Guest Reviews
- L-a (1/5): Please do not stay here even if they offer to pay you. - Nothing. Stayed one night only as awful. Booked another property for the remainder of our stay. Not sure why property is on booking. com. Am trying to get money back. Also was told prior to arrival to let them know time of arrival as ten people were to be booked in and the quicker we responded the further up the queue we would be. Kept these messages as they were rude and want to use them for a refund. Everything. Falsely advertised as two bedroom. One bedroom and single bed in sitting room. See photos. Only allowed to put four on. So sticky tapped hooks to bathroom wall and broken sink not shown. There was a smell of urine in the property. Stained and sticky couch. We put blankets on sofa so did not have to make contact. Washed cups and anything we could before touching or using them. Pillow was stained and smelt. Most awful place I have ever had to pay for to stay. Really want money back. Felt so sorry for the lovely polite girl who let us into the property. The company do not deserve her.
- Jerome (8/5): Great for exploring Milan - Ash was lovely and really helpful. The apartment is in a quiet area and right next to a tram stop that takes you direct to Duomo. The apartment is fairly basic but had pretty much everything you'd need. Not a big issue but it's worth knowing that the apartment has Type L sockets, rather than Type C / F which is common in the rest of Europe. There are a couple of C to L adapters but you might want to bring one or two more, depending on your needs.
