• Daniela (10/5): Mi è piaciuta molto la ristrutturazione dell’appartamento che ha mantenuto alcune pareti con i mattoni a vista. - L’appartamento è molto particolare, ben curato e spazioso. Lo stabile è silenzioso e vicino alla metro. Le informazioni degli host sono molto ben fatte e interessanti. Ci sono delle scale interne poiché è disposto su più livelli.
• Ardita (1/5): Ich würde diese Unterkunft nie buchen. Diese Erfahrung war die Hölle! - Es war eine fruchtbare Gegend, mit ganz komischen Gestalten irgendwelche Männer die einem Dogen zum Verkauf angeboten haben. Eine Gastgeberin die man 20 mal anruft und sie nicht ans Telefon geht.

• Balzarini (8/5): Ottimo - Bellissimo loft, dotato del necessario e pulito. Comoda posizione alla metro dopo una passeggiata dii circa 700 m. Purtroppo dal bagno proveniva cattivo odore.

• Coralie (10/5): Absolument parfait ! - Le loft était joli, spacieux, agréable et bien équipé. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout. Nous avons rencontré quelques soucis au niveau du digicode, les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et le problème a été vite résolu. Un grand merci d' avoir contribué à ce que nous passions un bon moment pour notre première visite en Italie !
• Catriona (10/5): Excellent apartment - Spacious Comfortable Ease of access to the building and apartment. Communication with hosts was fantastic. The only wee niggle was the sofa bed wasn't made up for my two children. It wasn't a big deal as we shared the main bed but would have been nice to have our own space.

• Esther (8/5): Good value for money . - The property was clean and comfortable ( even the sofa bed). The host is very prompt at replying messages and accommodating . Location is 10mins walk to the nearest metro. The soundproofing is not good ( as expected from a old building ). U are able to hear the Neighbours and the traffic. Not good if you are a light sleeper
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and helpful hostess! The apartment is exceptional, renovated with love to detail, very clean. The city center can be reached quickly by car. We spend good time with our family in the apartment.
• Alena (6/5): Not for bussines travelers and just for the warm seasons - The flat is clean and at good position to reach the centre. Also there are parking spaces all around. The flat was quite cold during our stay and the heaters were not working. Only way to heat it was via aircondition unit which was very high and was not able to bring comfortable warmth down to the bathroom and kitchen ( both are under ground level). Another minus for us was , that instead of real keys we got a link to smart phones as the only way to get in or out. So in case of black out, problems with internet or if your battery dies- you have to stay outside... Than another shock was , that we realised, that this owner is not able to give you an invoice when you travel for bussines , despite we asked in advance for it- she did not warn us that it will not be possible and only after we left she said we will not get any...she actualy said before that it will be no problem and than the true was the opossite- so we felt betrayed- she lied to us
• Servatius (10/5): Excellent! - Amazing apartment loft with all the amenities you need. Nice kitchen and dining area. Location close to a subway (MRT) station. Great place to stay if you're driving a car. There's parking right outside the apartment building. n/a

And if you have a baby like us and need washer machine, make another choise bcs masher machine was missing although booking.com says vise versa.

• Rosen (7/5): Great stay in Milano, but at an apartment which unfortunately did not correspond to its high rating - Big modern bathroom and kitchen space Location and surroundings are terrible - 10 min from the metro station, but in a really bad neighboorhood. Lots of time lost in travel - metro/tram and walking (40-45 min average to reach the center). It was challenging every time to unlock building door/apartment door with the code - your phone battery/mobile data should be working really well. The apartment was not prepared for our stay with iron and bed sheets, but the landlord reacted fairly quickly.
