• Csilla (10/5): Nyugodt környék kicsivel távolabb a központtól, jó közlekedéssel - A szállás a Termini pályaudvartól 3 buszmegállóra van, a megálló a szállás előtt. A Villa Borghese park 15 perc séta. A szállás csendes, jól felszerelt, tiszta. Francesco már napokkal az érkezés előtt felvette velem a kapcsolatot, zökkenőmentes volt a bejutás ( Rita aki a házban lakik várt minket ) kaptam sok infót, többek között a környékbeli éttermekről ami jól jött. Ilyen hozzáállást remélek minden szállásadótól. Remek meglepetés volt, hogy be volt készítve kávé, tej, üditő, víz, tojás és instant reggelire való, nagyobb részét mi nem használtuk de a kávé-tej-innivalóért nagyon hálás voltam. Az apartman stílusa nekünk nagyon bejött, kényelmes volt, a fürdőben minden piperecikk is rendelkezésre állt. Nem nagyon találtam olyat ami nem tetszett. ( esetleg a víznyomás a zuhanyban lehetne nagyobb )

• MONTSERRAT (9/5): Estancia acogedora y bien comunicada. - La atención de Francesco y Rita muy buena, sobre todo por la deferencia de esperarnos, que nuestro avión llegó de madrugada. Muy bien comunicado el apartamento; y todas las recomendaciones que nos dieron de 10. El apartamento está a 15 minutos caminando de la estación de Termini, pero tienes autobuses en la puerta para desplazarte. Nos dejaron cositas para el desayuno, lo que se agradece un montón.La cama muy cómoda. El apartamento está muy bien decorado El ascensor es justo para dos personas, el apartamento está muy bien, aunque creo que quizás le toque ya un repaso al baño, en lo que respecta a la zona del lavabo, y se echaba de menos un pequeño sofá para sentarse al llegar por la noche; hay una butaca pero no tiene sofá. Pero esto es gusto personal, claro.Para repetir.

• Carolina (9/5): Muito bom - Apartamento muito limpo, aconchegante e numa boa localização, a cerca de 20min a pé do centro e bem servido de transportes públicos e serviços. Tem uma paragem de autocarro mesmo junto à saída do alojamento com destino à estação Termini, que opera durante o dia e noite. O apartamento tem cozinha, equipada com tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar. A localização é boa, sossegada e não se ouve barulho exterior no apartamento.

Appartamento funzionale, composto da camera doppia, bagno completo di tutto, salottino e cucinino. Pulizia eccellente. Riscaldamento perfetto. C'erano a disposizione anche bevande, snack e dolci per la colazione. Consiglio vivamente.
• Irina (10/5): - Todo perfecto. Nos hemos alojado mi pareja y yo con un bebé y todo ha estado genial, desde el servicio de la habitación como el trato del anfitrión, que ha sido totalmente excepcional. Si vuelvo a Roma, volveré seguro.
• Seda (8/5): - Tesisin temizliği, içerisinde ihtiyaç olabilecek her şeyin bulunması ve kahvaltı edebilmek için buzdolabına yiyecekler bırakılmış olması bizim için olumlu yanlarıydı. Ev için yapabileceğimiz tek eleştiri; binanın eski olmasından kaynaklı sürekli bir gürültüye maruz kalması. Sizi uyutmayacak kadar değil ancak uyurken tesisat, su ve havalandırma sesleri içeriye fazlasıyla geliyordu. Daha hassas olanların kulak tıkacı alması faydalı olabilir.
• Joliane (9/5): Un séjour exceptionnel - L'appartement est très joli, il met dans l'ambiance de la Rome antique. Il est également très bien équipé et tout est prévu pour bien vous accueillir (serviettes de bain en quantité, produits d'hygiène, grand lit double) et pour démarrer la journée avec un petit-déjeuner complet (lait, café/thé, jus de fruits, beurre, confiture, œufs, etc.). Enfin, l'appartement est bien situé : à 15 minutes à pied (1,1 km) de la gare Rome Termini, à proximité de nombreux arrêts de bus et si on aime marcher, à maximum 1h des monuments emblématiques de la ville éternelle. Le bâtiment est assez peu isolé mais je suppose que c'est aussi du fait de "l'ancienneté" du bâtiment (cela dit il est très propre et bien entretenu). Également, prévoir des masques de nuit si on aime le noir car seule la fenêtre de la chambre a des volets et il s'agit de persienne. Les fenêtres de la cuisine n'ont pas de volet et les portes étant vitrées, elles laissent passer la lumière. Néanmoins, cela n'empêche pas de dormir..

• Anna (10/5): Amazing! - Wspaniała lokalizacja, bardzo dobra cena, moja Towarzyszka podróży bardzo chwali wygodne i miękkie łóżko! Wspaniała pizza blisko mieszkania. Piękne witraże w drzwiach i bardzo wysoki sufit robił na nas wrażenie. Zostaliśmy bardzo miło przyjęci, w lodowce czekało na nas śniadanie! Dziękujemy! Było wspaniale! Ania i Nastazja Wszystko nam się podobało. Prawdziwe włoskie mieszkanko!
• Irena (10/5): fantastycznie - gościnność gospodarza, a w tym jego rekomendacje na pobyt, wyposażenie apartamentu- był nawet ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami na cały pobyt, toster i mikrofala, nieoczekiwanie zaopatrzona lodówka (jajka, mleko, soki, chleb, ciasteczka), winda w budynku gdyż mieszkanie na 3 wysokim piętrze, wygodne łóżko, lokalizacja- wszędzie można dostać się pieszo, choć przystanek autobusowy znajduje się przy wyjściu a apartamentu, pizzeria w tym samym budynku, kawiarnia na tej samej ulicy nie było ani jednej takiej rzeczy

• Raquel (10/5): Estancia perfecta en un apartamento excelente - El apartamento superó todas nuestras expectativas: muy amplio, impecablemente limpio y con una cama grande y comodísima. El baño también estaba en perfecto estado. Nos sorprendieron con comida en la nevera a nuestra llegada, un detalle que agradecimos mucho. La cocina estaba completamente equipada, no faltaba de nada. La zona es muy tranquila, con transporte público, bares y supermercados a pocos pasos. El dueño fue encantador y nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones útiles para disfrutar al máximo de la ciudad. Sin duda, una estancia de 10. ¡Totalmente recomendable! Gracias Francesco y Rita!! Ha sido todo perfecto
• Pallavi (10/5): Wonderful experience staying at La petite mason ,Piave - Hi, The host Francisco had been a wonderful host. He kept some food and beverages before we checked in and thank you , the toffees were great which was kept on the table. He has set some levels of hosting and we might be looking for the same whenever we travel again with other hosts as well ;). House was kept clean and everything was there what we required. Though we carry a lot of stuff with us already. The location was also great and the bus stand is just downstairs which was a great help. Rita was a nice lady and came to our help in case we had any questions. Nothing.
• Maja (10/5): The best place to stay in Rome! ☀️ - Amazing apartment, very clean, cute and had all the amenities you might need! The location is very close to the center and has a few bus stations near the building (one of them is literally in front of the entrance). There was food and drinks in the fridge left for us when we came, towels, bathroom supplies (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, blow dryer and more). The lady that welcomed us (Rita) was so hospitable and explained everything. The host also provided us with many information about what to see in Rome and where to eat and drink. We would recommend this place to everyone. 10/10 😊☀️ No, nothing.

• John (10/5): A very quiet apartment in a perfect location. - La Petite Maison Piave is a great apartment and is in a perfect location, 20-minute walk from all main attractions. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with essential food and drinks including coffee for the whole stay. By being just outside the main tourist areas the are great local restaurants with mostly Italians eating there. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment and if you have a ‘BIT’ ticket (available from quite a few kiosks) you can travel for 100 minutes on public transport. The owner gave lots of tips before our arrival on what to visit and restaurants. Nothing

Sufficient amount of bottle water, snacks, and breakfast (breads, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.) are kindly provided by the owner. It takes a bit of the walk from the property to the nearest metro station.

The area was very good, about 10-15mins walk to the main train terminus, about half an hour walk to the city although there is a bus stop right outside the apartment. • Bicyclogue (10/5): Comfortable apartment in a quiet area - Great apartment in a quiet area of Rome with good restaurants close by. A 20 minute walk to the train station. A great host with eggs, coffee, bread and pastries for breakfast (in the apartment). Francisco is a good communicator and goes out of his way to make your stay pleasant. Recommended. I would have liked an apartment with a view but you are limited to an inner courtyard. One benefit of this arrangement is that it is very quiet (no traffic noise).

Close to almost everything, Termini 10 min walking, Zoo is quite nearby, my 7 y.o daughter and I used to walk to villa Borghese, around 15 min. Pizium on the opposite site of the street -very nice food and not that expensive, dinner menu. Francesco left us a lot of small things for breakfast (coffee, tea, water, toasts, eggs, jam, honey, etc), equipped kitchen allows to cook, wi-fi signal is perfect, no problems to work at, heating can be set up upon your necessity, would definitely recommend this apartment to others. all

It exceeded our expectations! - The property was so clean , very well maintained and easy to navigate. we also really appreciated the breakfast snacks. There was no clear communication with what to do with the trash - we had pizza boxes etc and didn’t know where to put the trash from our apartment. we did try asking Rita but she didn’t really understand English.

The apartment was close to the city center and we didn't have to use public transport. Everything was excellent, looking forward to coming back soon and totally will recommend this accommodation to our family and friends.
