• Alexey30 (10/5): The apartment is really cool and cozy! - We received full support and instructions for check-out when we handed over the keys at reception. It's very simple: just leave the keys on the room table and send a photo. The front reception is closed on weekends, so please keep this in mind. They won't be able to help with late check-out or luggage storage on weekends.
• Rosemary (8/5): Great location!! - Location was awesome! We were not informed at the booking that we would have to walk up 70+ stairs to reach the apartment. I had to place my luggage in storage to avoid lifting it 70+stairs!!! That was an extra cost to me!!!
• Laurie (10/5): I loved the apartment and would definitely stay there again. - Great location and close to everything. Perfume shop across the street made it smell good on the street. Not a complaint but at night a lot of people hang out in the street in front due to a bar next door but they were always friendly and not threatening. The front windows in the apartment open and we could look down on the street which was fun. We kept them shut at night due to the noise of the people outside. It was all fine though.

• Cary (10/5): Best customer service in Italy - Staff were amazing! The best I have found so far in Italy. Coped with an old lady's stupidity kindly and with a smile. Sofa bed really comfy. Only downside? Innumerable stairs to get up there, so best if you're fit. Though had I looked properly, I would have seen that. Lovely people. Even the cleaning man carried my case down. Thoroughly recommend for the best customer service possible
