• Maria Goretti (9/5): Muy recomendable_Al lado del Vaticano - El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Estaba muy limpio, era muy cómodo y muy luminoso. Está en una 5º planta con ascensor (muy cómodo para las maletas y el día a día). El recibimiento fue muy bueno. Me entregaron la llave personalmente y me explicaron/aconsejaron todo lo que necesité y les pregunté. (Muchas gracias Antonella y Mattia). Por medio de ellos contraté el servicio de ida y vuelta con driver y la comunicación fue muy buena. Contestaban de inmediato. La cocina estaba bien equipada, nos dejaron cápsulas de café y azúcar que es de agradecer, pero echamos de menos un microondas. La ubicación era más que perfecta. Al lado del Vaticano (se veía nada más salir del apartamento), al lado de la estación de metro, cerca de varios supermercados, de muchos restaurantes, de tiendas para comprar souvenirs.... Pero ubicada en una calle que NO había ruido y no te daba la sensación de estar tan cerca de todos esos servicios y de aglomeración de personas. Fue excelente. Muy recomendable, sobre todo si tu principal visita a Roma es el Vaticano.

• Frank (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, zentral zum Vatikan gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt (zur Selbstversorgung) und zahlreiche kleine Restaurants. Die Wohnung hatte ein paar kleine Mängel, mit denen man aber auch gut leben konnte.
• Jan (10/5): - Paní Antonella byla velice příjemná a ochotná, poskytla nám řadu cenných rad a turistických doporučení. A po check-outu jsme si mohli do odletu v předsíni ponechat zavazadla. Ocenili jsme i lokalitu bytování v centru, kousek od Vatikánu a skvělých restaurací.
• Raquel (9/5): - Simpatia do host, casa bonita, boa localização! Adorámos e gostaríamos de voltar. O staff ainda deu dicas muito boas sobre a cidade. Detalhes como decoração, gira discos, casa de banho com espelho com luz, etc. Pequeno almoço em café é limitado. Faltam pequenos detalhes como pano da loiça, esponja e algo que leve a comida ao forno. Almofadas muito altas. Mas foi tudo ótimo!

Posizione strategica ottima: vicino a grandi vie di comunicazione e alla stazione metro di Ottaviano. Molti punti di ritrovo come bar, ristoranti e trattorie nelle immediate vicinanze. A 300 metri dai musei vaticani e da piazza S. Pietro. Appartamento vicino anche a via Cola di Rienzo, ottima strada per lo shopping, raggiungibile in 5' a piedi Riscaldamento centralizzato guasto. I gestori hanno rimediato con scaldini e stufe in ogni ambiente. Credo che abbiano anche elevato la potenza del contatore a 4.5 Kw ma comunque qualche volta la luce è mancata

• Michał (10/5): - Appartamento molto vicino al Vaticano e alla stazione della metropolitana. Il gentile signor Mattia ci ha aspettato nonostante il ritardo del nostro volo di un’ora.
• Melodie (9/5): - Die fußläufige Nähe zum Vatikan (10 Min) und direkte Nähe zur Metro (<5 Min) In naher Umgebung sehr gute Restaurants und Fußgängerzone mit vielen Shopinggelegenheiten. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Das Küchenzubehör ist ausreichend vorhanden. Der Wasserhahn mit gefilterten Wasser, wahlweise mit Sprudel und/oder gekühlt, fanden wir großartig. Antonella hat uns total lieb begrüßt und Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Es fehlt ein ein scharfes Messer in der Küche.

• Wolfgang (9/5): ein schöner Aufenthalt im Appartement - Wir hatten Kontakt per WhatsApp, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten, denn die Kommunikation war so viel einfacher als über Booking.com. Frühstück war nicht im Appartement, man hat Gutscheine für ein nahegelegenes Kaffee erhalten. Dort gab es Kaffee nach Wahl und ein sehr leckeres Croissant, gefüllt z.B. mit Schoko, Marmelade oder Pistaziencreme. Ausstattung war für uns ausreichend da wir nie im Appartement gekocht haben. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer was wir genossen haben. Die Werkstatt im Innenhof stört nicht da die Fenster sehr dicht sind. Sie arbeiten dort nur an Wochentagen. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Anbindung an den Bus- und Metroverkehr um die Ecke. Bidet und Toilette waren nicht fixiert auf dem Boden des Bades. Ansonsten haben wir nichts negatives.

Property very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Amenities close at hand. Contact person available by text. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. The only downside was that the air conditioning in my son’s room stopped working a couple of days in. We reported it and an engineer came the next day to fix it.

The location was good and there was plenty of good restaurants nearby. And the bubble water tap was extra nice after hot days in Rome.

The host is super kind, we got a lot of travel information and nice restaurants. There is no dishwasher, so we had to wash by ourselves, but it is not a problem.

• Jim (10/5): Beautiful apartment and incredibly helpful host. - Location to the metro was fantastic. There was a pastry shop just around the corner to have breakfast. The sparkling water tap in the apartment was great. We loved the little elevator that got us to our apartment. Our host was wonderful and gave us lots of really good information about the city. A few more comfortable chairs would have been nice but we weren’t in the apartment long enough to really need them.

Impossible to heating cooking and boiling water at the same time. Shower room was dark and water leak out while cleaning.
• Johannes (8/5): Nice apartment near restaurants and public transit - Great location near plenty of restaurants and public transit. Clean and modern. Comfortable beds. Lack of a good “chill out area”. Might be hard (not impossible) for them to fit in a sofa to make a “living room” area so that’s fair, but then you’d expect the chairs around the kitchen table to be nice and comfortable which they very much weren’t. Kitchen was small and not particularly well stocked so if you were planning to cook, this might not be the place.
• Ashley (8/5): Great location, gracious host! - The location was great! Just a short walk to the metro and Vatican City. The area's restaurants made for great choice, we had local Roman food as well as Venezuelan arepas. Antonella was a great host and was eager to share information about the sites, restaurants, gelaterias, and best ways to navigate the city. She was easy to maintain contact with throughout our stay for extra peace of mind. We did run into one problem with trying to reheat leftovers. The apartment, like many European apartments, does not have a microwave; but we also couldn't find any baking trays or oven mitts for the oven. We made do, but it's an easy fix for the host. I would have loved having extra sets of towels, but it was easy to hang them to dry and reuse during our stay.

Tap water provides very good carbonated water. The breakfast is outside in a cafe nearby. The cafe is not very clean as we saw flies around the croissants.

• Kathryn (10/5): Amazing luxurious apartment in a fantastic location - This is a really fabulous apartment, very modern and comfortable, with two large bedrooms, nice and quiet at night and in an amazing location. It really is a great place to stay, and Antonella was a brilliant host with loads of great recommendations. Cannot really fault it - the one little thing is there’s no sofa and there would be room for a small one in the kitchen/dining room, but you’ll probably be out most of the time!

The apartment was very comfortable for 4 people and very clean. My favourite part was that it has a record player and vinyls so we would wake up every morning with music. My only regret is booking it only for two days, I wish we had stayed longer! Nothing
• Pui (5/5): nightmare - location, very vintage it is unbelievable that the capacity of the water tank is only 80L, which would only be able to supply hot water for an approximately 10-minutes shower. Grateful to the check-in reminder provided by the staff, one should always remember to switch on the water tank so that it would keep heating up the water whilst you are in the shower. But anyway, another useful hint is that one should be ready to keep their shower short enough to around 5 minutes, so that your friend would be able to enjoy the rest of the 5-minutes shower before both of you get a cold (which I did). the radiator is not available (not that it is not working, but unavailable) for use. Whilst it remains uncertain as to the standard of “good temperature”, I was told that the radiator was not available due to “spring session and good temperature” and at the same time, the temperature at night went below 10 degree and it was raining outside. The facilities, tools and electronic devices in the apartment are meant to be used when needed and should never be forcefully made unavailable due to the alleged “spring session and good temperature”, especially when one has already paid the rent.

Antonella couldn't have been more helpful with providing information about Rome and the apartment itself. Great tips on where to eat etc. Loved coming back to our apartment after a heavy day sightseeing and walking. We came with our 8 year old daughter and it suited perfectly. Nothing.
