• Paola (8/5): Para parejas que viajan en tren y desean un espacio más amplio que simplemente un cuarto de hotel. - La cama matrimonial era realmente muy cómoda, el desayuno era completo y muy rico. Todo el personal se comportó de manera impecable, excelente atención y servicio. Excelente conexión a internet. La mampara del box de ducha estaba rota, se terminó el agua caliente cuando el tercer huesped se estaba duchando. Normalmente, la heladera tiene alguna bebida de cortesía o con costo. Este alojamiento no tenía nada. Las cocheras estaban a cinco cuadras del alojamiento.

Llegamos y la puerta corredera de la ducha y la maneta de la puerta del baño estaban rotos. Lo informamos al día siguiente la maneta lo solucionaron pero puerta seguí sin ir bien y la cama individual se unida el colchón

• Sally (9/5): Best of both worlds - Location is great so close to Roma Termini. The connection to neighbouring Hotel Kennedy offers the best of both worlds, with friendly reception, ability to leave luggage, good breakfast etc. Services of a hotel with the space of a self-contained apartment. Comfortable beds, good shower, nice towels, the apartment felt safe and was surprisingly quiet.

• Roosa (7/5): Clean apartment near Termini station - The apartment was clean and spacious, staff very friendly and as a suprise for us the breakfast was also included The a/c dropped a lot of water on the bathroom floor, it almost flooded out when we got there. We had to put a cooking pot so the water wouldn’t run on the bedroom floor.

• Melissa (9/5): Little gem for short stay - -Location was great, just minutes walk from the train station. -Apartment was clean, we had a little kitchen with fridge and stove top. (dishware included) -Beds were clean and comfortable, enough towels setup for everyone -we had to get our key at the hotel Kennedy wich was a half a blk away, hotel staff was friendly and helpful -breakfast included, a little more than continental, was great! Would definitely stay here again -The entrance door to the building needs to be painted, was a little scary with all the graffiti on it. Once you got passed that door it was fine. -The apartment is a bit small for 5 adults and 1 washroom but was good for the one night we needed it. -Tv in bedroom was not working

• Bikram (3/5): Really poor. - The heating not working in room. Super congested. Not worth a stay. I was counting the time when I will exist this apartment. On top the breakfast was so bad with no options.
• Kelly (7/5): Great functional apartment for 5, you have easy access to any travel needs! - We needed a spot to land for a night as we were coming back to Rome and then heading out to the airport the next day - it's so close to the train station which made all of the in and out so much easier. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and of course so much beautiful city to enjoy within walking distance. It's also just a block away from the main Train, Bus and Metro station so you have really easy access to really anywhere you'd like to go. The street life in this area of town is a bit shadier - there was a lot of yelling right outside the apartment. The door leading into the apartment building is pretty shabby, don't worry the apartment itself is remodeled and fairly nice. The floors were not super clean when we arrived and the kitchen has the bare minimum - I definitely wouldn't plan to cook anything there.

• Deidre (8/5): Ideal location and excellent reception staff made our stay in Rome most enjoyable. - Our family of 2 grandparents with a 17 year granddaughter, stayed in Jackie's Apartment Red. Top of the like list is the support from the associated Hotel Kennedy reception staff. They enabled us to check in early, leave bags, have taxis ordered, have breakfast if required. We were very appreciative of their assistance. This gives Jackie's Apartment the edge over other similar apartments. The Roma Termini train and metro station are just a few minutes away, so an excellent location. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Nothing really. An electric jug would help, so that we didn't have to boil water, for a hot drink, in a pot.

• M (10/5): Great stay in lovely apartments in an excellent location. - Great location next to the railway station which has metro station access to both metro lines for getting around. Also within easy walking distance of the Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and the Colosseum. Apartment itself was great and ideal that its linked to the hotal across the road so easy to pick up and drop off keys and use hotel facilities if you wish. The air conditioning units were excellent and very welcome during the heatwave when we were there! It has very comfortable beds one is a sofa bed which is one of the biggest and best we have seen. Lovely decor in the apartment and we felt very safe and secure, staying here, its in a nice central area of Rome and access is via three locked doors from the street to inside the actual apartment. For all it is near the train station it was very quiet in the apartment. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when visiting Rome and we would try to stay here again in the future. Having a kettle would have been nice. Other than that it was all good!

• Amy (6/5): Not quite what I thought - Having a 24 hour concierge is nice so there's no worry about check-in, etc and the staff was helpful letting us drop bags early and with questions (finding a laundromat). The location right at Roma Termini was also great for access to metro and trains. The 2nd floor of train station has a food court which was very convenient. The apartment was fairly small for a family of 5. We did have enough beds but once the sofa bed was pulled out, it was pretty cramped. You really couldn't open the fridge door without hitting the table unless sofa was shut. It was also not soundproof being on the ground floor. You could hear people talking as they walk by, ambulance, upstairs, front door, etc. While they were nice, it was also awkward when the cleaning staff opened our door with their own key while we were in the room to access their utility closet which was in the apartment. They kept the front door and the utility door open for quite some time until we asked them to close it, and they were nice enough about it, but then had to come back to put their supplies back.
• Zulkernan (8/5): Lovely little appartment which I would use again. - Location was great right next to termini station. We were a family of 5 the 2 rooms we had were clean and tidy and were made up every day which was nice, didnt expect this from booking an apartment, Breakfast was also included in the price at the kennedy hotel which was just around the corner, that was a nice touch! breakfast was ok but no hot food apart from drinks. Rooms were a little on the small side, because we had a family of 5 the living space was used as a bedroom which didnt give us much space for anything else but cant complain as we only really slept there. There was no kettle! There was no Iron, we did ask at reception for one but they said because of a fire hazard they couldn’t provide one, but we could use the laundromat around the corner who would charge. Make sure your clothes are ironed!
• Boon (8/5): Great location and clean but poor internet service. Good for couple only, not family. - The location is great. It is small but cosy. Very easy to check in and check out as it is managed by Hotel Kennedy which is literally less than a minute away. You can store your luggage with the hotel if needed which most apartments do not offer. The main door to access the building is very broken and you will be greeted by smells of multiple garbage bins as soon as you enter the building. However, once you get up the stairs, that will no longer be an issue. However, please note that the internet wifi access is extremely poor and unreliable at 10mbps down and 1mbps up which looks more like a cheap mobile broadband provider. This will only be able to support up to 2 people using the internet at the same time.
• Xin (3/5): Worst hotel I’ve ever been to :( - It has a perfect location and just next to the station so it’ll be very convenient to almost everywhere you want to go. The hotel was not literally a hotel… It was just a flat in a really old building. The Google map directed me to the address that the hotel gave me, but it was not the same place that guests should go first to get the key?? The hotel at least should notify us by emails to avoid the awkward situation that we didn’t understand Italian and had to talk with neighbours and cleaning staffs using our translation app…… I don’t think this is only one case because we met another guest who also felt confused outside the door because none of us knew that there was the hotel (It even didn’t like the hotel honestly). Even after we finally found the reception, the staffs didn’t let me feel welcomed and comfortable. We took three suitcases and there was few stairs so we didn’t want to take them upstairs but the receptionist asked us to carry them because no one would be responsible for our luggage even though I can see my luggage just few steps near me. After taking our suitcases to upstairs, he asked us to move them here and there without any reasons. Rooms were not good, a bit smelly and there was a layer of dust on the beds and clothes hangers.

• Lan (7/5): Good - Close to the Termini station and walkable to the Colloseo. Affordable accomodation taking into account the fact that breakfasts are included Dusty floor!!! & The humid feeling when entering the appartment. However, better when turning on AC.

Apartment was very quite, absolutely no noise coming from the outside You should check in at the Kennedy hotel to get the keys to the apartment (20 meters from apartment). Apparently nobody told us about this, so it was quite frustrating until someone from the hotel met us on the street and helped us out. Neighborhood itself doesn't seem very friendly, but we did choose to stay near the Termini station...
