• Nina (10/5): A wonderful place to stay - The location is superb - only 3 minutes away from San Marco! You'll find all the things you need during a stay at this apartment. It's very well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. A supermarket is only a few minutes away from there. A lady who let us in was really helpful and gave us plenty of details about the neighborhood. We are very happy we have chosen this place. 😀 It wasn't a problem for me, but there is no elevator there, so people with mobility issues should have this in mind.

• Debora (5/5): Great location! - Localization The apartment was extremely basic; we barely had any plates or glasses available. Unlike other accommodations we've stayed in, this one showed less care in terms of welcoming guests. However, the owners were friendly and didn't cause any problems.
• Wahyu (10/5): Great place to stay in Venice - The Apartement is Perfect! Elisabetta is also helpful and so kind. Would love to stay at Ca Moretta again, next time i visit Venice. Mamma mia Perfetto! The Unit Located in 5th floor, without elevator/lift. Not suitable for elders.
• Pilar (9/5): - En general muy bien, habitaciones amplias, renovado y muy bien ubicado. El baño era pequeño en relación al tamaño del apartamento y muy poca presión en la ducha. Lo peor, en mi opinión, las almohadas y que no había funda en los nórdicos.

Tout est moderne, très spacieux, très propre et confortable. L'appartement traversant donne des vues sur La Fenice et sur le Campanile, c'est magique! il est à deux pas de la place St Marco, dans une rue calme. Un grand Merci à la propriétaire Elisabetta qui a été d'une extrême gentillesse, très prévenante et bienveillante, et a même été à notre écoute pendant le séjour, Grazie mille a te Elisabetta, nonostante lo sciopero, hai aspettato il nostro arrivo, grazie per la tua pazienza. rien à signaler

• Aretxa (9/5): Excelente apartamento. - La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento está, tal y como se describe. Hay que subir y bajar unas cuántas escaleras pero ya eramos conscientes de ello. La cocina está suficientemente equipada y en buen estado. Las camas son muy cómodas. Es muy espacioso y además, tiene aire acondicionado. Las ventanas son nuevas y te aseguran un gran aislamiento con el ruido exterior. Es muy luminoso. El trato con el arrendatario es correcto. Muy apto para pasar unos días en Venecia. Todo muy correcto, excepto que hay poco caudal de agua en la ducha y cuesta regular la temperatura, pero bueno, cumple su función.
• Iain (9/5): Stylish apartment in the heart of Venice - Lovely apartment with all the facilities you'd want for a self catering stay. TV and A/C in both bedrooms double and twin), very well equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine and dining table, plus all the kitchenware). Good sized, nicely decorated rooms with plenty of storage and extras like a PS3 and CD player. Location is outstanding, very close to St Marks Square, grand canal and the main shopping and restaurant area. Less than a minute from the Theatro (worth doing the tour). The only real issue we had was that the apartment is up about six flights of stairs and for someone not in top fitness in 40 deg heat, this was a real issue, especially on arrival with heavy suitcases. Of course, there's nothing they can do about it, and for many people this won't be a problem, but it is something worth knowing. Otherwise, the shower temperature is tricky to control and the water pressure is quite low.

• Thomas (4/5): Disappointing, without the overbearing smell and uncleanliness, it would be a great. - The location and size of the property. Host was accessible, friendly and provided general information about the area. She was waiting for us at the property. The property is a 25 minute walk through narrow streets alleys and over bridges from the Santa Lucia train station. It is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. It can be difficult to climb even with small carry on luggage, not recommended for elderly or families with small children. Extremely strong smell/odor emanating from the bathroom that permeated the entire property. When I told the host she said, "Hi Thomas the smell depends on the low tide especially at this time of year". That response was unacceptable for the amount of money we paid ($785 plus $36 city tax for 3 nights) for this property. She offered no solution to help with the smell. If that is the reason for the smell and they know that's the reason for the smell, the property should be not rented out during this low tide season. No ventilation in bathroom to alleviate the smell. There is a small old window but could not open it nor was there any air fresheners available to help with the smell. We kept the bathroom door closed to minimize the smell throughout the property. We stayed out of the property as much as we could due to the oppressive smell. Apartment, dust throughout on floors (potato chip crumbs found near main bed), dust on lights and on nightstand by the main bed, no amenities such as: complimentary bottles of water, paper towels, small modern bathroom and shower but without shampoo or soap, no toaster (listed on property as having one) coffee maker dirty, had to rinse it out half a dozen times but still had old coffee residue in the machine, I would not use. Shelves in the refrigerator not clean, broken coffee mug in cabinet, hairs in bidet, drain in bidet cannot open so water collects and will not drain out. Stain on the top sheet of the main bed in the main bedroom. Included in the cost was a $67 cleaning fee but the property was in dire need of a deep cleaning. No convenience store on site as listed on the profile.

Beautiful clean and spacious apartment with view of gondolas passing at end of street Whilst there were 80 steps to climb it was well worth it for apartment, location close to all shops around Marco Pollo

• Watson (10/5): I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Venice. Excellent - The host was lovely greeting us with a bottle of cava she also explained everything we may need ,even down to where to find the best supermarket. The apartment was lovely, just like a home from home, with everything you need. It was also excellent value for money as its in the San Marco area which is the more expensive place to stay, as its near all the main attractions but this apartment was very reasonable. All in all an excellent place to stay. The only down side is there is no lift and its 5 flights of stairs ,this was no problem for us but if you have poor mobility this could be an issue

• Giedrė (6/5): Pleasant - We loved the location, everything is so close The apartment wasn't properly clean, it was such horrible smell in the shower which is coming from the pipes. The floor in the whole apartment, cupboards and fridge really need some deep cleaning, looks like nobody took care of it for a long time. It wasn't worth the price we paid for.

• David (9/5): Lovely apartment, but… - The owner was really friendly. The location was really good. The apartment was very spacious. The twin beds were comfortable. There was excrement and urine stains on the toilet seat. We had to clean it before we were able to use it. The water pressure for the shower was weak. The bathroom was small. The scatter cushions in the twin bedroom had stains on them. The mattress on the double bed was too hard.
