Amazing Rome - Apartament is situated in a great area near to the Cipro metro station. Just near you have a food market, lot of reataurants and great public communication
• Nastase (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very well positioned, close to the Vatican city and to the St Peter Basilica. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Giulio was vey nice to us and gave us a lot of information about the city. Grazie mille, Giulio!
• David (10/5): A great base for exploring Rome, in a residential but very well connected part of town. - Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the entry to the Vatican museums, less than 5 minutes from Cipro metro station, with several bus stops nearby providing good connection to other places. There's a great take-away pizzeria next doors and a range of nice restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The apartment is in a picturesque older but well maintained condominium, with a beautiful green courtyard. Note that there are two near-identical entrances within the block. We arrived at night due to a delayed flight and the taxi driver dropped us at the other gateway. It took us a while to realize we were at the wrong number.
