• Alexis (10/5): - This quiet neighborhood is exquisite. You can access busier places within seconds, but you are also tucked away for better sleeping. The host is always immediately available before our arrival and during our stay. Wifi was slow. But this point is minor in comparison to every other excellent quality of this apartment and host.

• Catalin (10/5): - The accommodation was excellent. We were allowed to check in earlier, which was very convenient. All the conditions were great, and the underfloor heating was amazing. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions in Venice, as well as to various bars along the canals. We highly recommend it!

• Pilar (9/5): - La comodidad del apartamento, cercano a tiendas, servicios y transportes. La amabilidad de Martina, dejándonos hasta última hora disfrutar del alojamiento, sin duda un sitio recomendable para volver 🙂
• michele (9/5): Una vera oasi urbana - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e mi sono trovato molto bene. La posizione è ideale: in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal flusso dei turisti, ma comunque vicina a tutto, con la stazione raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. L’ambiente è accogliente, arredato in modo semplice ma funzionale. Un punto di forza è sicuramente l’host: molto cortese, disponibile e reattiva. Un valore aggiunto è la corte esterna privata (peccato fosse freddo), che regala un’oasi urbana di pace e relax, perfetta per godersi momenti all’aperto. Consigliato per chi cerca comodità e serenità allo stesso tempo. Nulla da segnalare.

• Adina Maria (8/5): Nice accomodation in Canareggio - The accomodation is 20 minutes walk from the closest boat stop and 30 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. Very easy to check in and check out with the door code. Also nice that check out is at 11.30 and that Martina provided coffee tabs for the coffee machine. Small supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Overall a good experience. The towels need to be replaced asap. They look like you could wash the floor with them. A pack of 10 towels cost 10 euro on Shein, so please change them, they are just disgusting. We really needed a bottle opener, it would have been nice to have one in the kitchen instead of buying one for overprice of 7 euros :))

Martina was easy to contac - Is is based in a beautiful and quiet part of Venice, perfect for a family holiday. The property was spotlessly clean and the garden was also useful to enjoy the sunshine!

• Stefania (8/5): Very good place to base yourself to explore Venice out of the madness of the centre - Just spent 2 nights with my family at Ca' Martina. The host is very friendly, helpful and accommodating (she let us check in earlier and leaving later that check out time, which was much appreciated). Location for us worked perfectly: aways from the noise but literally very close to many delicious restaurants, cafes and bars. I had already been to Cannaregio on other occasions and I highly recommend this area (very local, peaceful and clean) to base yourself to visit Venice, particularly if you don't mind walking a bit (we did walk 30 km over 2 days and 1/2). Affordable places to eat very close by, supermarket just a few minutes walk. 2 good size bedrooms (the windows open onto the street so we kept them close), good size lounge and kitchen, small bathroom with small window. Patio with chairs and table. Overall recommended. Outdoor bins need replacement (completely broken and dirty) and in general the outdoor area could do with a bit of tidy up, particularly since it is the first thing a guest sees when checks in. Bathroom is pretty small and it looked a bit tired; it could do with some minor renovation (towel rail rusty), hair dryer fitted to the wall overheats after a few minutes (there is a spare one), some bathroom towels were of good quality, others were extremely thin.
• Mjdiazh (9/5): Great place to stay in Venice - The communication with Martina was easy. She was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The access to the property was well described. The location is fantastic! It has the perfect balance between being close to everything but without the crowds. It was really easy to get around with vaporetto but we enjoyed it more by walking through the beautiful streets and over the bridges. The house could use a little maintenance and a deeper clean.

Although it was a tough walk with suitcases, we were able to walk to the property when we got off the bus from the airport. Very close to a grocery store so we could get snacks. As we had a later arrival, the self-checkin worked great. Easy communication with the owner. The area to sit outside was great, but needed more chairs for 4 people.

• Steven (9/5): Great Location, very helpful hosts, cool/comfy apartment - The host helped us out immensely by allowing us to leave our luggage at the property both before our official check-in and after our official check-out. We arrived in Venice by train and left by Ferry, so this allowed us to make the most of the days that we arrived/departed. The apartment itself had a nice outdoor seating area and both bedrooms were cool and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook. The location was good for the train station and being in the north-west corner of Venice, it was quieter and less touristy than most of the city. The canals on the surrounding streets looked just as pretty though. It is very close to a supermarket and Vaporetto stop, which was also very useful! There was nothing that we didn't like

Close to San Alvise vaporetto stop (we made.the mistake of walking from Sta Lucia Station- would not recommend dragging suitcases over cobbled streets in summer heat - on leaving we took the vaporetto to Pza Roma and were much happier).
• Ioana (10/5): The pefect place - The place is amazing😍. Cozy, shiny clean, spacious, located in a quiet but elegant corner of Venice. You find everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, all over the house. The little outside terrace is too nice so it invites you to spend much more time around the house instead of walking around Venice😃. There is a big supermarket around - 3 min walking - so you can take all you need for an authentic italian breakfast. Martina is such a nice person and such a great host! It is a must to come back!! • Daniel (10/5): Family of four stay at Ca Martina. - The apartment was very comfortable and exactly what we wanted for our family mother rooms are huge and to have a little courtyard to drink prosecco in the sunshine was wonderful.
• Bonnie.a (10/5): Marvelous stay - Great location. Away from hustle and bustle but still close enough to lots of good restaurants and 20 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco. Exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outside porch was a great place to relax. Easy check-in. Martina helped us with our late check-in and was in contact with us to make sure that we got to the apartment easily. She texted us different options of transportation to get to the apartment. If you need high speed internet, the wifi was rather slow. You might want to consider other options.
