• Olga (10/5): Great time in Venice! - The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, spacious. Excellent contact with the host, very friendly. The neighbourhood is calm, good connection to the centre. Really recommend !

• Anna Vasiliki (10/5): Spacious apt, near the centre in a local neighbourhood - Location was great, only 15 minutes walk to San Marco square but also with quiet, local vibes and markets around! Vaporetto stop is 5 minutes walk and convenient. Apartment was spacious with a nicely equipped kitchen, bed was comfortable too. The host was responsive as well. Nothing. Although a full length mirror would be a nice addition. Just a note, that you cannot pay through the booking website for this apartment.

Coté cuisine rien ne manquait pour le quotidien, c'était vraiment appréciable ces petites attentions (sel, poivre, sucre, huile d'olive, vinaigre, café dosette...). J'ai apprécié de m'y reposer après de longues journées de marche. Honnêtement, nous avons été comblés par nos 3 nuits sur place, rien a redire.

• marianthi (10/5): Value for money - everything perfect - Everything was great with our stay. We visited in January, while it was rainy and very cold outside. The apartment was a haven, warm and cosy, with hot water all the time. Situated in a beautiful area, it is perfectly equipped with anything you might need. The host was extremely helpful with everything - extra points for the instructions on how to get to the apartment, from exiting the airport (which bus / transportation options we have) until getting to the apartment's front door (with a video walk). The owner contacted me well before my arrival and provided very detailed instructions on how to get there from the airport, including a video! Everything was absolutely wonderful! Магазины,мясная,хлебная, фруктово- овощная лавки, аптека, кафе, остановка морских трамваев - все очень близко. До Сан- Марко 20 минут пешком по набережной. В апартаментах очень тихо, так как в отдалении от шумной улицы. Нет толп туристов . Нет такого
• Annett (9/5): Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder. - Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen, dabei trotzdem sehr gut erreichbar. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Gastgeber war gefühlt jederzeit und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über den Grundvorrat für ein kleines Frühstück. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es passte alles.

Jeżeli ktoś lubi chodzić, to spacer do centrum a nawet dzielnicy Cannaregio nie stanowi problemu. W pobliżu apartamentu bary, restauracje, sklepy. Polecam.

L’accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, ses bons conseils de visite, la bouteille de Prosecco au frais, entre autres attentions ... L’appartement était spacieux, très joliment décoré, extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Les lits confortables et la maison calme. A 25mn à pied de la place St Marco et à 10mn du vaporeuse. Nous avons passé un séjour idéal 😊

Tiene buena ventilación La ubicación no es muy céntrica Te permite llegar en vaporeto caminando luego varias cuadras. Es importante destacar que el dormitorio es muy confortable. Sábanas impecables. El colchón cómodo . Sin quejas. Es UNA de las últimas estaciones del vaporeto. No la última. A 45 minutos de la Ferrovia.

• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Great location, close to sights, but quiet. Best suited for two people. - The location is great in a charming, quiet neighbourhood, the apartment is next to a small canal. The bedroom is very nicely decorated and spacious. A 20 minute walk along the seaside to Piazza San Marco, vaporetto stops also very close. On the morning of our arrival we got a message that we would be moved to another apartment. We insisted on the booked venue and in the end, it worked out and we got the apartment on Ca' Di Nive. Still, it was an unpleasant and stressful start to our holiday.
• Trudy (10/5): We loved everything about this apartment home on a canal and highly recommend it. - If you want to experience what a Venice home and community would be like, this apartment is perfect. If you want a fancy hotel then go to a hotel. I have rated it assuming that people interested in a local apartment want a place just like this that is roomy, spotless, stylish, fully equipped, wonderfully located, and with great caring and helpful hosts. My brother and I just spent 3 nights there and loved everything about the home and the chance to experience a local community and the easy location on a canal with access to everything we wanted to see. The hosts could not have been nicer and helped us in every way, including booking the best way to the airport by water taxi. They met us for checkin and explained everything we needed to know and communicated throughout our stay to answer any questions. My brother reports the sofa bed was good if you need to two beds. I had loved Venice in a first hotel visit, and after a second stay this time and experiencing the more "real" Venice my love was complete and full. Nothing not to like here about the place. Not related to the apartment is just the word of advice that being on you own and mastering the boat transportation system and complex streets, the bridge steps, etc is not for the faint of heart. This quiet tucked away place is actually quite easy to find just off easily identifiable landmarks and boat stops, but it isn't like stepping off into a major hotel on a busy street. But if you want some adventure and seeing the residential Venice neighborhoods, the rewards will be great.

Very well furnished, the host is very nice and kind. You feel welcome. Amazing appartment for a couple who wants to have a feeling to be Venitian.

• Andre (9/5): Awesome trip with unforeseen event but hosts were right there to help and found a solution - The location is incredible -- just, literally 2 minute walk, you are in the bustling Via Garibaldi with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés... But the apartment's location is SUPER quiet, by a beautiful "corto". Hosts are very hands on and amiable. We had an unexpected event on our last night. But hosts responded immediately, appeared in person, and found a solution right away. A larger living room table would have been nice. But kitchen is super well equipped.

Going to place St-Marc in 15 min as well. It's also possible easily by walk after a good dinner to Nevodi restaurant! The hospitality of the host is just incredibble and always happy to help and provide good recommandations. The guidance to go to appartement is amazing!! You cannot go wrong!! Very clean, kitchen very well equiped and bed comfortable. Many thanks for the great vacation in Venice!! Warmly recommended place! Nothing... enjoy Venice and stay at this lovely appartement !

Easy to walk to touristy, crowded areas but also easy to roam the quiet neighborhood. Clothes washer was a big bonus! Understandable but felt rushed to leave at checkout. Owners need to clean and prep for next guests but most rentals are more lenient about checking out time.

• Nadine (10/5): Wonderful apartment in a quiet part of Castello, ideal for a relaxing break! - The apartment was beautiful and very clean, with everything we needed. The neighbourhood was quiet and easy to get to - the apartment is only a few minutes away from Via Garibaldi, with shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk from the Giardini and Arsenale waterbus stops. Vanni was very friendly and helpful - he even stored our luggage for us on the departure day. I thoroughly recommend Ca di Nive for a stay in Venice. We would have liked more information about rubbish/recycling - the rubbish is supposed to be collected at your door, but this only happened on our first day in Venice. We eventually figured out that there is a bin in the square near the Prix supermarket every morning from 6:30-8:30 (for different items on different days).

• T.t2 (9/5): Girls trip, three people in Venice - Location is great walking distance to all the main attractions, apartment was clean, very quiet and fully equipped kitchen. Three of us stayed in the apartment and it was very comfy with the sofa bed in the kitchen The owner told to take the water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the Arsenale stop, which took over an hour on the water, however there are closer and quicker stops to the apartment on the North part of the island.

Close to all the public water transit. You get a real feel for how the locals live. The host was amazing, helpful, and friendly Scented cleaning products kept in a cupboard close to the bedroom. Not a problem unless you have scent sensitivities. If you are scent sensitive or allergic it would be very strong.

These requests were not included in policies.

He led us to the apartment, gave us a lot of tips, and helps us even after the check out. Apartment is great, specious, had everything you need for a week long stay. Worth to mention that it is located in very quiet place, close to all attractions you need (15 minutes to Piazza San Marco, 5 minutes to Vaporetto stop, 10 minutes to Alilaguna stop).

The payment way is changed right before our arrival: from credit card to cash. 2. The host has moved our luggage without permission. 3. The sofa is not comfortable. 4. It is in a quiet area, yet close to the canal, via Garibaldi, restaurants and the main attractions are in walking distance. The host, Vanni was extremely nice and helpful. I had an accident during our stay and had to go to the ER. Vanni accompanied me to the hospital and helped me through the whole procedure, I cannot be grateful enough! After my accident he checked on us daily, offered us his help. Nothing to add.

The location is excellent - on a charming, quiet, street but close to shops and water bus stations and an easy walk to St Mark's Square. I really appreciated the owner, Vanni, who goes over and above. He met me at the water bus station on arrival and was very attentive in communications. When you travel alone, it's reassuring to know there's someone on the end of the phone. I hope to return! Nothing. Just wish I'd stayed longer!
