• Lilla (7/5): All together it was a nice experience. the bathtub was a fun addition to the apartment. - there was a great pizzeria right under our apartment, it was very convenient. The bathroom also had a nice 2 person bathtub that we don't see often in other apartments. It was particularly fun for the kids. The accommodation did not feel as luxurious as expected, as many elements seemed somewhat outdated. Some of the faucets were loose and showed signs of wear. From a safety perspective, the apartment is not ideal for families with small children. The upper floor, in particular, did not feel safe: due to the sloped roof, the stair guard rail only extends partway, leaving an open section at the highest point. This gap could easily be accessed by young children and poses a risk of falling.

• Michaela (6/5): Schöne Wohnung, aber... - Maisonettewohnung mit genug Platz für 2 oder sogar 4 Personen. Viel Stauraum, Balkon mit Tisch und 1 Stuhl. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer total schön umgebauten Papierfabrik. Schönes Anwesen, bei dem man denkt, es sei ruhig, da auch weit ab von Tourismus. Die Wohnung gerade nebenan wird total saniert. Unsere Anreise war Donnerstagabend und Freitagmorgen ging's um 08:30 (+/-) los mit den Bauarbeiten. Wir haben Ana sofort verständigt, natürlich wusste sie davon, geht ja schon seit dem 15.09. und wird bis 31.12.2025 dauern. Nun ja, ab in die Stadt, deswegen sind wir ja in Mailand. Leider ging's am Samstagmorgen genauso weiter - das ist echt nicht in Ordnung! Ana hat sich zwar bemüht die Bauarbeiten am Samstag zu stoppen, aber sie sollten zumindest in der Anzeige erwähnt werden (Mo-Fr 08:30-18:00 oder so ähnlich) und "Ruhezeiten" auch mit dem Besitzer der Wohnung abklären. Das Kühlschranklicht ist defekt, bzw. Birne fehlt. Töpfe, Pfannen schmierig, allg. Küche zwar gut ausgestattet, aber alles etwas unsauber. Wassertank der Nespresso Maschine verkalkt mit übel riechendem Restwasser, das gleiche für den Wasserkocher. Der "Whirlpool" ist eine übergrosse Badewanne. Parkplätze hat's genügend, der Bus nach Mailand fährt fast direkt vor der Türe ab (nicht genutzt, da mit Auto unterwegs).

• Oana-Mihaela (8/5): Nice apartment overall, we enjoyed our stay - The apartment is very nice, like in the photos. The bath tub with the mirror is a nice touch. Overall, a good experience The toilet upstairs was smelly, don't know if it was because it wasn't properly cleaned or because of something else. The location is quite close to Navigli, as marketed, but the neighborhood itself doesn't have much to offer, like markets.

• Eliseo (8/5): Very good - Beautiful big apartment where you can easily stay with 4 persons. It was very clean as well. The owner was very friendly and tried to help us with all our questions (e.g. where to park the car, how to get to the city centre, ….) Instructions for how to enter the apartment were very clear.
• Wendy (10/5): Extremely greatful with Ana and super happy with the beautiful apartment we got to stay in. - We loved everything about the property the pictures does not do it justice as it’s extremely comfortable feels like a home away from home, with everything super clean and everything we needed plus more. There is nothing we did not like or enjoy about the apartment the only downfall was that we had to leave. We are extremely happy and grateful with the host Ana as she’s so helpful and sweet she replies quick to any message we sent her and always up to help and cater to us, she speaks multiple languages which made it very easy to communicate with. We needed to extend our stay which she allowed and made it very easy and quick to do. We are so happy with our stay and if we ever need to go back to Milan we will without a doubt be back to Ana’s apartment and we will always recommend the apartment to anyone we know if they plan to go to Milan. • Anis (10/5): The owner is super helpful and responsive to accomodate our requests, even in unusual night hours - It’s a modern hotel in a nice structure. We keep on coming back here. The owner provides also water, coffee capsules and cookies for breakfast. Very accommodative It’s very convenient when you have a car. Parking is also free (very rare for Milan). Otherwise it’s 30’ from Duomo with metro & bus

• Hristina (10/5): Flawless experience and stay! - Everything was perfect! Absolutely stunning apartment with great location! The area has great restaurants within a walking distance and a pizzeria and a bar literally in the same yard! There are bus and metro nearby. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious! Fully equipped if you want to cook yourself a meal. The balcony is stunning and has plenty of flowers - it’s the perfect spot for a morning cafe! The host, Ana is incredible, solar and friendly! Definitely, she knows how to make you feel at home! I do recommend this place if you want to enjoy Milano and have a spa-alike experience!
