• Debra (10/5): Comfortable, clean and convenient accommodation. Like a home away from home. - Clean, homely and beautifully decorated. A close walk to shops, trains and tourist attractions. The owners were very helpful and attentive. Will recommend our stay to others
• Noémi (10/5): Csodás szállás a metróhoz közel - Nagyon kedvesek voltak a vendéglátóink és segítőkészek. A lakás nagyon szép volt és tiszta. Mindhárom szobához külön fürdőszoba tartozik, a konyha is jól felszerelt. Kényelmes volt 7 főnek. A metró egy köpésre van. A szomszéd utcában van Penny és kis kávézó is. Az nem igaz, hogy nem tetszett. Szokatlan volt számunkra, hogy dupla ágytakarót kaptunk a francia ágyakra, de végül is nagyok voltak, így nem volt gond. Jeleztük, hogy szeretne saját ágyneműt az egyik tagunk és hoztak neki. Ezt érdemes lehet előre tisztázni, hogy ne túráztassuk feleslegesen a szállásadót. De ebben is nagyon segítőkészek voltak. ❤️

• antonio arosio (10/5): 3 giorni pieni di sole - Appartamento in otta posizione, comodo con i mezzi, pulito ed accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. Gentilissima la proprietaria Emma, disponibile anche per dare suggerimenti su trasporti, ristoranti, caffè, ecc. Nulla, tutto molto bene!

• Maytexu (10/5): Comodidad y tranquilidad - El alojamiento estaba muy muy bien. Amplio, limpísimo, moderno y acogedor. Tenía de todo, no le faltaba detalle. Cerca del Coliseo y una boca de metro también al lado del piso. Las anfitrionas muy amables también. Si volviéramos a Roma nos quedaríamos allí de nuevo. Nada negativo

La composizione dell'alloggio è ideale per vacanze per gruppi di 3 coppie che voglio ogniuna la loro privacy. Molto accogliente, ben attrezzata, la posizione ideale , 900 metri dal Colosseo e Domus Aurea. Comunque comoda per girare Roma , anche comoda per la vicinanza dei mezzi pubblici( metro,autobus, stazione termini) . Poi i proprietari , persone eccellenti, ti fanno sentire a casa tua. Persone meravigliose. Niente. Non c'è niente che non abbia funzionato
• ticee (10/5): - Great place. It was a rare find with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were traveling with a group of 7 and we all had space to spread out. Host was very responsive and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!!
• Maya (10/5): The best apartment, we recommend!!! - Unique apartment, sufficient in every respect! Hospitable hosts! Very good organization of the welcome and communication between hosts and guests! On the last day, after we vacated the apartment at 10 am, the hosts provided storage for our luggage until the evening, when our flight was. Good location to the Manzoni metro station and walking distance to the Colosseum! There is nothing in the apartment that we don't like.

• John (9/5): Very nice appartment - a lovely appartment for a multi generation holiday It would be helpful to have a information pack with instructions for washing machine( not obvious ) coffee machine. 1 sofa for 8 people wasn't enough.
• Claudia (10/5): Beautiful and Comfortable! - It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely, spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean apartment. Sofia and her Aunt recommended good restaurants within walking distance from the apartment, and on 3 evenings we enjoyed having dinner locally. There are grocery stores nearby and the metro station is just two blocks away; it’s very easy to get to see all the sights by taking the metro. We were able to walk to the Colosseum from the apartment too. The building is equipped with a small elevator so that was helpful getting suitcases up and down the stairs. No complaints at all!
• Jackie (10/5): Brilliant 1st stay in Rome - Spacious, airy and clean very close to the subway. The owners were friendly and helpful and very responsive to messages. Nothing really. If I was picky we would’ve liked another sofa to chill out on in the evenings. One sofa wasn’t large enough for 6 adults so we sat on the wooden kitchen chairs which weren’t comfortable to relax on.
• Maria Teresa (9/5): - El apartamento en sí, el recibimiento, habitaciones muy amplias cómodas y con baño. Salon y cocina muy luminosos y totalmente equipados, tranquilo, muy bién comunicado. Personal muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Nos ha gustado mucho todo. Volveremos al apartamento la próxima vez q visitemos Roma .
• Marianne (10/5): - Wat een ontzettend ruim huis waar wij met onze volwassen kinderen heerlijk konden verblijven. Een grote gezamenlijke ruimte maar ook voor eigen grote ruimtes. Goede locatie dicht bij de metro ( 4 minuten lopen). Alles zeer schoon en elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst en in overleg konden we wat later uit het huisje. Echt super Helemaal niks!

• Josie Di Sclafani Pace (10/5): Excellent, clean, safe and accommodating! - Although it’s a quieter location the apartment makes up for the cleanliness and comfort. Our host Emma and her husband Claudio were the most courteous hosts I have ever met. Close to tram and metro station it is convenient to go everywhere in Rome. We were a family of seven and stayed very comfortably in this large apartment and felt safe. We have travelled through Italy many times and I rate this place as excellent!!

We had everything we needed, so clean and hosts so responsive, really appreciated the walk through in the beginning, toast and coffee! ☕ Just had to watch the location and at night walking around. Parking is tough our Vito van was too big for the free hotel parking

Хозяева лично нас встретили, помогли поднять багаж, все подробно показали где и что находится. Все понравилось. Квартира находится в тихом районе, рядом с участком полиции, так что безопасный район. • Zaneta (10/5): Great 3room apartment with 3 bathrooms! - Nice and cozy spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super friendly and helpful owners. Great communication. Would definitely reccomend! Just a tiny thing, that there was slight smell in one of the bedrooms coming from its bathroom due to canalization. Might be because of the rainy weather we had the first day.
• Wayne (10/5): Stunning, spectacular, incredible, amazing, and wonderful. - Everything, the hosts were outstanding, making an incredible effort to allow an early check in, the apartment was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully prepared, and spectacular, nothing was left out, a proud, impeccable and perfectionist family run apartment left nothing to chance, having travelled worldwide I have never had such an incredible and perfect experience, location, comfort, size, cleanliness, ease of check in, everything was carefully thought out, prepared and ready, I wish I could give it a rating of 11+, the only really applicable word to sum it all up is wow 🤩! If I tried as hard as I could it would be impossible to find fault with this amazing property.

• Maria (8/5): Beautiful and comfortable place - It’s a beautiful house with 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The location is. Very good too, nice neighborhood and near the metro. The only problem I had was with the staff and the payment and devolution of the deposit, I was very clear beforehand that I could pay cash, and then when I was there they told me that because of the time I was leaving they couldn’t return it and that they would transfer. Well it finally turned out well but, it was confusing and inconvenient for us

• Julia (9/5): Beautiful spacious apartment in good location - Very clean, spacious apartment not far from the Colosseum. Metro station and bus station 5 minutes walk away. The hosts are very kind. We can definitely recommend this accommodation!
• Justin (10/5): Great people, very clean - Filomena and her family were so very welcoming. The trullo was very comfortable for us. Internet connection was decent. Location was great. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! We still dream of her homemade sfogliatina. They gave great tips for visiting Alberobello. The dog was a little barky at times and the roosters do crow but we had AC so we closed the windows and it was fine.

• Juliette (10/5): Most perfect base to explore Rome - Lovely spacious appartment, spotlessly clean, great location a few steps away from Manzoni metro station (where you can also take tram 3 for a few stops to Coliseum or a bit further to Trastevere). Came during a heatwave so the AC was a lifesaver. Also each room has its own bathroom which made for great comfort! Lorenzo was so friendly and explained everything there was to know. Book without hesitation! Our stay was too shoooort
• Phillip (9/5): Superb - The appartment was very nice. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 6 adults (2 couples and 2 adult brothers)Everything was clean and tidy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious.We stayed 2 days before and 2 days after our 10 day cruise. Will let you store luggage if you arrive early. They also provided bottled water, juices and a light snack of toast and nutella. Walking distance to grocery store, fast food and casual dining, and G Fassi gelato shop. Emma was very kind. Nothing worth mentioning.

• Angel (9/5): Family trip to Rome (Magnus Domus) - It was a very nice house to stay in, with plenty of space and 3 bathrooms. Which is awesome when you have 6 people trying to get ready at the same time. The host and the owners of the property were very friendly and helpful. We were on the 2nd floor and they only had a tiny elevator. But since there were 6 of us, we had a total of 11 suitcases. And they helped us get all our luggage in the apartment and also back down on the day we left. So even though we had a few mishaps, we would definitely still stay there again. We loved the apartment and our hosts. There were only a few things we didn't like. One was that we couldn't check in until 4pm. But they did at least let us leave all our luggage with them until check in so we could go somewhere close by and get something to eat. Plus the wifi was terrible. It really only worked about 10% of the time we were there. And also they forgot to leave us soap and shampoo, so we had to go back out and buy some at a store that was like 4 blocks away. So it was definitely an inconvenience.
• Charis (8/5): Very good - The staff. They wanted to cancel our reservation on midnight because there was a lot of traffic in the airport and we couldn't find taxi. Also we had a delay on 30 minutes on arrival and they were angry because we didn't tell them. Also we pay 50 euro for late check in
