• Thomas (8/5): Au coeur de Napoli, en toute tranquilité et avec tout le confort pour 4 personnes - L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de la vieille ville et de la gare, il est très propre et très bien équipé y compris avec du café, du lait et des gâteaux. L'établissement est très réactif et très serviable. l'accès aux clés était difficile car le code n'était pas bon et l'interphone ne fonctionnait pas.

• Auli (10/5): 2 pariskuntaa Suomesta - Hyvä opastus videon avulla asuntoon. Emme tavanneet Annaa, mutta wa-yhteys toimi. Asunnolla erinomainen sijainti, siisti, hyvin varusteltu, huippuhyvä kylpyhuone. Kaikki toimi.
• Harris (5/5): - Anna was lovley very helpful with making sure that the fridge on are arrival was stocked with milk juice and water Breakfast bits were supplied as well Washing machine and tumble dryer very handy Comftable living area Lift very handy and was well used . The apartment on first arrival looked lovely On closer inspection there was mucky boarding one base board wasn't fitted correctly by the washing machine. The door handles fell of in the twin room and the door leading to the bedrooms. The coffee machine didn't work at all just put water everywhere and tripped the fuse box. Bathroom was grubby around the bottom of the outside of the shower The toilet flush broke the day before we left and the owner couldn't get it fixed till the day we left which made it interesting to say the least. The double bed room was lovley but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable which made sleeping impossible The twin room was ok could be better. Entry to the apartments is very dark and not lit very well at all. We were not informed by the owner that there was work being done in the apartment next door There was an awful lot of drilling on the joining walls and we had to leave as it was so loud.

• Fiona (10/5): Beautiful, large, fully stocked apartment with responsive host. 10/10 recommend - The apartment was really spacious and exactly as the photos advertised. Anna the host is always readily available on WhatsApp, and she’s so sweet and helpful. There are a lot of amenities including washer and dryer and all sorts of edible goodies that we really enjoyed. The fridge came stocked with milk and juice. We had a fantastic time here, if we ever come back to Naples we will definitely stay again! Nothing, all is well : D

• nabil (8/5): - La propreté, les équipements de l'appartement, le suivi et les indications de notre contact La qualite des matelas, le chauffage qui est bruyant mais surtout le gardien de l'immeuble qui est extrêmement impoli, limite insultant...avec nous et avec même la shuttle qui est venu nous chercher après avoir déposé la voiture dans un garage.

• Josef (10/5): - Eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Lokalen, Supermärkten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Apartment ist neu, hell eingerichtet und hat sogar eine Waschmaschine / Trockner falls benötigt. Als Ausgangpunkt für verschiedene Touren optimal da der Hafen, die U-Bahn und die Viertel mit den Lokalen ganz in der nähe sind.

Métro Duomo à 200 m - très spacieux, lumineux, très agréable, très propre, calme , très confortable et parfaitement bien équipé - supérette à 200 m 2 petits points à améliorer pour une note de 10 : - la climatisation fonctionne très bien mais est trop bruyante pour dormir - il faudrait 2 jeux de clés car pas possible de séparer les clés des portes (immeuble et appartement) de celle qui commande la lumière et la climatisation

• Cora (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist großzügig,hell,sauber und freundlich.Es ist alles da was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und geborgen. Anna ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Man darf kein deutsches Frühstück erwarten,es ist ein kleiner Snack und Cafe mit dem man in den Tag starten kann.Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt schräg gegenüber von der Wohnung.Die Lage ist zentral uns alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The area not nice, the other part/down south of the city is much nicer 2. Uncomfortable matrices: the big one had as a piece of wood, the two small ones so soft that they have “whole” is the middle part form being used. 3. I would not give it a star if it was a hotel. Not a 4 star as the advert says. 4. Loots of plastic flowers, over powering decor for a b&b
• Tejas (10/5): Overall nice updated room and bathroom. Great location for restaurants and attrac - Very clean and bathroom was very good and enough room. Also great location for Duomo and Academia Galleria for David Statue Storage of luggage seems safe but anyone can walk in get the luggage. Needs a checking system
• Freitas (10/5): Amazing place to stay in Naples - I liked everything, really!! The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, it's fully equipped. The host also left plenty of snacks and coffee, as well as dishwasher soupd, cloths, etc etc etc. The location is great... very close to the metro, and you can even walk to many places. I totally reccomend this place!! Parking is about 5-8 min walking, however, it is not so easy to find it for the first time. The entrance is right in front of the street (toward the sea side), but you have to go all around the avenue and there is some traffic jam most of the time. The good side are: it it's a big parking, so you will always find a spot..... also, the guys are very nice, in the best Naples friendly people. :-)

• Thomas (10/5): A lovely central apartment - An excellent location near one of the metro stations and only about 20min on foot from the main railway station. Anna was an excellent host, meeting us at the airport and introducing us to the apartment. There is a bulky electricity key attached to the keys that requires you to turn off the power if one of you wants to go out. We found the double bed somewhat hard for our taste.
• Choo (8/5): Great location close to Duomo stop which is one stop away from Napoli Centrale. - Fantastic location with Duomo stop literally at the doorstep. Small convenience store and cafe right opposite the location. Easy check in and check out. Great amenities with washing and dryer. Well prepared kitchen. Simple breakfast provided in unit. Just 3 minor details: - shower slightly on the small side. - key access and power (electricity) key all in one set ie cannot be separated. Means that when one of a party exits the place, the whole unit goes without power if the key is taken away. Though while there during the day the main door and block door was kept open. - floor tiling means that it’s cold. Would be great if some slippers were provided for guests.

Very close to a metro station and a short walk to restaurants in the Centro storico. Building very secure. The apartment was roomy and quiet. It was very close to a supermarket. The shower is a bit on the small side.

• Keith (10/5): Super clean modern apartment - Super property. Comfy in general. The double bed is very firm. Problem with the shower head sorted very swiftly, providing an excellent shower. The keys are attached to the electric enabling key (soldered so you cant seperate). At weekends or evenings when porter doors are not open, it means you can't split your group. I just wanted to go out for milk... but would have meant leaving the family in the dark !
• Steven (9/5): Superb - The location was fantastic. It was a great base for our trip and right next to the Duomo metro for easy access to Napoli Centrale and the port. The facilities available were also good, and our host Anna was also amazing! Given our double flight cancellation by EasyJet, we lost 2.5 days of our 4 night stay in Naples. Anna kindly picked us up and offered to extend our stay if our schedule permitted because her next guests did not arrive until 2 days after our departure. It was a lovely gesture but we had to leave for Rome so did not have the chance to enjoy more of this intriguing city. Nothing really, although we were on the 4th floor, there was a lift and to be honest it meant it was quiet

• Lynn (8/5): Naples Apartment - Very central location and host was great. Elevator was a huge bonus. Air conditioning was well used. Apartment was quiet and safe. Good effort at supplying basics. Single beds in 2nd bedroom are not very comfortable. No choice of pillows. We both found them too fat. Coffee machine leaked. The bathroom was a little tired, and the shower enclosure was tiny. Limited toiletries...ours were all shampoo.

• Paul (7/5): Ok naples lovely although traffic’s a bit crazy! - Reasonable location not to far from town and local eateries, supermarket across the road. Bit noisy at times. Walls are thin and voices easily heard. Beds hard ok if you like that. Occasionally low flying planes early morning noisy woken up 6am first day but not much after that I guess it depends on the winds! Anna was lovely very helpful collected and dropped off at airport although 35 euros each way! Guess that’s the taxi going rate!

We loved the apartment, was close to the Christmas street and surrounded by good places to eat and drink. Lovely bedrooms and living spaces with a fully working kitchen.
• Jaywalker (9/5): Big, bright and clean in a safe and secure building. - First of all, the owner (Anna) is very pleasant and helpful. For 30 Euros, she picked us up at the airport and drove us right to our door. Located on the 4th floor, the elevator was very nice to have. The apartment was big, bright and very clean. Includes a modern kitchen with accessories. For us, a real plus was having a washer AND dryer... not too common in Italy. The location is quite good... on the fringe of the Old Town, with too many nearby shops, cafes and restaurants to mention. If you plan to visit the nearby islands, this location is within a 5-10 minute walk of the ferries, and a 15-20 minute walk to the hydrofoils. Small shower. Weak WiFi does not always work well in all locations of the apartment.
• Michael (9/5): Sweet little apartment in the heart of Naples, highly recommend for a family of 4 or less. - Lovely little place in the heart of Naples. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Naples and those wanting to use the train stations to visit places around Naples. There are several doors you have to go through in order to get to your apartment and stairs as well, but you can use the elevator if you are not able to do stairs. Our family is fit and doesn't mind stairs at all. Overall, charming place.

• Rachelle (10/5): Pleasant stay - So sorry for this late review. We loved very much, first of all, our host Anna. She was so accommodating and always checked on us, making sure that everything with us is ok. She even offered to pick us up from the airport. The apartment was very clean, modern and with complete facilities. We enjoyed a cup of espresso every morning with the espresso machine and the free coffee offered by Anna. The apartment is in a sort of a compound together with 2 other apartment buildings. The area around it was also safe. There's a Conad grocery store nearby, so we were able to buy our daily needs easily. Should we get another chance to visit Naples, we would definitely book with Anna and her apartment again. 😊 None.

It's well situated for accessing the port or the train station in order to see the sights outside Naples. There's a food shop nearby which is very handy. The owner, Anna, is very helpful and is easily contacted if you have any queries. The apartment itself was great but I felt like Naples let it down - the city is full of litter - but there are lots of fabulous sights to be seen outside of Naples!

She was flexible as our schedule changed and she was accommodating. The shower is small and it was difficult to figure out the washer and dryer settings if you don't understand Italian.
