• Nicholas (10/5): Cozy and comfortable stay in a well connected Rome neighbourhood - Great location in a quiet, local neighbourhood away from tourist crowds, offering a more authentic feel of the city. Conveniently located near bus stops with direct connections to the city centre and the Vatican in around 15 minutes. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and very clean, and it feels more like a real home than a short-term stay. We felt comfortable at all times and really enjoyed the area and the overall atmosphere. There is no view, but it doesn’t really matter as Rome itself is magnificent and naturally draws you out to explore for most of the day. Water pressure in the larger bathroom could be improved, but it’s a minor issue and didn’t affect our stay in any meaningful way.
• Ilenia Bs (10/5): Appartamento funzionale e accogliente - Posizione a pochi passi dalla metro baldo degli ubaldi dove davanti si trova anche il bar baldo (tra l'altro buonissimo, straconsiglio). Entrati all appartamento si trova subito la zona giorno con il divano letto molto comodo e spazioso e il suo bagno. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario. Andando più avanti si trovano le altre camere da letto e il suo bagno, la camera matrimoniale è spaziosa e il letto è comodo. Quartiere molto tranquillo, si è dentro ad una palazzina. La via è piena di piccoli supermarket ottimo per chi ha voglia di cucinare. La notte si dorme bene. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ovviamente buon rapporto qualità noi eravamo in quattro e ci siamo stati veramente bene, la suddivisione degli spazi è stata fondamentale...la casa è un po sprecata se si viaggia in coppia, ma in gruppi è veramente fantastica.

• Gwis (10/5): Duży apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - Duży apartament na 6-7 osób. Dwie sypialnie + salon z kuchnią i 2 oddzielne łazienki. Wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzeba. Świetna lokalizacja tuż obok przystanku autobusowego i kilka minut od stacji metra. Właściciel sympatyczny i bardzo pomocny. Z czystym sumieniem polecam!
• Belleri (10/5): Ottimo soluzione per visitare Roma - Appartamento pulito e accogliente, adatto a un soggiorno per due famiglie, perché ben organizzato per offrire la necessaria privacy ai due nuclei. Nella casa c’è tutto il necessario, dalla biancheria al bagnoschiuma, dal microonde alla macchinetta del caffè con le capsule. Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città, vicino alla metro A e all’autobus 46 che permette un buon giro panoramico e tocca numerosi punti di interesse turistico. Il quartiere è ben fornito di supermercati, gastronomie, fruttivendoli e negozi vari. Il padrone di casa è gentilissimo, disponibile e dà ottimi consigli.

• Kateřina (10/5): - We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. The host responded to our phone call immediately upon arrival and arrived shortly after and handed us the keys. He showed us everything, advised us on transportation and recommended restaurants where we tasted local specialties. There is nothing to be said.

• Arjun (10/5): Best Property in Rome - This was the best apartment in our entire Italy Trip because it had all the things that other apartments lacked like Lift, 2 Bathrooms very accessible to public transport. Host Michele was too good, polite and helpful. If someone is looking for stay options in Rome, just book this without any second thoughts. Highly recommended. There was nothing to complaint about.

До площади Венеция 46 автобус. До вокзала Термини прямая ветка метро. 2. Сама квартира. Два сан.узла, 3 комнаты. Очень хороший интерьер квартиры. Чистота. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. 3. Хозяйка квартиры Виктория. Очень доброжелательная, всегда на связи и готовая помочь во всём. Такого нет.

• Ana (10/5): Fabuloso - El apartamento es estupendo. Techos altos, camas cómodas, el aire acondicionado funciona genial y la estancia es muy fresquita. Además tiene la parada del autobús al lado, y el mérito muy cerca. Es fácil llegar al centro y no se hace pesado en cualquiera de estos medios. Tiene también un supermercado cerca, y un sitio de comida para llevar sin gluten. Una maravilla. El último día pudimos dejar las maletas en el apartamento y coger después un bus que sale hacia el aeropuerto desde ahí al lado.

• Heather (8/5): We three in Italy - The location was less than 10 min walk to the metro station. The number 12 bus from the airport was convenient and cheap. Nice area that was less expensive than the city. Apartment was comfortable although not a two bedroom. Staff were kind and helpful who responded to our requests quickly. There were coffee pods, and liquid soap/ shampoo, towels and sheets. Main bedroom with a double bed was comfortable. The second bed was a double but it's in the kitchen/dining area. Fairly quiet although we did experience a lot of sirens from the emergency vehicles, but it's a large city! The bathroom was adequate and the water pressure was good. I thought it was a two bedroom apartment but the second bed was in the kitchen. The kitchen lacked things like a sharp knife, vegetable peeler, or a grater.

• Charlene (10/5): Clean, charming place; close to transportation and shops - This is a charming place, small but just what we needed. Everything we needed was available. It is VERY close to a bus stop, and just a couple of blocks from the Metro. The neighborhood felt safe, and there are small businesses and restaurants nearby. We arranged for the airport pickup, and Victoria was there waiting for us... it was well worth getting. We would have liked some kind of comfortable seating for the evenings. There are chairs at the table, but they have metal backs and are uncomfortable after a time. The beds also have metal backs. So, sitting for several hours watching tv, reading, or using our computers was hard on our backs. (The booking.com picture shows a more comfortable back on the headboard of the bed, to sit up in bed, rather than the metal.)
• Katarina (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent position, calm neighbourhood. Apartment clean and cozy and fully eqquiped. The host is super friendly and helpfull. He is living under the apartment and this gives you additional secure feeling. The door that divide apartment from owner’s family apartment. These doors are sealed but not soundproof so you can hear every word, but this happened only twice for about a minute or so. Anyhow, the owner is super friendly and polite and you don’t have to worry at all.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - Excellent place to stay! Great location, close to the metro station, shops and places to eat. Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Amazing host - very kind and helpful, provided transfer from and to the airport. Contact with him was easy and immediate.
• Vesselin (5/5): Passable - The location is very good situated for the metro access. WLAN, Kitchen and living room as stated. Pictures on the wall are beautiful. The attitude of the owner was not appropriate. We arrive from the airport as fast as possible, check-in times are between 14:00 an 00:00, but at 14:30 I get a call asking where are we, that the person waiting for us has another appointment. By all my respect, we never agreed on a certain check-in time slot. We are doing our best and we get stress at the beginning is definitely not in my idea for holiday. We got a solution that suits us. However the stress was totally not needed. To be honest, if I knew this, I would have taken another accomodation.
• David (10/5): Great visit to Rome - The apartment is very lovely having the basic thing you need. It close to the Metro station, and the bus shuttle from/to the airport. Michael is a very nice person who helped us every time we asked his advice. He prepared us a note about how to travel around and beyond. Our visit to Rome was great. None.
• Andrii (5/5): Passable - Once the problem with AC appeared, she came to us to fix it. She also kindly kept our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out and before our flight. The location of this place is great. A few blocks away is the metro station and the bus stop is around the corner. The bus from there can take you straight to the historic city centre. There is a grocery store nearby too. The smell of the place is terrible. It smells like a very old person used to live there. The air fresheners couldn't help to get rid of this smell. The kitchen and the bathroom were dirty. There was a lot of hair from other guests in the bathroom. The bed sheets were washed, however with some non-washable yellow spots. At some point extension cord to which AC was plugged in, burned. Gladly, the owner came immediately and fixed it.
