• Mohamed (1/5): Nice room, but poor communication and difficult access significantly affected the overall experience - The room itself was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The interior design was nice and the overall atmosphere inside the apartment was pleasant. Communication with the host was very poor. I informed them of my arrival time, but received no response by phone, email, or messages, which left me waiting outside for quite some time. Access to the room was also inconvenient — the lift was extremely narrow, followed by a long and tight staircase to reach the room. In addition, the bathroom was extremely small and not practical. Although the room itself was acceptable, the lack of communication and support made the stay feel uncomfortable, especially in case of an emergency.
• Isabelle (10/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement entre la Piazza Spagna et Popolo.La terrasse et sa vue époustouflante. Rome est à nos pieds. Magnifique La chasse d'eau des toilettes très récalcitrante . Une carafe d'eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur et quelques capsules de café seraient appréciées à l'arrivée.
• William (6/5): Great location and views, unfortunately didn’t sleep well due to all the noise. - The location was perfect for us and the views are amazing. The noise from the lift and the seagulls kept us up through the night. The lift makes quite a loud noise every time someone uses. Seems to be a meeting spot or nesting spot for seagulls. So much noise from them, one even crashed into the window in the middle of the night. Toilet flush is very hard to use.
• Jesse (5/5): Schitterende locatie, helaas onvoldoende comfort. Piepkleine tochterige badkamer, erg veel lawaai van meeuwen op het dak - De centrale ligging, waardoor de grote bezienswaardigheden allemaal op loopafstand liggen. Spartaanse mini-badkamer, toilet spoelt slecht door, ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts erg veel geluiden van zeemeeuwen (zelfs oordoppen hielpen niet), niet alle ramen zijn te verduisteren waardoor al vroeg veel licht, een nespresso apparaat maar geen cups, een veel te warme winterdeken als enige deken, stroeve communicatie met beheerder. We zouden hier niet nog eens verblijven.

• Barbra caruana (8/5): - The location and the view was out of this world!!!! The facilities in the apartment . The apartment had nothing for the bomb we were charged. At least some coffee capsules for the first night and a water!

• Arina (10/5): Квартира мечты! - Это просто лучшая квартира, о которой можно было только мечтать! Это вау! Квартира находится очень удобно, недалеко от испанской лестницы, рядом есть продуктовые магазины и место, где можно оставить багаж в день выезда до самолета. Сама квартира - это полный вострог!!! Здесь мы отмечали с мужем годовщину нашей свадьбы и это было просто как из самого красивого фильма. Только представьте - вы сидите на террасе с бокалом вина, а перед вами открывается потрясающий вид на все достопримечательности Рима. Мечта! Сама квартира очень уютная, чистая и невероятно атмосферная! Вид на Рим - просто сказочный. Мы любовались видами с террасы и днем и ночью! невозможно оторвать глаз))

• m angeles (8/5): - Las vistas son espectaculares. La ubicación. Hay detalles que están un poco dejados, pero en general muy bien.
• Afshan (6/5): - The space was pretty and a good size, and in a great location. This is an attic space, not fit for living, there is no airflow in the space so it becomes like a sauna, there are no lights, only lamps, and the bathroom is a cage at the bottom (not like the picture shows).
• Yana (10/5): Exceptional - The location is wonderful - in the middle of a lively street with boutiques and charming restaurants. Easy to walk everywhere. It's on the last floor but there's a lift and then only one small flight of stairs. The view from the bed, which is very comfortable, is incredible and wonderful to wake up to in the morning - I've included it in the review. There's a functioning kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge, plus a balcony with a wonderful view over historical buildings and the Roman hills. We had an issue with the internet which was kindly fixed immediately upon notifying the host so they are very responsive. Even in a studio they had utilized it so that there was enough storage for our two suitcases and clothes. It would be great to add one more wooden plank in the bathroom to step on as the . Other than that we were very happy.
• Norbertas (9/5): Superb - Location, creative interior in small and chalanging place. Super view. Small but very interesting apartament. Sound of elevator, it feels that some equipment needs repair or replaicment, i.e. TV doesnt work, toilet have some problems

• Martin (10/5): Above the rooftops of the Spagna - Beautiful rooftop apartment - ideal if you are traveling as a couple. A sensitively and purposefully designed interior with many interesting details, which were solved by a professional interior designer or architect. Fantastic view from all windows! The apartment was perfectly prepared, its takeover is contactless and with high professionalism. The location of the accommodation is strategic - all artistic and cultural destinations are within walking distance. The air conditioning was at the limit of its capacity, due to the extreme heat (July 2024). The entrance to the apartment is next to the machine room of the elevator, so you can hear it sometimes.
