• Pedro (10/5): - Very comfortable and large space for my family trip. Located in an awesome part of Venice, a short walk from the train station and near lots of great food. The host was extremely generous and I am grateful to have been able to use their space!
• Andrea (10/5): - Appartamento molto spazioso e luminoso con il giardino perfetto per la nostra famiglia con 4 bambini. Abbiamo potuto cenare all'aperto e allo stesso tempo riposarci dopo una intensa giornata in giro per Venezia in una casa molto ampia e confortevole. Consigliatissima per la posizione perchè siete comunque abbastanza vicini al ponte di Rialto quindi potete passare da tutte le parti dell'isola senza aver bisogno del vaporetto (noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno) e siete vicini a tutte le attrazioni di Venezia. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni lunghi. Inoltre, siete vicini alla movida e quartiere con tutti i confort (bar, pizzerie, supermarket, farmacia, ecc. tutto a due passi), ma, allo stesso tempo, in una via interna e defilata lontano dalla confusione, quindi molto silenziosa. Host reattivo e gentilissimo, ci è venuto incontro, per quanto possibile ovviamente, a tutte le nostre esigenze. Ma il top è stato il rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente alla prima occasione. niente

• Roberto (10/5): - Appartamento super, sia per la zona che per la sua grandezza oltre al cortile interno molto grande. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile a Venezia. Anche la zona molto centrale ma lontano dal turismo di massa.

• Zsóka (10/5): - 7 tagú családdal voltunk. A lakás nagyon kényelmes volt számunkra. Jó, hogy volt udvar is, lehetett kint is ülni. Kedves dolog, hogy a konyha a főzeshez szükséges alapvető anyagokkal (olaj, fűszerek..) ; kávéval, teával, kakaóval is el van látva. Ugyanúgy pipereholmik is találhatóak a fürdőkben. Segítség volt, hogy a csomagjainkat kijelentkezés utan is otthagyhattuk. A kulcshoz könnyű volt hozzajutni. Monica nagyon kedves, részletesen leírt mindent, és hamar válaszolt a kérdéseinkre . Kiváló az apartman elhelyezkedése is. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom!
• Sthitapragyna (10/5): Amazing location and stay in the heart of Venice.. walkable from all the points and very safe at night - We had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Venice. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy everything nearby. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They listened to everything we needed and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. Everything was well arranged and we honestly have nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our time so much that we are already planning to come back every year. Highly recommended!

• Kellie (8/5): Great accommodations for our family. - Locations was great and it was spacious. We loved the garden to eat and rest and dry wet clothes. The smell was a bit off putting in the back bathroom and throughout the apartment - that may be Venice, however. Wish we had more towels available to us.

• Filippo (10/5): Torneremo di sicuro. - La struttura è in una posizione ottima, la casa è molto accogliente e accessoriata con tutto il necessario. Lo spazio all’aperto è stata una splendida sorpresa.

Posizione ottima. Ottima comunicazione e grande gentilezza dell’host . Non ci è mancato nulla. Non cambierei nulla del mio soggiorno, forse valuterei di mettere una tenda nella camera da letto vicino la porta d’ingresso. Al mattino entra un po di luce
• joao manmat (5/5): Road trip Italie - Emplacement La clef d entrée a cassée dès la première utilisation et la seconde était aussi fissurée. J ai du en faire une nouvelle en urgence car pas de réponses du propriétaire avant le lendemain. Appartement faiblement équipé (wifi faible, 3 kits serviettes pour 4 personnes, télécommandes défectueuses...) Même si nous sommes à Venise l appartement sens beaucoup le renfermé et l humidité.

• Teages (7/5): - The place is very good, it's near Centrum and you have almost all the facilities near; like busstation, restaurants, shops, waterbus, taxi .... Internet was to slow and by the other 2 bedrooms it doesn't work mobile line was to slow.
• Zachary (8/5): Plenty of space for our group of 6 in a great location. - Spacious apartment with plenty of beds and a courtyard down a cute alley way. Linens have an older, musty smell. Front bedroom is noisy from night time foot traffic.
• Ana (10/5): Maravillosa estancia en venecia - Mónica es muy amable, todo fueron facilidades para poder llegar al apartamento, y en el momento de la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta más tarde de la hora fijada. La casa es fantástica, parece que está recién reformada, tiene 3 habitaciones muy amplias y dos baños además del salón y cocina. A nosotros nos dio la vida la terraza, ya que hacía muy buen tiempo y la utilizábamos para hacer allí todas las comidas y descansar un poco en las horas de más calor. Aunque es un poco complicado llegar la primera vez porque google no te indica bien, está muy céntrica y tienes variedad de tiendas, bares y restaurantes en los alrededores. Puedes moverte por toda la ciudad prácticamente andando, si quieres no es necesario el uso de transporte público Pondría unos estores opacos en la habitación que da a la calle para que no entre claridad por la mañana, y en el baño que hay bañera habría que poner al menos una mampara o cortina de ducha para que no se salga el agua

• Pierce (10/5): It was perfect - This apartment is in a great location 5 minuets from the train station/ bus station. Close to saint marcs square but not to close. You can really experience Venice as a local. And there’s a great cafe and wine bar 30 seconds from your door. Plenty of beds WiFi didn’t work the best in the back rooms but that was the only complaint

Correct address received very late.Never received an entry lock code!!By waiting front of the apartment,after several calls to the owner finally received a lock code .The third bedroom was locked, again after many calls and explained that we booked a 3 bedroom apartment someone came to unlock the third bedroom. Washing machine locked in storage room.
• Bobby (9/5): Very nice experience. Nothing to complain about. - Our caretaker Monica was waiting for us at the apartment and she was very helpful in showing all the facilities in the property. The apartment is just 12 minutes walk from St.Lucia station with many restaurant's, bars, supermarkets and scenic locations nearby. I stayed there with my family and 3-kids there for 3 days and it was very a nice experience. Specially the location of the house is very convenient.
• Tiffany (10/5): Wish we could have stayed here longer! - It was very spacious with two bathrooms. The private courtyard was the best though. We even made dinner one night at the Airbnb and ate out there. It was amazing. I screwed up the booking actually but even so the host was so kind and accommodating! I will definitely try to stay here in the future!! It was a tad hard to find but not terrible. GPS did a good job. We took the Vaporetto #2(water bus) from the train station to the S. Toma stop. It was a quick few blocks from there.
• Homer (7/5): Good - Very nice hosts. Swift collection of the keys on arrival and highly appreciated flexibility in terms of leaving the luggage after check-out. Apartment big and cosy. On the other hand, it's quite easy to notice that this apartment has not been renovated for quite a while. Things like peeling plaster from the walls and ceiling, in a few places visible fungus on the ceiling, some door knobs falling off, a shower that needs sealing to name a few. Luckily these faults still do not degrade the overall very positive impression of the whole apartment, but I'd strongly advise the owner to fix them asap, otherwise the rating will go down quite quickly.

• Dand (8/5): Very good - The location is fantastic. Very spacious apartment. Also, the owner was very nice and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and offers you almost every thing you need to prepare your own meal. Nice garden. Old and kitschy furniture. Very strong mold smell . I think this property is overrated on booking.com.
