• C (8/5): Zeer centraal en in een typisch pand en wijk van Napels. - Centraal in een mooie wijk van Napels en straat zonder auto's. grote accommodatie en heel vriendelijk en flexibel eigenaar. Inclusief drinkwater etc. Zeer attent. Ondanks straat zonder auto's alsnog best een drukke omgeving. Dit geldt waarschijnlijk voor elke accommodatie in Napels.
• Raluca (10/5): Excellent location, care from the host and comfortable stay. - The location is perfect, close to the ild town, shops, promenade. We traveled as a family of 6, and the host was very kind and on the first day, before checkin time, allowed our children to rest after the early flight in a small apartment next to ours and also made sure we have everything we need during our stay (clean towels, bedding, etc). The apartment is very spacious and quiet at night so we could rest well and we have been very comfortable during our stay for 9 nights (could wash laundry, cook, etc). There is no elevator, but this was alright for us as we could carry the luggages up to 1st floor.

Frühstuck fand in der Bar gleich unter dem Appartment statt, dort hätte das Personal ruhig freundlicher sein können.

• Belinda (10/5): - Very friendly host with great tips. Although on a busy street, great glazing so quiet inside. Spacious and comfortable and nice touches (like water provided, coffee etc).
• James Peek (9/5): Amazing location, spacious quiet apartment and excellent host. - Great location, right in the centre of Chiaia. Balcony doors open on to the main street so you had the lively atmosphere of a very busy pedestrian shopping street but the privacy and comfort of a well appointed apartment. Vast number of restaurants nearby as well as plenty of great streets to walk, and a metro stop 20m away. Simona met us on arrival and gave us a quick tour and was a great hostess. Air conditioning worked well, and we were very grateful for it on the hot days. One of the toilets was missing a seat during our visit but didn't impact our stay. Hot water in the shower was either very limited or just not very hot, but given it was very warm weather when we stayed it was not a big issue. The breakfast from the cafe downstairs was nice, although the cafe staff didn't seem overly thrilled with the arrangement and weren't particularly hospitable.

• Tina (10/5): Perfect location and wonderful host - Excellent location with a great host who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Nothing but you should be aware that taxis and larger vehicles cannot fit on the main road to the apartment. They have to drop you a couple stories up and you take an elevator from the metro station down the street level. All really easy (now that we’ve done it) but noting it here so you are prepared.
• Ian (5/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the location and its amenities, the friendly people. - The location was close to restaurants, a supermarket, shops, a wine store and a taxi rank. It was a 15 minute taxi ride into Naples, 20 euros. The showers were easy and efficient but not ensuite. The apartment was clean and quiet despite overlooking the busy street. It was spacious. The host did leave a selection o f coffee, tea and snacks. Bottled water was plentiful. The location was in a no vehicle access street. We were dropped at the far end of the street and meant a 100 yard walk with our luggage. The stairs to the front door were steep and three flights. One bedroom was good. The second bedroom was connected to the third which was open to the main room that served as dining room, lounge and kitchen. No privacy for the third bed area, Eating table was adequate but only three chairs, the fourth person used a stool. The sofa was fine for two people but there were two canvas chairs for the other two. The kitchen lacked kitchen knives and there was no oven. There was a four ring gas hob, a microwave and an electric kettle place on the gas hob. Preparation area was inadequate. Breakfast was in the adjacent cafeteria and the breakfast in the price for us provided only coffee or tea and a croissant or brioche. You could pay for additional items, egg, bacon and the like. The staff were helpful and friendly. Eating was mainly outside on the street. These aspects should be made clear when choosing where to stay.

The apartment was big enough for our group (5 adults, 2 kids), it is clean and has all the necessary appliances. Great location and lovely terrace to absorb the Neapolitan life.

• Michael (9/5): We would not have missed it! - We were met by Simona herself and could not have felt more welcome. She is kind and helpful and completely 'simpatica'. The apartment is in the perfect location for seeing everything and all the better for being (mostly) pedestrianised. Lovely coffee and pastries just next door. The sofa is a touch uncomfortable after a while.

• Sarah (9/5): Amazing location amazing host and amazing apartment! - Breakfast we really well catered for and special diatary requests considered. The property was really easy to find and access and in a great location. Great communication from host and we felt really looked after. The late check out was also a lovely kind gesture and Simona was really responsive and helpful if we had any questions. Everything was great we had a very minor issue with hot water which we resolved ourselves and the bed inside the shared space was unexpected but that was our fault for not reading listing properly and it didn't impact our stay at all.

• Firuzan (7/5): Napels is beautiful city worthy to visit. - Top, perfect location every famous spot was reachable by walking distance and the host (Simona)was very polite very helpful very fast responding for all kind of requests, questions. Simona left for us two dozen of big bottle water, and some bottles of beer free of charge which was very kind of her🙏 She provided us new clean many towels during our stay. The check-out time was 10:00 o’clock in the morning. But our flight was late, Upon our late check-out request the host allowed us to use the next house until our check-out we left our luggage there until 13:00 o’clock. We found the rest of the house not very clean, a bit poor interior the and shabby old meubels can be renewed especially the kitchen needs it. There was no kettle but Simona provided a new kettle the next day. We found the kitchenware not enough and old. The building is also old altgough it is known that there is no lift in the building, be ready to take some sharp stairs and to have some heavy sewer smell in the air time to time. We found the breakfast poor it consisted of only one cup of coffee and crossaint, the people in yhe breakfast coffee were not friendly and can’t speak English difficult to communicate.
