The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, and helped us with various questions. When we got there, he explained everything very clearly and gave us many ideas about what we could do in the area. None

The shower doesn’t drain properly so if you don’t turn off the water while you shower it would overflow. The bedroom curtains are sheer so not very private. Also it creates too much light in the morning.

Appartement équipé correctement. - SALON ET COIN CUISINE SANS AUCUNE FENETRE, obligé d'allumer la lumière même en plein jour. - La chambre très petite, sombre, avec une fenêtre qui donne sur une cour d'immeubles et d'un restaurant. Cour de laquelle l'on pouvait entendre jour et nuit des bruits d'aération, semblables à des bruits de moteur d'avion. Impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. - Le matelas est trop dur et la couette trop légère. Nous n'avons pas très bien dormi, nous avons eu froid (la télécommande du chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas). La Wifi fonctionnait très mal. - Les voisins claquent les portes bruyamment en rentrant la nuit. - Dommage!!! Heureusement que Rome est une très belle ville...

Vraiment un très bon et beau séjour La cheminée du restaurant au niveau de la chambre qui fait un peu de bruit mais c'est un détail.

• Deanna (9/5): Quaint Apartment in a Perfect Location - Michele the host is fabulous. Attentive, helpful, and responsive. The location is optimal although you need to be prepared for the huge crowds around the Fontana di Trevi. That said, it was surprisingly quiet in the apartment and we had no trouble sleeping. The bed was perfectly comfortable as was the sofa. Great restaurants and bakeries nearby, very easy to connect with public transportation, and very close to the main shopping streets. I would definitely stay there again if I were to return to Rome. The apartment itself is quaint and could use some updates here and there, especially in the kitchen which is essentially a small, very limited kitchenette with an old washing machine that was surprisingly effective but challenging to use. The host said that he had a new one on order so perhaps the next guests will benefit from that change. I would definitely stay there again if I were to return to Rome.

Todo equipado e com amenidades suficientes. Localização excelente! Há 🅿️ parking privado que coberto a menos de 50m da acomodação. Não utilizei o 🅿️ pois preferi não ir de carro para desfrutar das caminhadas pelas ruas de Roma, o que se mostrou muito enriquecedor, pelo contexto histórico e arquitetônico da cidade, e pela possibilidade de conhecer lugares inesperados, adoráveis e inesquecíveis como as “Fontanas”, “Igrejas” e “Museus” de tirar o fôlego (tudo bem perto da acomodação). Esta acomodação proporciona segurança e também está cercada de shoppings, restaurantes, pizzaria, gelateria, feiras de rua e outros comércios de arte, artesanato e souvenir,muito cativantes e recomendados. O proprietário, Sr. Michele, é muito atencioso e prontamente respondeu a todas as nossas dúvidas. O wifi atendeu, porém não era rápido, o que poderia ser apontado como um possível ponto de melhoria.

Foyer cleaner arrived at 2am and was very noisy on 2 mornings keeping us awake while there. Nothing to see from window but poor maintained courtyard. • Tom Rajagopalan (10/5): - Amazing location, just around the corner from the Trevi which meant being able to see it without the crowds in the Morning or evening. The Host Michele is great, looked after us the entire time and was available whenever we needed him. He greeted us at the apartment and gave us a tour, then sat down and provided us a map with instructions on how to get to see each of the sights. He also provided a list of restaurants for us to visit which was massively helpful! The apartment was well equipped and clean, with a kitchen and means to cook, good size and facilities. The property has an elevator for bag transportation, so makes it very easy to get settled in and check out.

• Lynn (8/5): The apartment was perfectly fine for us. Michele is a great host. He gave us a map and showed us the main attractions in - The main attractions are within walking distance. And if you need to go farther, the bus stop is a short block away, along with the taxi cabs. Because it is centrally located it is a little noisy in the evenings but it was quiet by 11pm.
• Kya-Louise (9/5): - Location, location, location! Host was amazing and so helpful before and throughout the stay. If you want to cook in the apartment, that’s tricky as it really is a kitchenette set up, but there are plenty of eateries everywhere just outside the apartment doors!

He gave us a map to show where sites were and gave us a list of recommended restaurants. The apartment location is fantastic and the apartment was comfortable and a decent size. I would definitely stay there again.
• Grant (3/5): Appalling dirty apartment but in a great central location - Location was great, right near the Trevi Fountain and all key sights within walking distance. Even though early October, was very busy especially round the Trevi, so get out early to avoid the crowds. Host was pleasant and met us on site to provide keys and gave us a map and good explanation of the area and directions. That was about all that was good with this place. Apartment was very poor, the bathroom is a disgrace and needs ripping out and replacing. Pretty dirty and shabby, crockery and cutlery was dirty and had to be washed. Fridge did not function correctly and dripped water everywhere, towels have seen better days, no wine glasses and the free toiletries mentioned are only what previous guests have left behind but no shower gel, no shower caps etc. Even the toaster useless and the kettle full of floating bits of calcium. Everything needs fixing. Previous reviews said that the host was aware of the bathroom issues and ‘was working on it’ but clearly nothing done as shower is mouldy, toilet seat a disgrace. Generally poor and is not worth the money paid. Do yourself a favour and get something better nearby. Very very disappointed.

• Carla (9/5): Fantastic apartment that I would recommend that is close to Trevi Fountain - This property is right in the heart of Rome. It is 170m from the Trevi Fountain. Michele met us and ran through everything and is at your disposal for any questions. I got sick and he was so helpful. The apartment has a lift for your bags and overlooks a typical Rome street. There are excellent restaurants all around you. We walked everywhere from this location and just used a taxi to get to and from the train station with our luggage. We were able to wash all our clothes. The bathroom is outdated but totally functional.
• Rosemary (9/5): Great stay in Rome, happy memories ! - Excellent location, very central, can walk to main sites. Apartment is secure and well equipped. Many restaurants are close by and Food shop for self-catering also close. Host Michele was just great, met us at the apartment and explained the area and routes on a map. He also responded very quickly on WhatsApp to any queries. It can be a little bit noisy at night as it is a busy area, but not a major problem. Highly recommended.

• Suzanne (10/5): Perfect location and a wonderful host with excellent advice. A truly memorable stay in Rome! - Location is perfect to see central Rome. Our host was exceptionally helpful with directions and any questions and organised a driver from the airport which was much easier than train/bus with luggage. I only wish we had a window or balcony onto the street below, otherwise it was perfect.
• Elisa (8/5): Lovely space in the heart of Rome. - Very central location - easy to get everywhere and several amazing restaurants right at the door. Michele was great - meeting us at the door and providing a full walkthrough and details of how everything worked and a map of how to get to local attractions and needs. Definitely take advantage of having his driver pick you up from FCO - comparable to the cost of a taxi and a very nice ride. Nice to have a small kitchen space and separate room for relaxing rather than being in a hotel room with only a bed to sit on. Also great to have a small washer. Nice apartment. Pictures are pretty accurate of the look - it is not luxury, but all very comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is to add more towel bars in the bathroom as we struggled to get our towels dry by the next morning. Fair warning - it is in the heart of Rome, only a block or two from Trevi Fountain and above several restaurants so there is street noise until around 10-11. If you are one who goes to sleep super early, this may not be the apartment for you.

• Oujin (1/5): Place was not clean and I felt uncomfortable being in the apartment the whole time - The host was nice and helpful. The property was not clean. The bed sheet came off quite easily and the mattress was filthy underneath. It looks like the mattress is 20 years old and had not been changed. I also saw a bed bug on the mattress which made me feel very uncomfortable during the stay. The shower was terrible and flooded after one shower and I would not recommend this place. It was also very loud at night with barely any sound blocked out.

• John (8/5): Our overall experience was very good. - The location was outstanding and the owner was wonderful to work with. Michele went out of his way to welcome us and explain the city and how to get around. The apartment is a bit dated.
• Tara (8/5): Very good - Walking distance to all attractions. Recommend getting up early to walk to Trevi Fountain (2 minute walk) to beat the crowds. Bed was very comfortable. No shampoo, conditioner etc, we had to buy it ourself. The bin trucks do come early in the morning which are quite noisy. This is at no fault of Michele or apartment but worth noting for your stay.
