Il est spacieux, propre et possede une tres bonne litterie. En ce moment de Fevrier, certes aux temperatures clementes, il faisait super bon dans toute la maison L'appart tres bien situé dans un quartier offrant des balades, des bar/restaurants, des visites culturelles et accessibles en metro. Les principaux sites de Milan sont facilement accessible Tout etait bien

• Nicole (8/5): Lovely stay next to the castle - The location and the view of the castle, especially when it’s lit up by night, it’s very beautiful. The apartment is located in the Brera district which is less touristy than the historical centre but still walkable to the duomo. The host is very communicative and friendly, and she kindly let us check in early. There wasn’t much not to like. If you have lots of luggage there is a lift but the final floor requires lifting your luggage up a spiral staircase.

• SR (9/5): - The room and location were very good. To see the 'breathtaking view', we had to stand on a chair. We had mosquitoes every night and kept us awake all night, so don't b open the skylight windows at all.

• Eveliina (10/5): The best spot in Milano - The location must be the best in Milano - you can walk to so many places (to Duomo for example)! We enjoyed our stay very much and the views were amazing next to the park and beautiful castle. You won't regret your stay here!

• Kim (9/5): Highly recommend stay in central Milan - Location, location, location! Situated in a charming historical building in between 3 metro stations, including Cadorna if arriving from MXP airport, trams running right around the corner. Literally across the street from the fabulous Sforza Castle that can be seen from the lounge room. Very comfortable stay for the 2 of us, maybe snug for 4. Modern amenities that provided an oasis from the street. Less than 10 min walk to Duomo and other famous sites and surrounded by great food for any budget. Would definitely stay again. Emanuela was so gracious to meet us out of the regular time given our odd flight in and has so many recommendations to help us get acquainted with the city. Thank you Emanuela.

• Kayrn (7/5): Not worth the money although super location - The apartment is nicely finished and in a fantastic location but it is not worth the money being charged. We were eaten alive on both nights with bed bugs :( The shower goes from scorching hot to cold, quite dangerous. The coffee machine is just for show as no pods in the apartment and I don’t know who carries pods travelling,

• Maciej (9/5): Fantastic location for exploring Milan, with easy access to all of its monuments. - Fantastic location in a beautiful historical building, situated right next to the Sforza Palace and park. Very close to the Lanza metro station which makes it easy to get to from Milano Central. Great care from Mrs. Panteha, who handed us the keys on site and ensured a smooth check-in process. no dishwasher tablets, apart from that, everything was OK

• Pantelis (8/5): Fantastic location next to the Castello Sforzesco and the city center. - Fantastic location, right next to the Castello Sforzesco, very close to a metro station, close to Malpensa Express, close to the city center. The property was clean, the bathroom was spacious. There was a small kitchen. Also, the building was fantastic. The area is quiet at night. The lift wasn't working and the property is on the fifth floor. Also, I found it a bit expensive.
• Beebee (9/5): Fantastic location in the heart of Milan - Fantastic location in the heart of Milan, overlooking the Castello. Apartment is spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was good. Emanuela was there to greet us on arrival, very helpful and quick to respond, its so nice when you have a welcome like that. There are cafes and restaurants close by along with a nice local supermarket. Its an easy walk to the Piazza del Duomo and centre of the city. If you are coming by Metro, Lanza is the closest but does not have escalators to the street level so Cairoli is easier with luggage. Not a dislike but a word of caution - there is an elevator to the 4th floor, the loft apartment is on the 5th floor and reached by a spiral staircase which is a little difficult with luggage but not impossible. The apartment has air-conditioning but as you are in the roof it could get very hot in summer even with ac so just be aware. It was 28 celsius in early June when we visited.

• Dizdar (10/5): All in all, i was very happy while i stay there. Our host is an amazing woman. Her communication is perfect. The apartme - From the beginning to the end of our trip everything was amazing. The view of the apartment and atmosphere. Hygiene level was very high. Perfect location. Since the apartment is very old and it is in the 4th floor sometimes people forget to close the elevator doors and you have to use the stairs.

• Siarhei (4/5): We did not enjoy at all. - Location, only location. Walking distance to Duomo was a good advantage. Actually it is a modified garret with only roof windows, so declared “breathtaking view” is a big question mark. Elevator is very special (antique) and does not bring you to the garter, so be ready to storm quite steep stairs with your bags to reach this place. As we stayed in the middle of summer the heat from the roof made inside temperature far from comfortable. Air conditioning could help only partially even when working at full capacity. Honestly, personnel does not care much about your needs, we were treated very formally - given keys when it was convenient for the agent, quick instruction, collecting city tax (i don’t remember if receipt was provided). During our second morning there electricity was broken in this apartment with no possibility to switch it on independently locally. We were given 2 advices - write an e-mail to managing agency (!) and reach concierge ourself (!) in order to solve the issue. Agent also commented that probably the issue was caused by the fact that we were cooking breakfast and using air conditioning simultaneously - wow, you cannot? So we left the room before the issue was solved. All what we received later that day was an e-mail from the agency saying “Good morning, we are currently gathering information on how to solve this problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible”. They never came back to us… When leaving the place you leave it open (as the door cannot be locked) with keys inside - strange setup. And the agent did not come upon our departure as she was busy somewhere else. Small but indicative detail - you have nespresso coffee machine in the room, but capsules they offer you are from different model (dolce gusto), so we were not able to enjoy coffee with “breathtaking castle view” from hot roof window…
• Lin (10/5): It’s was just an amazing experience to stay in a historical building and next to a castle! - The view is absolutely stunning. And the room has all the equipment we needed! Unfortunately they didn’t prepare the third sheet and towel when we arrived. And the air conditioner is not cooling the room at all while it was 33 degrees.

• Guillermo (8/5): Very good - The remarkable view from the apartment and the excellent location. The apartment was cozy. No courtesies like drinking water, coffee, and enough bathroom utilities. Too old and impractical elevator for a room which is at the top of the building. Surcharge for arriving late notwithstanding a legitimate explanation for arriving late (airflight schedule and 1 one hour tour from the airport to the hotel). Pillows not comfortable.
