• Denitsa (8/5): - The location was nice, a lot of things around. Close to metro and bus stations. It was comfy and clean. There was a problem with the electricity one of the nights. It was difficult to explain things over the phone. Someone came the next day to fix it.

• Ilona (8/5): Velmi příjemné ubytování v dobré lokalitě. - Skvělá poloha blízko centra,MHD u spousty restaurací a obchodů v okolí.Ubytování bylo pěkně čisté a pro nás dostatečně vybavené.Nevařily jsme si,tak úplně nehodnotím množství kuchyňských potřeb. Nám stačily hrnky,talíře a skleničky 😁. Některé recenze zmiňují hluk z ulice,ano,je to pravda.Věděly jsme,kde budeme bydlet.Kdo hledá klidné místo,hledejte jinde.Nabídek je spousta 😉.Nebylo by ale fér za to strhnout body,to pronajímatel neovlivní. Apropos,obě místnosti mají klimatizaci👌. Nemohu říci,že by bylo něco špatně, my byly spokojené.Jen bych dala provozovateli podnět ke zlepšení -do skříně nemá průměrně vysoká žena možnost cokoliv pověsit,je to strašně vysoko 😂.

• Silke (8/5): Trotz der Mängel sehr genossen...vielen Dank für den netten Kaffeeempfang - Sehr zentral...kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und genießen....schöner Balkon....sehr gut und einfach war das einchecken.... Ich würde es gut finden wenn für die Küche auch zum Abwaschen Material da wäre und außerdem immer eine 2. bezogene Decke zum schlafen, da mein Mann mir immer die Decke nachts wegnimmt. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig....über uns war bis spät in die Nacht getrampel und Geschrei zu hören.
• Zhanna (6/5): - Positiv war die Küchenzeile und sogar ein paar Kaffeepads für die kleine Minikaffeemaschine. Der Ofen, so das man sich am Abend mal auch selbst was warm machen konnte. Das Zimmer wurde mehr als kurzfristig getauscht, und nicht zu unserem Vorteil (war zwar ein paar Meter noch näher ans Zentrum, dafür aber 1 ganzes Zimmer kleiner und im Gegenteil zum gebuchten gar keine schöne Aussicht. War auch nicht wirklich sauber.

• Daniela (6/5): Good value for money - The location is good. Property is close to the metro station (5 mins). Neighborhood is quiet. Very good value for money. Proper size apartment. There was a coffee machine and capsules for it, however caps were not compatible with the machine and it was impossible to use it. The elevator in the building is old and you have to open/close doors multiple times which is not big of an issue but it’s annoying.

• Robert (3/5): Von mir gibt es keine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft. - Extrem laut. Verkehrslärm wegen schlecht schließender Fenster sowohl im Ess- Wohnraum als auch im Schlafraum. Außerdem nachts sehr störende Betriebsgeräusche des Boilers für Heizung bzw. Warmwasserbereitung. Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht einwandfrei . Küchenausstattung minimalistisch( z.B. nur 2 Teelöffel, keine Salatschüssel etc.) Treppenhaus ist so baufällig, dass eine Treppenempore mit Metallträgern abgestützt werden muss .

• GIOTA (5/5): Καλή τοποθεσία, άνετο κατάλυμα όχι καλή καθαριότητα, όχι καλή εξυπηρέτηση στα προβλήματα που υπήρξαν - Η τοποθεσία. Η καθαριότητα, δεν δούλευε η μηχανή του καφέ και ο οικοδεσπότης αφού τον ενημερώσα δεν έκανε κάτι και "έπεσε" το ρεύμα στο κατάλυμα και μετά από επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη αντί να στείλει τεχνικό για να το επισκευάσει μας έστειλε με Sms οδηγίες να πάμε σε ένα υπόγειο χωρίς φως να ψάξουμε ν αβρούμε το μετρητή και να "ανεβάσουμε" την ασφάλεια για να επανέλθει το ρεύμα στο κατάλυμα.
• Lisa (1/5): - Posizione La mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata estremamente deludente. All’arrivo ho trovato il bagno sporco e il divano letto in condizioni inaccettabili. Ho segnalato immediatamente il problema e mi è stato assicurato che sarebbero intervenuti per pulire, ma al mio rientro la sera non era stato fatto assolutamente nulla. La sera, rientrando, ho scoperto anche che le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale non erano state cambiate e ho scritto immediatamente alla struttura per segnalarlo. Ho dovuto dormire sugli asciugamani e senza coperta. La mattina successiva ho chiesto sia alla struttura sia a Booking di cambiarmi appartamento, ma mi hanno detto che non c'era disponibilità e la struttura ha mandato qualcuno a cambiare le lenzuola solo alle 18:00 del giorno seguente (poche ore prima del check-out della mattina dopo quindi) e mentre eravamo presenti, permettendoci di constatare anche lo stato degli stracci utilizzati. Dopo aver visto come avevano “pulito”, ho deciso di anticipare il check-out di un giorno non sentendomi a mio agio a restare nell’appartamento che versa in generale in uno stato di scarsa igiene e decoro. La struttura aveva promesso un rimborso, che però non è mai arrivato. Ora Booking mi chiede di avviare una procedura per ottenere ciò che era già stato concordato. In sintesi, scarsa igiene, gestione poco professionale e totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente. Esperienza assolutamente negativa.

Bequemes Schlafsofa, wenn man eine zweite Schlafmöglichkeit braucht. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Sie liegt zwischen zwei Metrostationen und ist in 3 Stationen am Dom. Alles bestens

The area is very nice and convenient, with two metro stations just a 2–3 minute walk away, as well as shops, restaurants, and everything you need at the base of the building. The staff is very friendly, they reply quickly to messages or questions and are very kind. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back here!

Ruido de la calle en agosto aceptable pero en temporada debe ser complicado Lo peor fue la falta de equipamiento en cocina: 2 cucharas de té, cafetera italiana que nos arruinó el café porque no tenía el filtro , ollas y sartenes que no van para inducción y las que van rayadas y quemadas . Con poco dinero podrían equipar la cocina y sumaría puntos al piso y darían comodidad. Yo cambiaría el calentador y ajustaría las ventanas Así y todo volvería , pero si algún día lo hago espero que esté mejor equipado,no cuesta tanto

We appreciated the comfort, the good communication with the owner, the coffee pods and the water bottles left for us in the fridge. It was a nice experience overall. A little bit noisy, because it's near the street, but, if you're tired like we were, this shouldn't be a big inconvenience.

• Tamás (10/5): Great location, super clean - Very clean, nice apartment in a good location. Metro is about 5 minutes walk, there are 2 supermarkets near by and some restaurants and bars. Instructions from the owners were very clear and helpful, even sent us some tips. The only downside is the toilet which does not stop running until you push the button very lightly, maybe that can be fixed. The apartment is facing the road, so if you are sleeping with an open window, the traffic is loud, but it's like this everywhere next to a big road, bring earplugs. I would definately stay here again, one of the cleanest apartment I ever rented and the size is also good.

• Levent (9/5): Top location, cozy house... - The location is awesome, you can find the best restaurants and bars around Porta Romana. Very nice, cozy apartment with all amenities. If there was a welcome pack like coffee capsule, bathroom amanities that will be very good.

• Lara (7/5): Generally a good stay - The location was great, generally clean facilities. Easy check in and out procedure. All round a good stay. We lost power during cooking and then eating dinner, and fixed it ourselves (though they were responsive via message, we had to figure out the various switchboards which were outside the apartment beforehand). There was also no dishwashing liquid or toiletries - you don't always expect it to be stocked but just a starter kit / a few pods is appreciated. The apartment smelt a bit like a bathroom and the dishwasher smelt quite terrible. Could be an issue with the plumbing or filter system inside. Some of the pots/pans are not induction compatible.

• Tarcile (8/5): Would book it again! - Great location in Porta Romana, with a good range of shops and restaurants minutes away. 5-6min walk from the bus and train stations. Perfect for a long business/study stay, good natural light, airy, quiet and clean. Would book it again. Would be nice to have some furniture on the balcony to enjoy the sunny days. Great closet space but the bar for hanging clothes is too high, even for a tall person.

• Ashley (9/5): Beautiful and spacious - The apartment is super spacious. Location is amazing, so close to restaurants, a metro station, and convenience store. You can get to Duomo in like 15 minutes using the public transport. Also, the apartment has a cute little balcony for photos. Water drains very slowly while showering.

Close to the metro station and public transport but also on walkable distance to Duomo and other attractions. Communication with owner is very easy and everything explained very well. It's a self check-in property which allowed us to check in very late since our fight was delayed (we arrived after 11pm, and checked in without any issues). The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Everything is new and in great condition. Fully equipped kitchen, with cooking essentials and coffee machine (coffee pods included). We didn't cook but there are enough pots and pans. Bathroom is clean with enough toiletries and towels. Bed comfortable and good amount of storage space. The street is very busy at all times and windows can use better insulation. It was quite noisy during the night, which we didn't particularly mind but something to consider if you are sensitive to noise.

• Altug (7/5): It was overpriced for such stay. - Location and flat Stow did not work or we could not get it started, answer was, it should work. I would expect to deal it better. We could not cook, heat any food. For 5 days stay there was not enough toilet paper, no soap or soap liquid.
• Anonymous (7/5): Good - Nice, updated property in great area near the metro and busses as well as amazing restaurants. Stayed there with my nice and had an amazing time in Milan. However, a few things could have been better about the property. No extra pillows or sheets for the pull out sofa bed. No espresso pods for the Nespresso machine, wasn’t notified to bring our own. Also, both the air conditioner where on the same electrical breaker and would cause the breaker to fall in the middle of the night, unless it was a timer. This would have been a bigger problem if i didn’t know to flip the breaker back on. On another note putting a couple bottle of water goes a lot way for only 1.50€ each it’s only hospitable to your guest.

• Sandra (8/5): Fantastic apartment with the perfect location - Fantastic location. In between two stations and a team line. The station line takes you to most attractions. Restaurants and grocery stores close by. You should get food from Giannis. Very cheap and tasty. The flat was nice and had almost everything we needed. Wifi was good and worked well. We would definitely be staying here on our next trip if available. A few handles seem to be falling apart.
• Joost (7/5): It was a good stay, quite centrally in Milan, but fairly expensive. - contact with rental company was good, timely answers via mail and Whatsapp. Apartment was clean and in good location, close to metro, tram and supermarket. The price per nights was very high (that why the score is only 7). It was also slightly hard to find (suggestion to add "Elf Teatro" to the instructions) and no option to have a luggage drop off. We did get the information to arrange luggage drop off ourselves, but for this kind of money, I would expect it to be arranged by the rental company

Warm flat during the winter, good wi-fi, good elevator. Very noisy during the night due to traffic (bad windows), lack of bathroom accessories (paper holder, soap holder, very little liquid soap). The main issue was that when I booked the apartment, I chose the option to pay at the property, but my card was debited a few days before (at first for 383e instead of 347 - explanation was due to not checking in on their site, but the link was sent 2 days after), so bad communication. I called 3 times at the provided phone, but no answer. However, they communicate by messages. All the info can be added in 1 message instead of 10. The heating unit had an error and needed reset twice during my stay.
• Hsiaowen (10/5): Exceptional - have washing machine and heater it really feels like home no place to store luggage(or need to move it to another place then need to pay). before we checked out we got a message, it writes remember to move out the trash, super weird and not welcoming.
• Mariia (6/5): Pleasant - - Very dirty sofa. The dishes were also not very clean, it is very unpleasant. There were only 2 forks for a family of 4. from the first minute of arrival there were troubles. For one bed there were no bed linen, blanket, pillows. The sink in the kitchen was leaking, the walls were all stained. These issues were resolved over time, but the mood was spoiled. Overall, the apartment is in dire need of cleaning. And I want to wish the owner not just to rent an apartment and earn money, but still put a little of his soul into his work and make it more comfortable and enjoyable for life.
