Mar (1/5): ESTAFA! - Experiencia completamente decepcionante e inaceptable. Cuando ya estábamos subiendo al avión, el anfitrión nos escribió para decirnos que no nos presentáramos en el apartamento y que recibiríamos un email de cancelación, dejándonos literalmente tiradas en el último momento y desamparadas en el extranjero. Lo más frustrante es que yo había avisado con antelación de que llegaríamos más tarde, por lo que la situación era conocida. Aun así, decidió cancelar de forma unilateral y sin darnos ninguna alternativa. Para empeorar las cosas, nuestro vuelo se retrasó y, al llegar a la ciudad, intentamos contactar por todos los medios posibles: llamadas, mensajes… sin obtener ninguna respuesta. Nos vimos obligadas a buscar un hotel a las 22 de la noche, cerca del aeropuerto, sin planificación y con el estrés que eso conlleva. Teniendo en cuenta que era 1 de mayo fiesta y estaba todo lleno. Incluso le propusimos pagar un extra y adaptarnos para entrar al día siguiente, pero ni siquiera se dignó a contestar. La falta de profesionalidad, empatía y responsabilidad es total. No recomendaría este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto. No se preocupó ni un segundo por la situación. LAMENTABLE-PENOSO- POCO HUMANO-MALA PERSONA
Maria (2/5): We were a family of 5, but it’s not furnished to serve a family, dirty place,old,doesn’t look - The location only Beds & mattresses are very old not comfy, very dirty the place, old furniture not like the pics, old toilets & small shower, no plates no spoons no cutlery, kitchen is empty, no microwave, no pots, door was very difficult to open , old one.pillows are very slim & we requested hard good pillows they didn’t accept to provide us.we asked for plates & cups & cutlery they also ddt provide.cover sheets are very dirty.not worthy for what we pay.

No dieron respuesta a lo solicitado. Como ser colchas, papel higienico, utensillos de cocina. No aclaran que se debio subir 62 escalones para tomar decisiones de contratar o no el servicio!
Roberto (1/5): Comportamento ignobile da parte del proprietario - Nulla Proprietario che 2 settimane prima mi contatta su WhatsApp anziché tramite la chat di booking per domandarmi a che ora arriverò. Io glielo comunico, dopodiché non ricevo mai più alcuna risposta nonostante io lo contatti più volte. Si fa vivo il giorno del check-in comunicandomi che, a causa del mio arrivo alle 18 (comunicato più e più volte si whatsapp, senza ricevere risposta) e non entro le 17, mi annullerà la prenotazione, intascandosi tutti i soldi. Sottolineo che la chat whatsapp è stata impostata dal proprietario in modo tale che i messaggi siano cancellati in automatico dopo 24 ore, così da non lasciare tracce. Nonostante gli screenshot e il comportamento ignobile e scorretto del proprietario Booking se ne è lavata le mani. Valutate voi come definire questa struttura! Da evitare come la peste!

ronnie (6/5): Great location but photos are not a reflection of the apartment. That said it was clean but tired. - Location is perfect. Rooms were big. But was not the apartment shown in photos. WiFi didn’t work, tv had no stations. Check out time 1am to 8am. Should be highlighted more. The photos were not of the apartment we stayed in.

Ac (1/5): DON'T BOOK HERE!! - - DON'T BOOK HERE!! NIET HIER BOEKEN!! Everthing is said in the other reviews. They are all true!! We made a mistake to book here and lost all our money off the booking through late canceling (after the latest check in possibilty). No respons off the owner, and no rufund. Beside that we wonder if we have ever could have slept here, because of the party and the noise that was going on. Still wondering why booking.com is doing business with this accomodation.
Ana (3/5): Poor - The apartment was dusty, I found cleaning supplies and SWIPE the floors. The mop was in dirty water which made the apartment smell. The sheets in the med were stained and it looked like blood. The location was perfect other than that I would not recommend The beds were lumpy and you will not get a good night sleep.
