• Danilo (10/5): Me encantó !! - La ubicación es perfecta, tiene todo lo necesario para descansar, comer, lavar ropa si lo necesitas.

• Madelene (7/5): Underbart område! - Området Monti är underbart. Rummet är enkelt med charmig italiensk standard som passade för oss. Nära till tunnelbanan. Allt bra men med ta med öronproppar om du sover lätt, det är ju lite barer på gatorna.
• Virginia (5/5): Ruidoso todo el día - Llegada autónoma y fácil Ubicado en una plaza donde se juntan a hacer botellón todos los días hasta las tantas con el consiguiente ruido nocturno y diurno por los servicios de limpieza que tardan lo suyo en recoger todas las botellas y vasos. Baño incomodísimo, cisterna que pierde agua y se escucha toda la noche, lavabo enano donde no puedes lavarte los dientes ni la cara sin salpicar el suelo o darte un golpe con el armario que le han colocado justo encima dejando aún menos espacio. No aportan gel. En general excesivamente ruidoso de día y de noche.
• Marcela (9/5): - Tiene una ubicación genial, en un lindo barrio, con barcitos, supermercados y cerca de todo. Es un monoambiente en un primer piso donde podes cocinar y también dispone de lavarropas si tu estancia es más prolongada. Claudia, la anfitriona fue muy amable y ha estado pendiente con sugerencias. Sin duda muy recomendable. El tamaño del baño es muy pequeñito.

• Miloš (10/5): - Lokacija je odlična, svega 10 minuta peške od Koloseuma i 20 minuta od Fontane di Trevi i Španskih stepenica. Domaćin vrlo ljubazan, odlična komunikacija. Apartman čist uredan i idealan ako ostajete za produženi vikend u Rimu. Sve pohvale!

• Federico (8/5): Great for a couple with small luggage staying for a couple of nights. Any more than that and the small spaces might beco - Great location and friendly host. The apartment has everything need for a short stay. The apartment is quite dated and small, especially the bathroom. It could have been cleaner.

Nos encantó. - Está ubicada en un lugar muy lindo con barcitos. 4 cuadras del coliseo. 7 estaciones Termini y muy buena llegada a todos lados en bus El baño era muy incómodo. Una luz se prendía abriendo y cerrando la puerta del botiquín . No sé si es así o hay algún problema. El Agua caliente perfecta para la ducha. Hay una zapatilla (así llamamos nosotros un artefacto para muchos enchufes que apenas tocabas se apagaban las luces. La pequeña mesada estaba ocupada por el microondas que bien podría ser colgado. El contacto con el responsable de la propiedad fue perfecto.
• MMagdalena27 (9/5): When in Rome - Lokacija je savrsena. Monti je prekrasan kvart ,pun restorana, kafića, barova etc. Mi smo cak i do Vatikana isli pjeske i usput obilazili lokalitete. A sto se tiče apartmana, čisto je i udobno ali u staroj zgradi, i kao u svakoj staroj zgradi u strogom centru sve čujete. I u hodniku jer su vrata stara i drvena, i kroz prozore jer prozori nisu dovoljno debeli. Ako ste došli u Rim na cjelodnevno razgledavanje i izbijanje iz "stana" kao sto smo mi ( 62 km u 4 dana ) onda je ovo savrseno za vas. Ako vam je ipak bitan komod, privatnost, mir, luksuz onda definitivno preskočite. Claudia je bila dobar host i pristojan, ali način na koji funkcionira self check in i out u Rimu ili u ovom apartmanu nikad ne bi bilo prihvatljivo u Hrvatskoj. Bilo je nekih neispravnih stvari u apartmanu ( tv, klima , vodokotlić je cudan) , ali kao sto sam rekla nismo došli u apartmanu živit ni provodit vrijeme, vec smo bili po gradu po cijele dane.

• Alberto (10/5): Weekend a Roma - Posizione eccellente, centrale (500 m da colosseo e fori imperiali e circa 1km dal vittoriale) comoda anche alla metro, e con i servizi letteralmente sotto casa.
• Franck (8/5): Appartement très bien placé, sans climatisation, confortable. - L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien, au centre de Rome, à trois minutes du métro Cavour. Un ventilateur a permis de mieux supporter la forte chaleur de la semaine... Les clés étaient déposées dans un endroit sale avec du verre cassé autour. Une boite à clé aurait été préférable, mais apparement la municipalité de Rome l'a interdit. L'hôte pourrait demander à des commerçants ouvert tard de garder sa clé, ou bien de mettre sa boite à clé à l'intérieur d'un établissement ouvert tard ?

• Juan (6/5): Great host, great location, but the space may not suit everyone’s needs. - Claudia is truly lovely—very polite, proactive, and welcoming. Her hospitality was a highlight of our stay. The location is quite convenient, with good access from Termini Station. Also, full of alternatives to go dinning/drinking few blocks away. Don’t let the photos mislead you. The room is very small, and the bathroom poses a real challenge. The WC is tucked into what feels like a “punishment chamber,” and you’ll need to watch your head just to use it—literally. Noise is another consideration: there’s both a gelato shop and a restaurant right beneath the apartment, so if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet retreat, this may not be the best fit. Also, be prepared for several sets of stairs to access the room—no elevator.
• Thalia (9/5): Monti House Great Place :) - The neighborhood is incredible, it is close to everything and has a lot of life both day and night. The communication with the host was excellent, I would repeat without hesitation Given the nightlife it can be a bit noisy. The bathroom is very narrow

• Charles (5/5): Good location but accommodations were 2 star at best. - The location was convenient. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the bathroom was cramped. Difficult to use the sink.

• Joey (3/5): Poor - The location was excellent and communication was great! It was cramped, lighting was bad and very loud. Also it had a bit of a damp smell. Flies were getting in from somewhere. It is right on top of a bar and many other establishments so if you don’t have noise cancelling headphones it is very loud. The bathroom was also very small and cramp. The shower head was broken too.
• Sofia (8/5): Very good - Everything was AMAZING! The location was fantastic and tou couldn’t hear any of the noise of outside . The only thing was that maybe the air conditioning was a little low but once it was on for some time it was okey
• Wolle (7/5): A cheap, studio apartment in an unbeatable location. - The location is increible. It's within walking distance of everything you'd want: great food, the metro, and hundreds of landmarks/things to do. The host was great and gave us good suggestions for what places to eat at in the area. The room is meant to be smoke free, but because of either the location directly above a bar (which was loud every night, along with the trucks that come through to clean it up), because previous tenants smoked, or because other people in the building are smoking, it ended up being quite bad for my spouse who has asthma. The bed was constructed with two twin beds pushed together, and the provided blanket was so uncomfortable it wasn't usable.

• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - The location of the appartement was great. All the mayor attractions are within an acceptable walking distance. It may be a bit noisy due to the restaurant underneath the appartement. The pillows were also a little too flat in my taste.

• Thiago (9/5): Superb - Very good location, close to restaurants and touristic sights but far enough to not be in the middle of tourist chaos. You can go walking anywhere, but if you rather take public transportation you can take the metro (Cavour) or plenty of buses. The host (Claudia) is the nicest and gave us so many good tips about Rome. Be aware that the bathroom is narrow and has a low ceiling. The apartment is simple but very welcoming, it has all the necessary conditions. We liked a lot! The neighborhood can be a little noisy because of the restaurants, so if you have trouble sleeping you may be annoyed. But in our experience, we were always so tired from walking around Rome nonstop that we slept without any problems. The pillows could be a little better.

• Andrea (5/5): Great location and a place to lay your head. No frills or extras - Great location ! Easy access from Roma Termini to Covour station. You can get a day pass and travel all over the city by subway. Very Noisy apartment. There is a restraunt with drinking outside every night until very late. I had to sleep with ear plugs. Needed extra blankets. I was very cold the first night. It would help to have instructions posted on how to use the heater. ( The heat pump is also extremely loud) 😱 We lost power too. Can’t run the heater and the microwave at the same time. That was scary. The host helped instruct us by phone, how to reset the breakers.
• Elena (4/5): Unenjoyable, unfortunate and extremely uncomfortable stay. - It was a hassle getting into the property. We arrived and the key was not where the owner said it would be. She texted me saying I should ring the neighbours' bells and they would let us in. I did so about 3 times with no luck. I replied saying we couldn't get inside at which point she insisted we keep ringing the neighbours. It was absolutely ridiculous and not helpful of her. After about 20 mins an older man eventually opened the door for us. The room is tiny, the bathroom is full of hazards - the shower head falls out of it's tube easily and there is a very low ceiling towards the toilet. Hardest mattress in the world - I had major back pain throughout the night. Impossible to sleep comfortably. Had a rough, hairy cover on top of the bed. The noise at night is unbearable. A very disappointing experience overall. We decided to leave a day early in the end, it was that unpleasant.

• Yongwoo (8/5): Very good - It was good to go to the Colosseum, the Spanish stairs, and the Pantheon because it was in the center of Rome There's a restaurant downstairs, so it's noisy until late at night.
• Sue (7/5): Big room in good location - Large room in central location in the lovely Monti neighbourhood close to the Colosseum & Forum. 5min walk to Cavour metro station, Statione Termini 1min by metro. Kitchenette, microwave, small dining table, wifi, aircon Bathroom was ridiculously small. Hallway was 1/2 meter wide to toilet with very low ceiling. Tiny shower. Noisy aircon that dripped water into a small bucket so would not leave on overnight in case it overflowed. Very noisy at night from restaurants at night. Used earplugs to sleep even with the windows closed. No lift

• Bugrcz (8/5): Very good - Quite small, it is probably like this in Roma. Perfekt place just between train station Roma Termini and Colosseum. 3 minutes to metro stop. Many restaurants all around the house, there is also restaurant in the same building under the flat. It is a little bit noisy in the evening but this is what you should expect in Italy always :)))
