• Ian (10/5): Beautiful apartment, wonderful location and a great place to stay. - Good location, well decorated. Has a nice terrace. It is well equipped and comfortable. Whilst the sliding doors in the main bedroom are “tres chic” (they look like reclaimed railway wagon doors), they are extremely noisy to open, especially in the middle of the night. We decided to just leave them open. Additionally, whilst it didn’t affect us as we only had a small amount of rain, I think if it rained heavily, being in the main bedroom would sound like being inside a drum. Might be a bit noisy at night. Neither of these issues were a game-changer and the apartment is absolutely wonderful. We have already recommended it to friends looking to travel to Rome later in the year.
• Ryan (10/5): Excellent. - This was as beautiful as the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the terrace was perfect. Great location. The advertisement said there was a washing machine but it didn’t work. Also, Saturday night was some kind of party above the terrace and it sounded like they were inside our bedroom.
• Jake (10/5): - Well equipped apartment in a brilliant location. There’s a lovely cafe next door to the courtyard entrance which got every day off to the right start. A very tasty Indian restaurant is only a stone’s throw away and there are plenty of local Italian options in the neighbourhood. Apartment was very clean and presented well upon arrival. The outdoor terrace is a real selling point. Beds were very comfortable and good bathroom facilities. Relaxing open plan living-dining area and as our stay went on we found the apartment to become more and more homely which is always a good sign. Great hosts who were always available to deal with any queries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend both the apartment and the neighbourhood to anyone. A few more bath/shower towels for a longer stay would’ve been ideal as the washer-dryer could be a bit temperamental but it did the job in the end. Some shelves being added to the shower unit would’ve been a nice, functional touch but again it’s not the end of the world to have some toiletries on the floor.

• Serene (10/5): Perfect luxurious apartment which has made our 2nd visit to Rome wonderful. - Beautifully designed and homely. Located in a prime location and yet it’s away from the crowds, walking distance to many monuments and touristic sights. It’s about 15 mins to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and 20 mins to Pantheon. Ideal for someone who doesn’t like crowds. Beddings are very comfortable and we had good night sleep throughout our stay. Minor issue and it shouldn’t be an issue for couple - the washing machine can be a bit temperamental. Had to plug and unplug into the power socket a couple of times.

Location was great. Hosts v v helpful. Spacious. Clean. Well appointed. Would stay here again. Was on first floor so having or not having lift was not an issue Water pressure in shower could be better. Warm water was not consistent. The bathroom door in master bedroom is heavy and noisy. Needs to be changed.

The street has a great place for breakfast and a fantastic wine bar, that I highly recommend visiting for aperitivo. The staff made everything very easy and were very helpful.

The shower head in the smaller bathroom was broken. Wasn’t a big issue just meant kids had to use the hand held one. We have made Maria aware of this.

Appreciated the personal touches with beverages, fruit, and toiletries left for us to use. Chairs in kitchen were uncomfortable and there was limited seating for our family of four in the living area. Barn doors in main bedroom were extremely loud.

Beautifully appointed, spacious and close to some lovely restaurants and a stone’s throw to - Gorgeous interior, wonderful host, spacious interior with exclusive outdoor patio which was great in summer for al fresco dining. Kitchen very well designed and practical. Master bathroom felt like it could use a little maintenance in the shower cubicle. Handheld unit was a bit faulty and floor could have been cleaner.

• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - It is a beautiful apartment in the centre of everything. Gea was our contact person and was so helpful with suggestions of sites to see in the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable situated in a beautiful building. The outside terrace is a lovely bonus. The only minor issue we had was trying to figure out the heating and water system. We got there in the end. So was not much of an issue.
• Susi (10/5): Beautiful apartment in great location. a must! - Everything. it’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need in accommodation. The courtyard is massive. The location is perfect. It’s clean and tidy. Perfect place to stay We were there for 5 nights and only one dishwashing tablet and one washing machine tablet were supplied which is lousy for what one pays to stay there. The apartment is a bit dark but I guess that can’t be helped.
