• SEDEF (7/5): - Perfect location, nice apartment. Very kind stuff. This was my second time, same problem remains. There’s a leak from the shower cabin, and water gets all over the floor during use.

• Joseph (9/5): The apartment met all of our needs - Good location. Spacious. Comfortable On our first day, the window was open and a large # of mosquitos came in, but the host supplied a # of Mosquito devices.
• Steve (10/5): Amazing location, great staff and beautiful property - Great location and beautifully presented property. Enough space for everyone and a lift. Staff were amazing. Incredible heating system, basically once inside could get around in summer clothes. Not a dislike as such, just things to be aware of; You do have a few stairs to get up before the lift so if you have large heavy bags it’s a bit difficult. Also stand alone shower in bathroom fine for slim people but not overweight or larger people but there is a second shower.

Trous dans les murs, fixations murales non utilisées pas enlevées, douche de la petite salle de bain minuscule et inutilisable (la tête de douche dépasse le pare douche!! Et coule en partie a l extérieur de la douche!!).

• Christos (10/5): - Die Lage war top in 15 Minuten ist man am Dom. Das Personal war freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ein Traum. Man kam rein und es duftete herrlich. Da fühlte man sich gleich wie zuhause. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Asmaa (9/5): Clean, well-located stay with thoughtful touches—though the AC in one room was weak and absent in another, making warm n - The location was excellent—convenient and quiet. The space was spotless upon arrival, which made settling in easy. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a coffee machine and a good selection of pods, while the fridge had complimentary water and drinks, which was a nice touch. A cleaner came during the stay to tidy up and empty the bins, which helped keep everything fresh. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay. While the overall stay was comfortable, the air conditioning could be improved. One of the bedrooms had an AC unit, but its performance wasn’t great, and the other room didn’t have AC at all. This made it a bit challenging during warmer nights. Addressing this would definitely enhance the experience for future guests.

• Nur (10/5): Good location, comfortable apartment! - Very good location with tramway metro connection, apartment is quite big. 3-4mins walking to nice breakfast places. They check everyday if all good about your stay or you need anything.

A short walk to the Duomo and near nice shopping and restaurants. Very good communication all via WhatsApp texting. I will return to this place and tell all my friends and family about it. Nothing.

W returning we needed. The floors were a little older but it was ok. It was a bit noisy for the room near the street with the windows and street noises, trash pickup, etc.

• Yelena (10/5): A very comfortable stay in the heart of Milan! - The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Milan - about 10-15 min walk from Duomo and main shopping street. The check-in was easy and the hosts were very accommodating. We arrived in the morning and they did their best to check us in before 3:00 pm. I also spoke with them on the phone before we arrived and everyone at the Heart of Milan apartments were very responsive. Everything was wonderful!

• Dora (9/5): Beautiful apartment, confusing check in. - It was large, well decorated and clean. The only glitch had to do with check in. The online check in was confusing. They also forgot to send us the code to get into the building and the apartment. It would really be better if you checked in at a local office and then they gave you a lift to the apartment. They did give us a great recommendation for restaurants.

Apartment is beautiful, you feel like home, everything was there, you could hardly wish for something more Really nothing that should be improved, keep the high standard, we need more of this.

Very clean, they have a great automated system to access the apartament. Good places to eat nearby (Biancolatte, Camillo Benso for example). Walking distance from the Duomo. They also have a reception where you can leave your luggage after the check out. Everything was perfect.
