• gabriela (9/5): relaxant si linistit in inima Romei - apartament situat foarte aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice, gazda primitoare si eficienta. Desi situat in inima turistica a Romei, apartamentul are toate ferestrele catre curtea interioara, ceea ce a asigurat multa liniste in una din bai nu a curs apa calda, este necesara o oglinda mare( cea existenta este ingusta si amplasata pe lateralul unui dulap unde nu poate fi folosita
• Ance (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The location is absolutely perfect — both the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are just a few minutes away on foot, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and well organized. We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful staff member who explained everything clearly and also recommended great places nearby for meals and coffee. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

Son point fort est sans aucun doute son emplacement, en plein centre historique, ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied. L'accueil a été parfait et le logement était d'une propreté irréprochable. • Michael (10/5): Excellent apartment within walking distance to all the main sites. - The apartment is large, clean and comfortable, it feels like a home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is quiet and centrally located, so very easy walking distance to all the main sites and easy to pop back to for a break or freshen up. There are plenty of shops, mini markets and cafes very close by. The beds are large and comfy, air-conditioning is great. It's a very relaxing and easy place to stay in. 2 bathrooms are very handy for a family of 4. I would definitely recommend staying here. A personal welcome and check in was appreciated and owners are on call should you need any help. Nothing, it was great. There are 79 steps up to the apartment. There is a small lift in excellent working order, though it doesn't go right to the ground floor so you will need to take cases up a very short flight to get to it... really no bother though.

• Cédric (6/5): - Propre, emplacement parfait, lit confortable Salles de bain inconfortables, l,eau de s’évacue pas des éviers, l’eau de la douche mets 5minutes à chauffer et la température n’est pas stable, le débit eau est trop faible, nous avons pris des douches froides/tiedes. Aussi, il y avait un système à l’extérieur (comme une climatisation) qui faisait énormément de bruit, même en fermant la fenêtre, de quoi être réveillé au milieu de la nuit dès que ça se met en marche

• Richard (10/5): - The apartment is perfect, easily accessible with a short walk from a nearby metro station and equipped with everything you might need. You'll have a living area with the kitchen but there are two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, so you can have your private space too. The host was very kind and helpful, even provided the possibility for early check-in. We had a wonderful stay. I can recommend this place. Nothing was bad.
• Tracey (10/5): Fabulous Holiday in a Great Neighborhood with Delightful Service! - My family and I stayed at the property over the Christmas/New Year holidays, and it was fabulous! The location was perfect for walking to the Trevi Fountain and to the Spanish Steps. The check-in process was seamless, and what I appreciated most was the responsiveness of the staff each and every time we had questions about the property. We appreciated the space in the apartment. We were able to prepare breakfast for ourselves with the amenities, and then we were able to eat out in the neighborhood at great restaurants. I originally thought the price point was a bit expensive, but I suppose you pay for what you get. We were centrally located and could take public transportation or easily get a taxi when needed.

Tomasso fue muy amable al esperarnos ya que nuestro vuelo se había demorado muchísimo! La comunicación todo el tiempo fue fluida si necesitábamos algo. Lo recomiendo! 10/10

• Pieter (10/5): A wonderfully comfortable and well-located stay - We were a family of four who stayed here for a week. Communication and arrangements for check-in were very clear, and we were personally welcomed in a very friendly and warm manner upon arrival. The unit felt like a home away from home—very spacious, well-equipped with everything you could need, and exceptionally clean and tidy, with air conditioning that kept us wonderfully cool during a very hot period. There is good lighting and plenty of power outlets. The two bathrooms were very convenient for four people. The coffee machine and pods were a bonus. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from major tourist attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful. There are also convenient supermarkets and excellent restaurants in the area. I would love to stay here again someday and highly recommend the unit. Not a negative point, just a personal preference: I would appreciate a full-length mirror in the main bedroom

Location is terrific, close by Spagna (Spanish Steps) and Trevi fountain. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a small kitchen/refrigerator. We really enjoyed our stay. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable water temperature in the showers.
• Maskit (8/5): Great place and beautiful - Very comfortable well located. Really beautiful 1- as always in a b&b the shower was not draining well. 2- Thera is a lift but still you need to climb up some stairs, so it is not accessible for disabled people.

There is everything you need in the apartment for cooking and having breakfast or dinner. There is even salt, sugar, olive oil which I rarely saw in other places.

The furnishings/decor is really beautiful, artistic, & unique. The bedrooms are large and it’s nice having 2 bathrooms. it’s nice having a small kitchen with a great supermarket (Todis) nearby. it’s great you can walk to everything and the metro stops (Spagna & Barberini) are nearby too. It would be nice to have nicer sheets (thread count) The sheets felt thin and the material kind of rough for me. Also, I couldn’t get the espresso machine to work.
