• Aiysha (6/5): Not upto mark - It is centrally located and well connected to all attractions and metro. There was a bad odor coming from bathroom and very poor ventilation. They need to replace the bathmat inside the washroom with microfiber or something that actually absorb water rather than the beach mat. The bedroom was right next to it so it was unbearable to sleep with that smell. The lock was a mystery as well, it is too complicated to unlock without proper instructions and lots of practice 😅. The check in was quite disorganized and u cant get through the host for any kind of communication. I was stranded in the lobby for over an hour without any instructions how to get inside the apartment. If you're planning to cook meals, make sure to bring your own plates/ bowls or cups otherwise youll end up eating it straight from the pot 😉 The kettle needs to be replaced as it collect lime scale residue and everytime you warm the water it gets mixed. Overall it was ok stay but the host needs to take care of few details that travelers actually care.

• SABRINA (7/5): Bien situé mais à besoin de quelques ameliorations - Bon emplacement pas trop loin du centre et proche du métro. Bonne literie. Pas franchement propre. Plaque de cuisson cassée fonctionnant partiellement. Pas de grille pain. Odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain malgré la VMC laissée allumée.

• Lilla (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location, the host Luis was extremely flexible with us, we have arrived very late due to delay in flights, and also left very early and he was flexible and very helpful.
• Stefania (8/5): All in all it was fine, but the bathroom situation made it a bit awkward. - Great location. Bathroom is off the bedroom. So people sleeping on sofa bed have to pass through the bedroom.

• Daniela (9/5): Great location and spacious - The place is lovely, it has great lighting, and it's spacious. It included all the amenities we needed. The location is also great. Several restaurants and some supermarkets nearby. The place was great, the only thing we disliked was the administration. We were asked for tax money in cash when arriving, but we didn't have it since this was our first time we were asked for this type of money, then the first day we got the money from an ATM machine, for the second day unadvised we got knocked on the door in the early morning to collect the money. We would have appreciated a reminder by text before arrival or before knocking on the door. Also, a reminder to everyone that comes here, bring an esim that allows you to make calls. When we texted that we have arrived we waited for around 30 mins on the street with all our luggage until someone opened the door, and the first thing he did was blame us for not calling him to inform that we have arrived, even though we did by text since we were on our way by bus. The check in instructions were null.

• Liza (6/5): Would have been a great stay if the toilet had been functioning or fixed. Unfortunately this was not the case and had a - Great location, close to a metro, good restaurants nearby and tourist attractions. Near the main train station. Spacious enough to fit four people comfortably. The toilet completely stopped working on our second day. We messaged the owner and received a description about how to avoid the issue in the future, which was not helpful as the issue had already arisen. Did nothing to fix the toilet so we were left without a toilet for most of our stay.
• Skałacka (10/5): I'd love to come back here - Very cozy place. The Host was very friendly, he waited for us with the keys and showed us everything there. We had coffee, toast and jam at our disposal. The location of the apartment is great. There is also a cafe downstairs, serving delicious coffee, sandwiches and cookies. The trip was very successful!

• Some (8/5): Very comfortable unit. Well located for a visit to Rome. - The property was exactly as pictured. Had all the accessories needed for a comfortable stay, even plenty of clothes hangers, iron and ironing board. Plenty of dining options around for all budgets and tastes. 10 min walk to Termini train station (Via Giolitti side entrance open from 6am to 9pm). The owner greeted me in person eventhough I arrived quite late in the evening (close to 11pm). He was also quite responsive via WhatsApp. The building main gate was rather difficult to open. Would have been nice to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and a toiletries holder in the shower. Also, eventhough it is not required for non-hotel properties, no shampoo was provided.
• Helen (9/5): A fabulous stay in Rome n sunny October - Great location - supermarket, bars and gelateria close by. And a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and Termini station. Written instructions re separating waste (recycling) and it’s disposal and confirming the locking arrangements - we didn’t appreciate there were 2 flats behind the shop me entrance door and didn’t lock our door on the first day.

• Leang (7/5): Great location but broken amenities - The location, as it was very close to the Colosseum and metro. The aircon did not work well. It was way too weak to cool down the apartment during summer. We had a hard time sleeping due to the heat. We also had issues with the locks multiple times... it's really difficult to work the locks. The stove also did not work.
• Cvetan (9/5): Great acomodation - clean, spacious and close to the Metro line - The location of the apartment is amazing. It’s just two minutes walk to one of the train lines (MA) and you can easily move through the city from there. The apartment itself is very well equipped, cozy and enjoyable. It has all the amenities you need, and it is a bit more spacious that what you can see on the photos. Maybe the pillows are a bit too thin, but I believe this is a personal preference in the end. We were four adult people in the apartment and it was just enough in terms of space. Maybe it is a bit more suitable for parents with kids or a couple, but nevertheless we really enjoyed it! The host Luis took a very good care of us from checkin until checkout which we very much appreciated. I would highly recommend choosing this apartment since it makes exploring Rome even more pleasant experience.

• Irene (8/5): Centrally located, cute apartment in Rome- Close to subway - Franco was a friendly and responsive host who met us at the apartment to welcome us to the apartment. The apartment is centrally located, and we were able to easily get everywhere within Rome. We love walking so we were able to walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon house. The apartment is also located close to some of the restaurants and hot spots highlighted in NY Times 36 hours in Rome. The front door is a bit difficult to open with the key. And the apartment (including the bathroom) is quite cozy so it's probably best for a small family with kids versus 4 adults.
• Slawomir (10/5): APPART - Nice, hassle-free days in Rome - The absolute best choice in Rome. Close to the most interesting places in Rome on foot. For example, the Colosseum in 15 minutes, 3 minutes to the subway. Close to the CONAD store and a very good Vecchia Roma pizzeria. There is everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, microwave, good fridge, reliable WiFi, air conditioning for warm days. Clean, spacious apartment and a rather quiet place. It's the fourth floor, but there is an elevator. On arrival a small starter, spices, sugar, coffee etc. Franco funny and very helpful. You can call him about anything. He allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. I think next time in Rome it will be Appart. Thank you, Franco Nothing to improve

The owner was very helpful and we had the opportunity also to have a late checkout. We had explored Rome by feet as we could Walk from the apartment to the landmarks within 20minutes.Convenient super market nearby and next to the metro station as well Nothing specific

• Viet (10/5): Exceptional - The place is nice and clean. The host is fantastic and he helps us to have an early check-in. The location is pretty good. I wish it would have an oven or a toaster for breakfast bread but I think it's okay.
