• Samantha (7/5): - The apartment is tucked away behind double doors and feels safe. It's right across from the Pantheon, which you can see from the window. It's easy to walk to many of the famous sites from this apartment. There was daily housekeeping, which was also nice. It's very loud all day and night due to the proximity to the Pantheon. Every night we heard people talking, arguing, singing, etc. right below us, even at 3am. If you are a light sleeper, you'll need earplugs or consider a place further away from popular sites. The wifi was slow and weak, as well.

• Mattias (8/5): Fantastic weekend - Fantastic location, right next to the Pantheon, perfect to start the day with everything within walking distance. Getting the keys in the restaurant of the owners was easy. We had a late flight, but the restaurant closes at 02:00 so it was no problem. Very friendly host helping us with airport transfer as well. It was very loud in the apartment at night. The single glass windows don't block any noise, we heard everything from the street below, it was almost like the people below was standing next to the bed. We were woken up several times, either by people going home when the restaurants closed at three in the morning, or the street cleaners in the morning. The owner really need to get new sound insulating windows, if this is done, the place would be a gem.

• Padraig (6/5): Close to the centre of the Everything, but in need of a revamp. - Location is perfect. On your doorstep is the Pantheon. The Restaurant where you pick up the keys is a very short walk away and the staff are extremely friendly. The decor very dated. The windows didnt close properly and being so close to a tourist attraction the nights very quite noisy. There is exposed insulation boards around the windows in the both rooms, The Shower is missing a door in the second bathroom. The shower heads could do with being replaced as water was spurting out around the seals.

• Bettina (8/5): Die Wohnung ist wie eine alte Dame mit Geschmack, die in die Jahre gekommen ist und sich nicht mehr richtig um sich kümm - Die top zentrale Lage, geschmackvolle/stimmige Einrichtung, Größe der Zimmer, Ausstattung So einiges sollte ausgewechselt/repariert werden: z.B. Fenster (Griff fehlte), Vorhang (oben ausgerissen, sodass der Schliessmechanismus nicht funktionierte), Türe der Duschkabine (Aufhängung kaputt), Duschkopf (undicht), oxidierende „Silber“ -Tassen. Zweitens der Lärm sehr frühmorgens: im Morgengrauen wird abtransportiert, ob Bauschutt oder Recycling, da dies später ob der Horden von Touristen, die das Pantheon und seine Piazza besuchen, wohl gar nicht mehr möglich ist. Und wenn die Straße dann doch verstopft, dann bleibt man auch mal minutenlang auf der Hupe…. Müde Knochen vom Sightseeing, Ohropax und die Gewöhnung helfen jedoch mit jedem Tag etwas mehr.

• Idalmis (10/5): Spacious Pantheon apartment - Ideal location, our window faced the side of the Pantheon. We were centrally located, mostly walking distance to all the major landmarks in Rome. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and separate living and dining area was very spacious for European standards. Hosts offered a discount to their restaurant which was downstairs in the main piazza.

• Fariha (10/5): Really nice apartment at a perfect location. - The location couldn’t be better. Spacious rooms with nicely done interior. Heating was perfect for the rather cold weather. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was perfect for the temperature. Daily house keeping made our stay more comfortable. The check-in and checkout was smooth & easy . The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. There was no ironing board. There was no sink in the kitchen area. But they even washed the dirty dishes so that compensated the absence of kitchen sink as we didn’t do any cooking. The bathroom was clean but the tiles grout in shower area and the floor need a good scrub. Other than that everything was perfect.

• Florence (10/5): localisation parfaite pour une visite à Rome entre amis ou en famille - Emplacement parfait (on a tout visité à pied) avec vue direct sur le Pantheon, facilité de récupération des clés (au restaurant juste à côté), équipements au top et literie de bonne qualité avec en bonus quelqu'un qui passait tous les jours faire les lits et changer les serviettes si nécessaire! 2 vraies chambres (+ 2 sdb) qui permettent d'éviter d'avoir à dormir sur le canapé dans le salon. Bref on a vraiment apprécié notre séjour ! -

Habitación principal amplia con sillones, 2 baños amplios, y todas las ventanas dan al Panteón. Pese a ser un apartamento tiene servicio de habitaciones todos los días. Desde el portal se pasa a un patio interior por donde se accede a la puerta, hay que subir escaleras por un pasillo estrecho.

• miriam (1/5): Not a great experience overall. Very bad set up and service. - Very noisy at night given the location. Weird entrance as you have to go through a garage to reach apartment. We also had to go to a restaurant to check in and checkout. Staff were not very professional. They are using waiters to do the checkin and checkout while passport copies are taken on personal mobile phones.

Very comfortable accommodation and spacious bathrooms. Was truly great. Nothing comes to mind. Oh maybe the fridge small for the 3 of us and number of days there. Minor really.

Nos decidimos a desayunar el 1° día en el restaurante que pertenece a los apartamentos y nos cobraron por un café y un croissant cada uno, el triple que nos cobrarían en cualquier otro lugar de los alrededores, por ejemplo, La casa del café, que lo recomiendo y está dentro de la misma plaza del Panteón. El 2° día repetimos el desayuno ahí porque nos dijeron que teníamos descuento por ser huéspedes y nos cobraron aún más, así que aunque todo lo demás bien, comer, cenar y desayunar ahí, no lo recomiendo para nada.

• Samantha (8/5): Central Rome Location - The location of the apartment in Rome was excellent. Our window view was the Pantheon, you can't get closer to one of the main attractions in Rome. We walked everywhere from the apartment, to the Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Trastevere. Had 2 bathrooms which was good. Bedrooms were a good size to cater for suitcases. No washing machine (incase you were wanting one) and laundry facilities were not within walking distance of the apartment. Something to be prepared for. We had problems with the sofa bed as it was broken. The host was quick to try to resolve it though but it looks like it needs a new one.

• Eszter (9/5): Perfect for a short city trip in the heart of Rome - The location is excellent, in the heart of the downtown close to the main attractions. liked that the two rooms and bathrooms could have been perfectly separated, we had our privacy. The house itself is a piece of history in his own. Daily clean up and towels, quite clean apartment and the elevator!!! Given the location the apartment is pretty noisy, you are in the middle of the tourist zone restaurants are open for long and people come here to have fun, you have to accept and live with this. To be honest the windows are not really helping to keep the noise outside. But the earplug solve this! The other weeker part was the bathroom, that would need a little facelift and decalc. Fridge also needs a defrost and a new door.

• Virginie (7/5): Great location and very central in Rome - Location was perfect, really central and easy to find. Keys were at the restaurant and someone walked us to the apartment. Very friendly personnel and nice that we received a discount to eat at the restaurant. We ate there the first evening and also had breakfast there once. I had requested the apartment with a separate living room and somehow my booking got changed so my adult son had to sleep in my room. Also the bathrooms are not super clean. Especially the holders of the shower gel, there was mold on them. Also on the handles of the bathroom cabinet. And the beds are very hard.
• Christopher (8/5): Great location but room for improvement - The location is excellent. Just like the pictures posted for the property you are right next to the Pantheon with restaurants all around. If you need refreshments such as drinks or snacks there is a COOP and Carrefour Express (mini grocery store for those who don’t know what those stores are) less than 5 minutes away. Also a number of major attractions are within walking distance such as the trevi fountain, Roman forum and the Coliseum. The metro isn’t too far away either which I would recommend over walking from Tremini station with luggage if you happen to take a bus from the airport and it drops you off there. If nothing else it will shorten your walk a little bit. Two things stand out. First check in was slow. After traveling hours internationally the last thing you want is for the attendant to start serving you and then ask you to wait so they can service others and then get back to you. Check in is at a restaurant and there was a line of people and I imagine they thought it would be better to quickly service the customers waiting to pay their bill but at the same time I had to wait behind them for my turn to be serviced… The other thing is the couch in the apartment. It’s seen better days and should be replaced with something that functions as a couch.

The hosts have a restaurant next to the apartments where you pick up your keys. That means there is always someone there to ask questions and they give you a discount for the restaurant. wifi was not very fast.

Check in was a little confusing with the apartment at one address and the check in (at the restaurant very close by) at another. No big deal, but we were tired from travel and needed to keep our kids busy while we figured out what we were supposed to do and where we were supposed to go.

Center for all the main attractions furthest walk is a collosoum bit thats only a 20 minute stroll away , apartment bigger than expected. easy check in and out from the restaurant 100 meters from apartment, there is also a taxi rank right out side which is very helpful for airport run.
• Claudiu (1/5): The worst host in Rome! Be cautious! - The worst experience with this host! He knew that the group will run late because of the flight delay. He never answered his phone so 5 women could get the keys and get into the apartment. It was 3am on a heavy rainy night! He gave the keys only at 8am when he finally answered his phone. Of course he refused to reimburse the money for the paid night! Be careful with this host!
• Clare (1/5): The location is wonderful but I would not stay in this apartment again. - The location is excellent but noisy. Two bathrooms are a bonus - if they are both working. One of ours was out of commission for three days in because of a leak in the shower. It was good to have a fridge and two rings for cooking but that was all there was in the very basic kitchen. I liked having our sheets changed halfway through our time in the apartment. It was difficult to find the restaurant in the square in order to pick up the keys and we had to ask where it was at another restaurant because it was being refurbished. Instead of being welcomed, we were asked to pay the full price of the property again - over 1000 euros. I had already paid most of this to Booking.com and I had to prove that I had paid this then pay the city tax and the 100 euros that I had still to settle. This was a horrible and very stressful way to begin our holiday. The first three days in this apartment were fine if a little dark as the shutter swung over the living area window and shut out what little light there was. The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable and stained as it is a soft sofa bed and there is nowhere else to sit. The cleaner came in every day but there is black mould in the bathrooms around all the sealant and thick dust on the tops of all the ornate lamp shades as well as corners in all rooms not being reached in the cleaning and the dirty carpet on the steps inside the apartment were never vacuumed in our whole time there. The whole apartment needs an upgrade as there are bulbs in the lights needing replaced and many cracked tiles and tired decor in all rooms. Some of the light fittings are hanging at very odd angles and the lock in one of the bathrooms was missing. The kitchen is in need of a table for family seating and dining and there is no microwave or oven or cooking utensils or sharp knives. We were very unhappy having workmen in the apartment in the night because of the leak in the shower or the plumber having to visit a few times and all the banging for the repair and the tiler having to fix the shower room tiles then the bathroom being out of use and then the owners refusing to give us any money back to compensate for how awful half of our holiday was - (they did offer money off the next time we stay and a meal in their restaurant once it is finished!!). This was not at all enjoyable for our holiday!

Lovely clean and well maintained inside and was a far better choice than hotel and suited our family. I’d stay there again. It had a been described as one of the rooms having one double and one single bed but only one double bed was there. One person had to sleep on the chaise longue. Property wasn’t ready for over an hour than stated. We were able to have lunch whilst waiting but was an inconvenience. Checkout time was 7am. This suited us with our early flight but wouldn’t have if later with no place to go.

Need I say more! wifi, could not connect ~ phone would not pickup . Managed by using other restraunt wifi - also elevator-door jammed on 1st floor, bit of concern, had to return to 2nd floor and do stairs -odd no sink for kitchen use, so suggest washing your cups etc prior to using, incase not clean from previous guests - need new pillows - coffee & tea not provided but that was ok

• Rita (7/5): Overall, we were happy with our accommodations. - The apartment was very nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The view was of the side of the Pantheon, which was great. The location was excellent. The restaurant where the reception desk was and where we had breakfast was very close and all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Access to the front door that was within a courtyard was difficult with suitcases as there was a car parked close to the door, which appeared to have been parked there for quite a long time. We had to maneuver around it with our luggage. Once inside the apartment door, there are narrow steps to reach the living area. The remote control used for the air conditioning units in each room was not easy to use, and seemed to be falling apart.
