• Barbara (3/5): - Mieszkanie jest duże, blisko stacji metra i przystanku autobusowego. Niestety, ale pomimo tych zalet samo mieszkanie jest mało atrakcyjne. Apartament jest w dużej mierze składowiskiem starych i przypadkowych przedmiotów (np. stara szafa bez drzwi), które pozostawiono w mieszkaniu, powodując jego wizualne zagracenie. Ponadto, oferta online nie jest zgodna ze stanem rzeczywistym. W ofercie jest: sypialnia 2 dwa łóżka pojedyncze, w rzeczywistości było jedno łóżko podwójne, co skomplikowało sprawę, bo nie byłyśmy rodziną, w rezultacie dwie obce osoby spały w jednym łóżku. Kiedy zarezerwowałam to mieszkanie, poczytałam opinie i zadałam pytanie do właściciela, czy usterki, które były wskazane w opiniach zostały usunięte. Zapewniono mnie, że tak. Nie była to prawda. Wszystkie usterki, w których czytałam, nadal występowały: deska w toalecie nadal jest ruchoma, kabina prysznicowa to jedna wielka prowizorka, a w prysznicu nie można ustawić wody (albo zimna, albo b. gorąca). Jedna szafa w salonie straszy, jest zbędna, nie spełnia żadnej roli. Bez niej salon byłby bardziej przestronny. W drugiej, aż się prosi oddzielić pościel czystą od używanej, poukładać. Czajnik nie powinien stać tak wysoko na lodówce i na kuchence mikrofalowej, jest to niebezpieczne i niepraktyczne. Mieszkanie niezbyt czyste, wymaga odświeżenia, uzupełnienia naczyń. Szczególnie kuchnia - brudne naczynia, zniszczone garnki, patelnia. Ponadto od początku zwróciłyśmy uwagę na uszkodzone drzwi od pokoju tj. listwa nie zabezpieczała dykty, która była w środku. Gospodarz domu potwierdził, że o tym wie. W efekcie przy zamykaniu drzwi wypadła i spowodowała, że na głowie miałam obrzęk, guza i sine czoło przez kilka dni. Powiadomiony właściciel lokalu nie zareagował i do końca naszego pobytu nie odezwał się. Ogólnie mieszkanie ma potencjał, niestety niewykorzystany. Właściciel powinien uporządkować mieszkanie i zainwestować nieco w wyposażenie.

• Nora (9/5): Erg goede ervaring! - We hadden drie privékamers, een aangezien ik reisde met mijn moeder en mijn broertje, was dit ideaal. De kamers waren ruim en netjes. Heel fijn! De host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
• VASILIKI (7/5): Για το διάστημα που μείναμε (4 ημέρες) μας άρεσε η τοποθεσία λόγω της εύκολης πρόσβασης στο μετρό - Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι εξυπηρετικός και δίνει αρκετές πληροφορίες. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ κοντά στο μετρό, μόλις 300μέτρα απόσταση Bonus, επισκεφθείτε το μπιστρό Rock Side που βρίσκεται στο διπλανό κτήριο, είναι καταπληκτικό, ωραία μουσική, περιβάλλον, φαγητό κλπ και πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό αλλά ακατάστατο, χωρίς κάποια συνοχή σε διακόσμηση κλπ επίσης δεν καταφέραμε να λειτουργήσουμε την κουζίνα και ο χώρος της ντουζιέρας είναι πάρα πολύ μικρός

• Madalina (8/5): - We liked the fact that the rooms were spacious. The apartment is very close to several means of transport. Also, we could walk from the apartment to the Collosseum. There is a market in front, which was very nice. Some things in the apartment should be fixed/replaced/removed.

• Thibaud (8/5): Très bon séjour au centre de Rome - Appartement spacieux avec 3 chambres permettant d'accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. Niveau équipement c'était très bien, juste une lampe dans la salle de bain qui ne fonctionnait plus mais l'hôte avait mis à disposition une lampe portable. Pas très bruyant et avec une literie confortable, nous avons bien dormi. A cause du problème de lampe et une prise qui ne fonctionnait plus, il fallait laisser la porte de la salle de bains ouverte lorsque nous utilisions la machine à laver.

• Steve (10/5): We loved our stay here! - It was spacious and clean. Property manager was very nice and met us there with the keys. Very responsive to any questions that we had. We really felt comfortable here. Would love some screens to keep the mosquitos out.

He was there to meet us for our late check-in when our plane was delayed and the metro closed Traveling with children, we needed a better equipped kitchen and a cleaner bathroom. Many conveniences could have easily been made to the apartment.
• Vithursiga (10/5): I would definitely recommend staying here for your Rome trip. It resides right next to the tram and buses so it’s very e - First of all the property inside is very clean and spacious. It also has all the necessary materials we needed , e.g AC (it was very hot), hairdryer, cooking utensils, towels, etc…. Although we didn’t stay a lot of time there, we enjoyed the 3 days we spent there. If we were to go to Rome again we would definitely stay here again.
• Julija (10/5): Quiet location in Rome center, good value for lower price - Perfect stay in Rome, in a very good location, close to metro san Giovanni and 15 minutes from Colosseum by foot. Fast reception, the owner Giuseppe was a very nice person, ready to answer all the questions. He just arrived to meet us and left us to enjoy all the privacy. The appartment was spacious with several rooms and this was important and very comfortable as we were a group of family. The kitchen in the living place was also a perfect bonus to be able to prepare food during the stay in Rome. Close to the shops, markets, pharmacy. The beautiful Basilica san Giovanni in Laterano - 5 minutes. Quiet place in the center. -

• Trine (8/5): A magical stay close to Rome center - The apartment is nice and spatial with it's 3 bedrooms, as we all used with our Family. There is an elevator. The place is very close to Rome center and the Metro-station San Giovanni is only 6 minutes walk away, whish can take you into Rome in 15-20 minutes depending on your destination. Or you could just walk into the center for exsample can you walk to the Colosseum for under a half hour. Very fast and free Internet in the apartment. The tap-water is drinkable - we didn't buy bottle still water under our stay at all. There is a market just across the street, where you can buy, fruit, vegestables, flowers, fish and more. The blinds you can pull down in front of the windows, let no light in at all, so you can sleep longer if you like, even though the sun is up. There was no holder for the shower head, so you have to hold it in your hands while showering. And a hook for the towel next to the wash in the bathroom would be nice too. But this didn't really effect our stay. We really enjoyed staying there.

• Collet (10/5): Exceptional - A great location very close to the métro station (300 meters).30 minutes by walk to go the Termini station et about 20 minutes to Coliseum.A lot or restaurants and supermarkets around the appartment.
• Brian_and_jenny_from_oz (7/5): Central Rome 3-bed accommodation on a budget. - Affordable and very spacious apartment for central Rome (3 separate bedrooms) with lift access. Close to a metro station and walkable to the Colosseum. A very good option for anyone on a budget requiring multiple bedrooms for a multi-day stay. Two.portable aircon units and a fan really helped to beat the heat. Very new and clean fridge, microwave, stove, toilet and bidet. Hosts very responsive to queries. Quite a few things needed fixing. Washing machine out of order. Key to outer iron security gate only worked by reaching through and inserting from the other side. Shower head holder broken. Kitchen lacked bench space and not enough mugs . Nothing to ignite the gas stove. Fixing these would bring the property up to a 9 or 10.
• Adele (8/5): Very comfortable and pleasant - Very easy There wasn't the conventional aircon but a small unit where you had to put the hose through the window which meant some heat also entered the room
