• Nadezhda (10/5): Отлично - Having seen the tartur, I couldn't believe in booking that this was a real view from the balcony to the sea on Capri that everything in the apartment was so cozy and nice, but when I arrived my expectations were exceeded by all the pictures I had seen before. Gorgeous view from the window. Windows everywhere. Very light, cozy apartment, warm and dry. Convenient, everything is there. The area is very convenient for traveling everywhere and you can come home for 5 minutes, because everything is very convenient and then continue your journey.
• Gaetani (10/5): - El apartamento tiene muy bonita vista, además es bastante cómodo. Un bonito apartamento en una zona muy tranquila del barrio de Vomero. Tendrás desde aquí una increíble vista de Capri y el Mar Tirreno. El balcón se ilumina de noche y viene bien para tomar o comer algo con una buena vista. Además está muy cerca de la estación del fonicular de Petraio, por lo que estás a una parada de la Piazza Fuga en Vomero y a dos paradas del centro histórico. Saliendo por Augustea, tendrás cerca la Galleria Umberto I y la Piazza del Plebiscito. Si planeas quedarte por un tiempo tendrás un mini market justo abajo del edificio. El único punto negativo es que no tienes control de la calefacción, pero si lo pides la encenderán.
• Graziella (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - Appartamento veramente bello con rifiniture interne spettacolari! Ottima posizione per spostamenti vari. Vista mare, palazzina silenziosa e signorile. Host veramente gentile e premurosa! Tornerò sicuramente qui per il mio prossimo viaggio a Napoli!
• Vivian (3/5): Smerig - De locatie was goed, dichtbij een funicolare vlakbij gezellige wijk Vomero Het was vies, onhygiënisch (haren, schimmel, rotzooi op vloer, douche liep niet door). Je kunt niet zelf de kachel aanzetten. We waren er een week in de winter en moesten dan vragen of de kachel op afstand aangezet kon worden, wat regelmatig niet werd gedaan en zaten dan in de kou. Het bed was hard.
• Özgür (10/5): - Tesisin konumu çok güzel merkezi bir yerde. Tesis sahibi bizimle çok ilgilendi ev çok temiz ve ferahtı. Daireye girislerin öğleden sonra 4 olması bizim için biraz problem yarattı...
• elo (6/5): - Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Balkon mit Blick auf Capri und das Meer war toll. Der Fahrstuhl ging die ganze Woche nicht und ist wohl schon länger kaputt. Das waren jedes mal150 Stufen! Mit Gepäck und ohne eine Zumutung. Die Zugangsdaten zur Unterkunft kamen erst kurz vorher, das Appartement war schwer im Haus zu finden. Die Angaben waren widersprüchlich und wir haben lange gebraucht bis wir telefonisch jemanden erreicht hatten. Das war sehr anstrengend und ärgerlich.
• MICHEL (6/5): Naples Vomero - Quartier tranquille. Vue du balcon sur la mer. Gare du funiculaire à 100m. 7eme étage sans ascenseur (en panne depuis des mois). Pas d'indications sérieuses pour identifier l'appt. dans l'immeuble en arrivant. Micro-ondes non connecté (absence prise de courant). Lampe salon ne fonctionne pas.
• Natalia (6/5): Przyjemnie- niestety brudno - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja mieszkania, cicha przyjemna okolica, blisko kolejki, sklepów i restauracji. Piękny widok z balkonu Niestety mieszkanie na prawdę było brudne, ciemne długie włosy na pościeli oraz podłodze w każdym pomieszczeniu, prysznic także nie należał do najczystszych a naczynia w kuchni nie sprawiały wrażenia porządnie umytych - szkoda bo mieszkanie na prawdę ładne w przyjemnej okolicy z fajnymi udogodnieniami

• VALERIE (6/5): - Le logement se situe dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes de l'hyper centre en funiculaire dont l'arrêt est juste à côté. Simple et rapide pour les visites dans Naples. Pour des visites, telles que Pompéi, le Vésuve, Ercolano, il faut rejoindre la gare Garibaldi via le funiculaire puis le métro, là aussi, c'est simple et il faut compter environ 3/4 d'h. Le petit balcon est appréciable. Problème de linge de lit et de toilette à l'arrivée alors même que j'avais mentionné à deux reprises que nous occuperions les deux couchages. Passage d'une personne à une heure imposée le lendemain matin (7h30) pour dépôt des draps et serviettes. Des articles ou équipements mentionnés dans l'annonce ne sont pas présent dans le logement : articles de toilette gratuits (gel douche, shampoing), grille-pain, entre autres. Un seul ventilateur (plein de poussières que j'ai dû nettoyer) alors que le logement propose deux couchages, c'est bien trop juste en plein été. Un bac à douche avec une porte qui ne ferme pas et d'où l'eau ne s'écoule pas. L'enregistrement par Vickey n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce. Il est obligatoire (règlement RGPD) de prévenir au préalable les hôtes qu'ils devront transmettre une photo d'eux avec leur passeport ou carte d'identité. Document qui sera ensuite hébergé on ne sait où.

• Giorgio (6/5): - - apt near the funicular (not easy to find the sign); gives easy access to main transportation in Napoli; - good and comfortable sofa bed in the living room - difficult to park in the street; recommend parking garage in Vomero only one stop fro funicular (Piazza Fuga); - we recommend the corner grocery shop for groceries general goods, deli food and prepared food made locally: the shop is directly in front of the building and Marco and Angelo were friendly and helpful - the condition generally was adequate but required minor repair; we informed the owner about this. - the apt was comfortable size

• Paweł (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. Neapol ze swoim chaosem żyje własnym życiem a turysta jest nieistotnym dodatkiem - Fantastyczny widok z balkonu a przede wszyskim z dachu kamienicy. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja z dala od zgiełku a równocześnie blisko centrum. Bardzo blisko kolejki FUNICOLARE CENTRALE którą bardzo łatwo dostać się na dół do centrum Neapolu lub do góry do dzielnicy Vomero. Z perspektywy 14 dniowego pobytu w Neapolu była to idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta jak i okolicy (wyspy i półwysep Sorrento). Przestronny apartament dla 3 lub 4 osób. Pomoc w transferze z lotniska i na lotnisko. Wolne WiFi, telewizor miał kłopot z odbiorem internetu. Mała kabina prysznicowa ale o tym wiedziałem. Wady te przy zaletach wydają się nieistotne.
• Fabrice (8/5): Un très bon choix pour découvrir Naples ; repos du touriste assuré ! - - L'accueil de Martina. - Le silence dans l'immeuble et le quartier. - L'espace, un grand salon, une grande chambre. - Un bon matelas. - La propreté générale. - Une petite terrasse avec vue sur la mer et l'île de Capri. - La toute proximité du féniculaire (Il n'est pas super bien indiqué mais une fois qu'on sait c'est le top !). - Il y a un petit magasin au pied de l'immeuble pas trop mal achalandé ouvert jusqu'à 21h et un magasin Carrefour en montant dans le quartier du Vomero (dernière station du funiculaire), ouvert jusqu'à 22h. Je vais faire mon "Monsieur Tatillon", mais rien de rédhibitoire ! Notre hôte nous avait fourni ses coordonnées téléphoniques pour que nous puissions la joindre pour quoique ce soit ; hélas, par la suite je n'ai pas réussi à envoyer mes sms en italien (c'est sans doute ma faute, je n'ai pas vérifié la possibilité de le faire lorsqu'elle m'a donné son numéro). Nous voulions signaler quelques petites chose parmi celles-ci : 1) Un des volets de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et restait bloqué en position haute. Tant que ce problème n'aura pas été réglé, je conseille donc le port d'un masque sur les yeux pour ne pas être réveillé par le jour. 2) Le chauffage était allumé. Pourquoi pas dans la mesure ou la température la nuit (fin avril) n'était pas encore trop élevée, notamment la nuit. On a pas trop vu ou on pouvait régler la température (si toutefois on pouvait le faire). Ça restait supportable. 3) Il ne faut pas être trop gros pour rentrer dans la douche. Mollo sur les pâtes et les pizzas ! La douche n'était pas super propre à notre arrivée ; je l'ai lavé avec un peu d'huile de coude... 4) Côté cuisine, pas de machine à café. On a acheté du café soluble, mais quand vous aurez goutté aux cafés lungo, vous comprendrez à quel point le Nes c'est gustativement très mauvais ;-). Pas de bouilloire non plus. Le tire bouchon était cassé, petite frustration devant notre bouteille de Chianti ! Pas de petite casserole ; c'est pourtant bien pratique. Pas de dessous de plat... 5) Attention, si vous avez un appareil électrique avec prise de terre (fiche ronde), vous ne pourrez pas utiliser les prises de l'appartement. Dans la mesure ou on utilisait pas le four à micro ondes, on a temporairement utilisé le connecteur de celui-ci. Bref, on s'est débrouillé ;-) Donc au final rien d'insurmontable.

• Fausto (3/5): Disgusting host. Booking.com shall de-list such people from making money on this app - Near a public transport station There was no breakfast for the whole stay. The shower was ridicoulosly tiny and very uncomfortable. Furthermore, what was unacceptable was that the host came unexpected into the apartment with a technician, without prior notice (except writing on the booking app only 30 minutes before entering be herself) for alegedly checking on the entry phone, while leaving all windows open upon leaving.

• Olesia (10/5): Прекрасная квартира, прекрасное расположение, идеальные хозяева - Отличное расположение, квартира огромная, чистая, рядом с домом находится фаникулер поэтому поездки в центр занимают порядка 7 минут, но билеты нужно покупать в центре, это касается тех у кого нет карты, в центр можно спуститься и по лестницам, заодно и подкачаетесь 😂😂😂! В квартире есть все для комфортной жизни, если будем в Неаполе обязательно вернемся! Но нужно исправить интернет! Не выносимо медленно, если вы работаете удаленно, то про работу забудьте, интернет полный отстой! Еле тянут соц сети! Интернет, он просто ужасен!

• Beatrix (9/5): Hosszabb és rövidtávú tartózkodásra is ajánlom mindenkinek - A szállás remek helyen található, szép környezetben kedves szomszédokkal. Akár gyalog, akár tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen elérhetőek a híresebb látnivalók. A szállás mellett található siklóval a közlekedés még könyebb. A szàllás jól felszerelt, Nápoly egyéb szálláshelyeihez viszonyítva remek választás. A környék este csendes, nyugodt, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek. A teraszról a panoráma csodaszép. Mi szeptemberben voltunk de még így is meleg volt sokszor, így a légkondicionálót mi is hiányoltuk.
• Salvatore (8/5): Suggestivo - La tranquillità e relax totale, vista del golfo di napoli affacciandosi dalla camera è un vero spettacolo! zona molto tranquilla e persone delle vicinanze che abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere meravigliosee Bisogna un po' valutare la pulizia purtroppo, chi viene da fuori vuole trovare l'igiene no "odore" spruzzato da un deodorante ma odore di PULITO.

It had lots of stairs to get over there and with the weather it was hard. Also the elevator was a bit difficult to use and there wasn’t any air conditioning (very necessary).
• Lorenza (9/5): Il posto ideale per soggiornare a Napoli con un amico a quattro zampe - Posizione tranquilla ma comoda al centro, struttura della casa ventilata, vista panoramica, gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Un suggerimento: aggiungerei solo una piccola lavatrice per rendere la casa perfetta, perché per chi soggiorna a lungo è un po’ scomodo andare alla lavanderia a gettoni.
• Bruna (10/5): - casa muito bonita e grande, bem confortável, com boa localização ao lado do funicular que da acesso ao centro da cidade sem precisar descer todas as milhões de escadas. fácil acesso a propriedade, e a proprietária responde rápido. caso vá de carro, a rua eh bem pequena e via dupla então eh bem estressante para estacionar e transitar. não só na rua como em nápoles, cidade caótica para quem está de carro. tirando isso, tudo foi muito bom.

• Céline (9/5): Très joli appartement ancien et typique dans les hauteurs de Naples. - L'emplacement est très bien. C'est dans les hauteurs de Naples et loin du bruit et de la pollution. Nous avons une très jolie vue du balcon. Il y a un ascenseur et il y a un funiculaire tout près de l'appartement. Le centre est très facile d'accès. Nous avons aimé la déco de l'appartement. La douche est très petite mais pour nous cela correspondait bien. Peut-être faut-il prévenir les vacanciers.
