Nous sommes arrivés tard sans souci pour accéder Le taxi était là à l’aéroport et l’accès à l’appartement correctement expliqué . Le hall est très propre avec un certain charme Pour le rapport qualité prix je pense que pour Rome ça me paraît correct. Malgré le quartier animé l’isolation phonique est bien faite. L’appartement n’est pas trop petit à 4. Nous y retournerons Rien Peut être plus de porte manteau et une petite étagère sous le lavabo de la salle de bain car avec des ados ça peut être utile mais ce n’est pas un point négatif

• CHARALAMPOS (10/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία - Ενα υπέροχο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ακριβώς στο κέντρο της Ρώμης! Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν τα πάντα κυριολεκτικά. Όσον αφορά το δωμάτιο, όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και ο Federico πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να μας εξυπηρετήσει στα πάντα. Επίσης , το δωμάτιο είχε σαμπουάν , αφρόλουτρο ακόμη και απορρυπαντικά σε περίπτωση που ήθελες να φρεσκάρεις το μπάνιο. Αν ξαναέρθω ρώμη σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά! Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ!

It was wonderful to have a washing machine in the apartment. We liked everything about the apartment.

• Mercedes (10/5): Estancia en Roma - Es un sitio ideal, el apartamento muy agradable, ́limpio y no le falta de nada. La ubicación perfecta, si no te molesta andar puedes ir a todos los sitios, nosotros no cogimos transporte para nada, ni siquiera para ir al vaticano. Pero hay paradas de bus justo abajo del apartamento. El anfitrión de 10, nos atendió estupendamente fue muy amable y nos recomendó muchos sitios no tan turisticos. Sin duda, recomiendo este apartamento.

• Tiffany (10/5): Overall a lovely place for short stay - Winner for location, 2mins walk to Trevi Fountain so we can drop by anytime to take photos without the crowd. Functional kitchen and washing machines with detergent, drying rack and all basic need. Shower a bit small for men, sofa bed a bit uncomfy for adult but ok for kids or short stay.

Shower head didn’t work, kitchen had very little equipment and not enough for our family. Not enough towels for us all. Very slow (if any) communication from hosts. • Emma (10/5): A wonderful location to explore the sights of Rome. Easy to access everything, Federico & Federica were very helpful - Great location - 2 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Bus stop right out the front. Clean and very quiet.

Perfecty situated and includes all amenities required. - The property was perfectly situated with a taxi rank outside, a short walking distance to Trevi Fountain and surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants. There was an elevator for suitcases and anyone that struggles with stairs. I was woken one morning to beautiful accordian playing from a cafe outside. There’s also a McDonalds close by for those fussy teenagers!

Approx 25 mins walk to Roman Forum, Colosseum & Mouth of Truth. Lots of restaurants/piazzas around with great food - hosts provide recommendations. Property was nice and clean. Air conditioning in bedroom wasn’t working well at all - hosts notified. The living room one worked but wasn’t powerful enough to cool the bedroom (especially as the electricity turns off as soon as you exit the property - so you have to recool the room each time you return to the property) Remote to TV in living room didn’t work (we tried changing batteries) Front door is a bit challenging to open - took us a couple of days to work out how to open it - host notified.

The host provided clear instructions for self-check-in, and they were always in contact in case we needed any help. The public bus is just a few steps from the building, so you can easily get around the city. We will book this apartment next time we are in Rome, and we highly recommend the apartment to everyone! Surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias, this place is a gem for exploring Rome on foot. The area is lively yet peaceful at night, making it ideal for both sightseeing and relaxation. The accommodation was spotless, stylish, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Rome and want to be right in the heart of it all, this is the best spot to stay. Highly recommended!

The hosts send you information in advance on restaurants worth considering. The apartment is well equipped even if you needed a longer stay and would like to use the kitchen, washing machine etc. I can recommend the place for your Roma stay.

The hosts Frederico and Serena were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The apartment was spacious, nice and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Overall a great place to stay in the heart of Rome.

• Cassandra (6/5): Not worth the money. - Good location, nice to have restaurants and attractions nearby. Nicely decorated apartment with a good bathroom. We had a very poor experience here. Firstly, the washing machine broke after one use. We were warned that it was “delicate” which I think was code for “broken”. When we asked for this to be fixed, the host mentioned someone would come to take a look but no one came and it remained broken for our entire stay. We also had issues with the a/c. As mentioned in a review by a previous guest, the a/c in the bedroom wasn’t working and a portable one with a hose out the window was provided. Made the flat very noisy. Unfortunately the a/c in the kitchen broke too. This was an issue as we had two guests sleeping on the sofa bed. We asked for assistance on this issue when it broke with no response. When we asked for a second time the next day we were told someone would come around to drain it. This happened, it worked for 2 hours before breaking again. I messaged again and it took a very long time for a reply. We went around in circles with the host on FaceTime with no result. He then tried to call a technician and said he couldn’t get through. No apology or compensation was offered. If you want a responsive and caring host with clean clothes and an A/C in the middle of summer, then DO NOT stay here.

The location was excellent and the host was fantastic - The location was fantastic and the host was very accommodating and responsive to all our needs. We really appreciated their help with transportation and assistance with restaurants, etc. Everything was great! There was nothing that we did not like.
• Viktar (10/5): Rome - so beautiful and friendly - It was perfect : (1) location - 3 min to Fontana di Trevi, and other attractions are very close (15-20 min of magnificent walk) (2) Serena and Federico are very attentive, careful, helpful and always online if you have any questions (3) the appartment is in a beautiful building with massive door, old fashioned fantastic lift, (4) the appartment itself is very stylish, well equipped, cozy and comfortable. You have everything you need. If someone used to sleep on a firm mattress, I would recommend to take into account that mattress in a bedroom is soft. We enjoyed each day of our stay. You will safe a lot of time staying there

We were very very happy with everything and we recommend this for everybody! We definitely will come back. We had a big refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, two air conditioners, and everything we needed for cooking breakfasts. Both beds were comfortable. And the apartment was exactly as in the photos. Thank you very much to the two women who helped us with everything.
