La casa e' dotata di tutto ed e' pulitissima. Antonella e' una simpaticissima padrona di casa ed e' molto disponibile. Nulla tutto perfetto

Cercherei solo di migliorare il condizionamento dell’ambiente perché, in giorni caldissimi come questi, la casa diventa bollente e il piccolo condizionatore presente non riesce a raffrescarla; la notte abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire per il caldo. Per il resto, casa veramente gradevole e in posizione incredibilmente comoda ai siti storici e alla movida Il sistema di raffrescamento

• ΓΙΑΝΝΑ (9/5): Εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Συνέβαλε σημαντικά σε μια υπέροχη ταξιδιωτική εμπειρία. - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πολύ χαριτωμένο το διαμέρισμα, με ανέσεις που μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, μας διευκόλυναν και μας δημιούργησαν ένα αίσθημα ασφάλειας (σημαντικό όταν στο ταξίδι συμμετέχουν παιδιά). Πολύ εξυπηρετική, πρόθυμη και κατατοπιστική η Antonella! Ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη διαμονή! Ίσως οι κρεμάστρες και η απλώστρα για τις πετσέτες, αλλά και πάλι ακούγεται ασήμαντο σε σχέση με τα τόσα θετικά... Το λέω μόνο ως ένα μικρό στοιχείο βελτίωσης.
• Maria (9/5): FACILIDAD Y - Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad de la propietaria para darnos la llave así como para enseñarnos el piso. Además, destaco lo cerca que estaba del Vaticano, de la Plaza Navona y de otros sitios de interés turístico, lo cual me resulta un aspecto a destacar y que hace tu viaje sea mucho más cómodo. El colchón del sofá cama y que había que subir hasta un tercer piso, lo cual creo recordar que no se detalla en las características del piso.

Agradecimos mucho todo lo que nos dejó para poder hacer un pequeño desayuno. Los colchones no eran muy cómodos.

• Ursi (9/5): - Appartamento in ottima posizione, è possibile tranquillamente girare Roma di giorno e di sera anche a piedi poiché tutti i monumenti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Sono presenti anche diversi supermercati, bar e ristoranti/pizzerie nei dintorni. La cucina ed il bagno sono pulitissimi e dotati di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Unica pecca, come in quasi tutti i palazzi d'epoca, la presenza di tre rampe di scale che rendono difficoltoso il trasporto di bagagli di media/grande dimensione.
• Pc (10/5): Exceptional - Near restaurants and shops, but quiet. The decor is retro. There are pots and pans if you need to cook, and eating utensils, coffee and tea, cereal, granola, and crackers available. More than the usual toiletries in the bathroom. There were even umbrellas that we could use. The hostess is great, and answered all messages very quickly. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but otherwise I have no complaints.
• John (10/5): Exceptional - Brilliant, well located and quiet apartment. Ideal for exploring Rome. Close to lots of bars and restaurants, as well as loads of the major attractions. Antonella was exceptionally helpful, making sure that everything went smoothly.

Fairly quiet (we only heard a small amount of noise from inside the building and from a nearby unit that had their window open) and near a nice affordable restaurant (Alfredo e Ada). Friendly host who let us leave our suitcases until 1:30pm which was very helpful.

Will definitely visit and stay there again. - It was clean, functional, had everything you needed and the property was located perfectly in the centre of all the wonderful sights. There were amazing restaurants, walks, facilities on your doorstep. Nothing, it was amazing. It might be difficult for someone with a walking disability because it is on a 3rd floor up some tight steep steps and there is no lift.

• Kim (9/5): We highly recommend the apartment and would stay agin if in Rome. - The location was amazing. We could walk to most sites in Rome, and lots of great shops and restaurants near by. The host Antonella was very kind and generous and allowed us to leave luggage as we had a late flight. We liked everything but the 3 flights of stairs could be problematic for some people. Worked off the pasta though.
• Clare (8/5): Home from home in Rome - Lovely, large sitting room, comfortable bed and good shower. Great location, including nice restaurant just around the corner. Couldn't hear the city. Lots of homely touches, like books, toiletries, maps. Three flights of stairs was tough after hours on your feet. Had a lot of noise from neighbours, fridge and a drip from hallway when it rained.
• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - The lovely Antonella was waiting for us with the keys and gave us a tour of the apartment, which was spacious and fantastically located. She had even provided coffee and milk for us! The apartment is three floors up with windows that open to a tiny inner court, which meant we could have fresh air without street noise. Would definitely stay here again. No negatives.

• Iwona (10/5): Wonderful stay in the heart of Rome just a stone throw from Vatican and Castillo de Sant'Angelo. - We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The host Antonella was very responsive and helpful from the moment I booked. She arranged a taxi for us from the airport, met us at the apartment on the day of arrival even though it was quite late, and also let us stay in the apartment past the checkout time on our last day because she had no new guests coming that day! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and is very cozy and clean. There is AC available so you can turn it on in the winter months - we came in January and that really made a difference! The bedsheets are really high quality, there is fresh towels, blow dryer, and some basic cosmetics provided. She also left us some snacks for breakfast, coffee, and tea, which was a very sweet gesture! As for the location, it could not be any better. The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet street, just 3 minutes away from the Castillo de Sant'Angelo and 15 minutes away from Vatican. I will recommend this place to everyone!

• Thomas (10/5): Great location! - Great location, close to the Vatican and Castle San Angelo. You can walk to all major sights within 30-40 minutes. Also there is a (cheap) luggage storage at Navona Street Hotel around the corner which is convenient in case of late departures.
• Mona (10/5): Super little apartment in best location & neighborhood, with lots of restaurants, and great gelato! - The Welcome by Antonella was Super! Such a nice lady! She provided tips, the restaurant- downstairs (Alfredo e Ada) was soo good we ate there for supper, then lunch the next day! There were breakfast items: coffee, tea, cereal, biscottes, jam etc. Very much appreciated. The location was amazing!! Walked minutes to Pantheon, piazzas, 10 min to Vatican. 25 min walk to Coliseum. Would highly recommend :) Would maybe have appreciated an extra comfortable sofa chair or small sofa, so if you are 3 people, we can all be in livingroom/dining area to lounge. Minor detail! No issues at all, loved our stay and apartment!

We were even close walking distance to the Vatican and the Castle. Host was nice, helpful, and had a clean and tasteful place! Great value for money, solid WiFi, and smooth check in/out process- highly recommend! We liked everything! Bathroom was a bit small, but not the host's fault. Also, the instructions on where to take the trash out at check out was a bit vague and unclear, so we had to reach out to the host, but she was quick to respond and was reachable.

• Poesia (10/5): Very happy, sweet and a pleasant stay - We had to arrive much earlier than the usual check-in time frame, and the owner had no any hesitation for our request. This has been a massive help to us. The son of the owner also helped us to carry our multi-heavy-luggages. We are so grateful. We also encounter another personal problem related to the check-out. Again the owner is so willingly to help us to solve our problems. The communication was easy and with quick response. I recommend this property. none.
