• Dimitrios (3/5): Dissaponting - Good position,view to channel The bathroom was different from the photos,at the platform on booking com It did not have bidet and shower phone(as showed on photos )when we booked ,,so washing ourselves was impossible ,so umpleasant and embarrassing The bathroom had a very big window but no curtain(everybody from the neighbor balconies could see us,)so we put a small blanket Also we sent message to the man incharge a few hours after our check in informing about our problem but contacted us only after our check out,,we stayed 4 nights
• Anna (10/5): Nice apartment - It is a nice apartment, great location. The apartment had everything we needed. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Great view from the balcony.
• Oleksii (8/5): Very good - Magnificent balcony with picturesque view of the canal. The apartment is located close to the metro and tram stop. There is everything you need. Very noisy at night - the downside of being located in a bar area. Soundproof balcony doors help, but then there is not enough fresh air. Drunk neighbors (most likely tourists too) are shouting so loudly that you can forget about a good night's sleep. Poor water pressure, cracked door glass and mold in the shower. The equipment, although it looks good in the photos, does not receive regular maintenance at all. Falling out sockets, barely holding shelves in the bathroom, TV that turned on every other time, with the sound and picture disappearing - it was scary to touch everything. I don't know what the risk is of being accused of causing this damage :) In addition, one of the two wine glasses in the drawer was broken, but carefully hidden…

• Virginie (8/5): Fabulous location and lovely flat. I would have loved a kettle - Location The boiler starts randomly in the middle Of the night and it’s really loud. At 4am every morning it starts and put the temperature at 22°C 😅
• Saraf (8/5): We had a great time - A very cozy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the metro station. Beautiful view from the balcony. The owner is very responsive & friendly. Had to struggle a bit with the main door lock. The water pressure in the shower is pretty low. The room heater wasn’t working.
• Penny (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic and the size of the apartment The apartment was great but there were a few things that needed fixing and when I went back and had a look at old reviews they are the same. Bathroom is tiny. No light in the area.The toilet leaks. Having a washing machine was great but it didn’t work properly. There was no kettle and when I asked owner they were going to drop one off but this never happened. There is a massive crack in the door to the bathroom. As mentioned if these were all fixed then I would stay again. Also it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not a problem for me but very hard when you are lifting a suitcase.

• Janet (9/5): Fantastic location with all necessary amenities. - Excellent location and double glazing cut out the chatter of others when we turned in for the night. The canal area is very busy and vibrant. 30 minute walk to the Duomo etc./easy underground system when legs were tired. Really enjoyable few days. Host was very helpful. These things didn’t bother us but it’s an old building so make allowances for that, also there are just short of 70 steps up to the flat.
• Ira-henrika (6/5): Location was the best, but wouldn’t stay again. Host didn’t take seriously the dirtyness and said that mold in the pot w - The location was super and the bed was an amazing Dirty kitchenware, mold on them - big mirror on toilet door was broken
• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Well-sized and comfortable apartment in a great location with excellent hosts Bathroom needed a little more TLC (eg a light in the shower and sink area, somewhere to hang towels)
• Frances (8/5): good until the upset on last morning. - location was great we had a problem on the last day. there was a misunderstanding. we didn’t always understand what he was saying. via the messenger we thought we could have the flat until 1 pm. some very upsetting messages and all our stuff on the balcony when we got back from lunch. thinking back, he may have had the wrong phone number for us as well
• Brian (9/5): Superb - The location away from the city centre is ideal for people wanting to remove themselves without feeling they’re staying in a dull neighbourhood. With the canal just below there is plenty of light and a constant stream of promenaders and a lively cafe and restaurant scene at night but being on the top floor none of it is intrusive. The brother of the property owner very kindly waited around for a delayed flight to check me in. Thanks Antonio.
