• Luca (10/5): - La casa è in una posizione comoda, ha tutto il necessario (servizi nelle vicinanze, accessori in casa) per vivere dei giorni a Roma in totale autonomia e senza dipendere necessariamente da ristoranti e affini. Dispone di condizionatori (un plus viste le temperature di questi giorni a Roma). Il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo ed è anche venuto incontro a una mia personale esigenza durante il check-in. Consigliatissimo.

• Yan (2/5): The property condition was unacceptable and did not match the description. - I don’t like this property at all. The bathroom was dirty and Hot water lasted less than 10 minutes, making it impossible to finish the shower. The lack of hot water wasn't just an inconvenience; it caused me to catch a cold and suffer from headaches. The landlord never responded to my text messages or calls and he refused to solve the problem, don’t stay there!

• Roberta (9/5): - Abbiamo lasciato la struttura oggi dopo 4 giorni di vacanza. Il proprietario è una persona gentile e pronto a dare consigli su come muoversi per la città. L’appartamento è comodo anche per 4 persone. Noi siamo stati davvero bene. Ci siamo mossi con i mezzi pubblici, sia metropolitana che pullman, ma la metropolitana rimane, a mio avviso, il metodo migliore per spostarsi.

• giuseppe (10/5): Ottimo - Questo B&B nella zona Marconi a Roma rappresenta una scelta eccellente per chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole nella capitale. L’host si distingue per la sua simpatia e grande disponibilità: dà informazioni utili su trasporti, posti da visitare e consigli pratici per vivere al meglio Roma, facendoti sentire subito a tuo agio. La casa è molto pulita, accogliente e curata nei dettagli, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in città. Essendo all’ottavo piano, regala silenzio e tranquillità, senza essere disturbati dal rumore della strada. Un altro punto di forza è la posizione strategica: in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva sia alla Stazione Trastevere che alla Metro B, rendendo facili gli spostamenti verso il centro e le principali attrazioni della città . Quando tornerò a Roma, so già dove alloggerò: ci vedremo presto!

La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e ben collegata con i principali punti di interesse della città. L’alloggio era estremamente pulito, molto spazioso e vivibile: un appartamento grande e confortevole, con tutti i servizi perfettamente funzionanti e a portata di mano. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, che mi ha anche permesso di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il checkout, facilitandomi molto l’organizzazione della giornata. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo: un posto dove tornerei volentieri e che consiglio senza esitazione!

• Przemysław (9/5): Wyjątkowe spotkanie z historią, kulturą i kuchnią - Dojście do metra zajmowało około 10-15', więc spacerkiem naprawdę szybko - szybciej niż podjeżdżanie autobusem. Sama dzielnica to typowa mieszkaniówka - bloko-kamienice z dobrym zapleczem kulinarnym i usługowym. W okolicy sklepiki i restauracje z wysokiej jakości żywnością. Sam budynek jak i okolica bezpieczne. A gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny - wysłał nam polecajki, podzielił się swoimi doświadczeniami. Generalnie typowa włoska gościnność :)

• Norman (10/5): Very good place to stay - I really can recommend this place both for shorter or longer stays. It was perfect for 3 of us. We only stayed a night in Rome, and Giuly’s House was a perfect place to stay. It is far enough from the touristic crowds but close enough to the center. We could easily get there anytime by bus about 15-20 minutes from the very center of Rome. Getting to FCO airport was also really easy with just 1 change. Bars, restaurants and shops are just at the corner. The flat is nice and clean, equipped with everything we needed. Both the living room and the bedroom has a balcony. Kitchen and bathroom was also big enough, well equipped, and clean. Owner is a very nice person, communication was easy and clear. Just in the block below the flat there is a nice restaurant which is open until late. Only locals go there, food is very nice and affordable, staff is friendly. All was fine.
